Arena:
Far, far, away from the city, past the river and through the meadow, beyond the mountains and over the plains, lies an ancient forest. But that's not important. What's important is what's beyond said ancient forest. Beyond said ancient forest lies an old, forgotten, junkyard. Old scraps of metal, appliances, and the bodies of forgotten cars pile up farther than one would imagine physically possible. If one were to go into the heart of the junkyard, they would discover a dirt clearing about 100 feet x 100 feet, and they would also find a lone trainer by the name of Complications.
Effects:
-The once cared-for junkyard seems to emanate sadness. Adding to the effect is the fact that it's always raining. Consequently, it is impossible to summon sunny weather, however, Hail storms and Sandstorms can be summoned.
-Due to all of the metal scraps lying around, all steel-type Pokmon gain heightened senses, boosting the accuracy of all of their attacks by a flat 10%.
-Any Pokemon who's defenses (not including item boosts) add up to a BST of 8 or more (for example, Bronzong), recieve an increase of 1 rank to each of their defenses.
-Pyroak is banned >:(

Here we have Complications, who was recently named the Steel-type gym leader, facing off against faux challenger Ullar Warlord in a faux gym battle, with I, P2X7, being your faux gym ref and abusing the word "faux" providing faux gym flavor. After a flip of the faux gym coin, Ullar Warlord sends out Darwin-Pyroak, while Complications sends out Napoleon-Empoleon, who takes advantage of the constant rain by Pumping gallons of water at extremely high-pressure that crashes into its foe, pushing Pyroak back a bit, but Pyroak manages to soothe its foe into a slumber by playing a soft tune on a makeshift Whistle made out of Grass, lulling Empoleon into a deep slumber. Pyroak then takes aim and fires a powerful orb of electricity out of its Cannon arm at its sleeping foe, electrocuting it, and leftover electricity then crawls across Empoleon, Zapping it into a heap on the ground, and waking it up with a shock (no pun intended). Pyroak then decides to press its luck by firing another Zapping Cannon blast at its foe, and the ball lightning finds its mark once again, causing Empoleon to momentarily fall to its knees, but Empoleon recovers in time to launch one more Hydro Pumping attack at its foe, causing it to stumble back and ends the round.

"Let's switch it up!"

Switching out to Hanbei the Pikachu @ Light Ball

Counterswitch?

"A predictable switch. Will mine be likewise?"

Ferrothorn @ Life Orb

Power Whip-Knock Off-Power Whip

If Pikachu uses a damaging-evasive move that is not part of a combo, use Power Whip+Seed Bomb on the first instance, and Bullet Seed+Worry Seed on any following non-consecutive instance.
If Pikachu would have Double Team clones active when you would attack, change that action to Bulldoze.

Both trainers decide to switch, Complications choosing Thorn-Ferrothorn and UllarWarlord choosing Hanbei-Pikachu, who immediately acts Charmingly towards Ferrothorn, making it less willing to attack it, but Ferrothorn still whacks it hard with a Powerful Whip from one of its tendril...vine....things. Pikachu then creates a small doll in its own image to Substitute for it as Ferrothorn attempts to Knock Off its item with another attack, then practices Mimicing Ferrothorn's attack as its substitute is shattered by another Power Whip from its foe.

Pikachu, starting to feel the hardships of the fight, makes a Wish in the hopes that it would be healed while Ferrothorn creates a small doll in its own image to Substitute for it, which foils Pikachu's attempt to share its Pain with Ferrothorn, allowing it to lay down Rocks that instantly blend in with surrounding terrain on its foe's side of the field. Pikachu then tries to put its mimicked skill to use and Knock Off Ferrothorn's item, but its foe's substitute blocks it, giving Pikachu barely enough time to dodge the Powerful Whipping attack that Ferrothorn uses on it.

Getting desperate, Pikachu tries to Fake Out its foe with a quick strike, but it hits the substitute instead, allowing Ferrothorn to lift itself using its tendrils and then slams its body into the ground, creating a shockwave that Bulldozes the ground around it and stuns its attacker, slowing it down. Pikachu then takes a page from Ferrothorn's book by creating a doll in its own image to Substitute for it just in time to block a Powerful Whip from its foe, although the force of the attack causes the substitute to shatter. Lastly, Ferrothorn Bulldozes the arena once ore, tripping up its enemy, but Pikachu launches one final strike by Tackling its foe and letting loose high-Voltage into Ferrothorn's body, destroying its substitute; however, it comes at a cost, as Pikachu is exhausted from the attack and falls unconscious.

Ullar Warlord sends Darwin-Pyoak back into the fight, who springs the rock trap that Ferrothorn had set earlier in the match before Blitzing its foe with Flaring fire streaming from its body, slamming into it, although even Pyroak's rock-hard skull and armor can't protect it from the iron spikes covering its targets body. Ferrothorn then sends out a Wave of static electricity at its attacker, paralyzing it. Pyroak then Crashes into its foe, radiating intense Heat, but Ferrothorn doesn't seem bothered by this and lobs some Spikes onto its opponent's side of the field before causing an Explosion that shakes the arena and deals heavy damage to Pyroak, but knocks itself unconscious in the process.
