Atlas
Torterra [Male]

Atlas was a Pokemon living in a wildlife preserve in Sinnoh at the time when Terra's mom was a Pokemon trainer. He took a liking to her when she came by, recognizing the determination and strength of character of the woman, so he snuck out of the park at night and followed her around. It didn't take long for her to realize someone was following her, as all her berries and poffins mysteriously disappeared. Every attempt to make Turtwig enter a Pokeball failed, as he wanted to be always by her side. Because of his will to always help people and carry his trainer's burden, Terra's mom named him Atlas. The pokemon has been an invaluable partner for all her career. When she settled down and founded a family, Atlas decided to stay and help with all he could, even though he missed the life full of adventures he once had lived.

Though it was not over for him, as one day Terra, who, since the day he was born had been best friends with the Pokemon who acted as his caretaker, decided to take off and follow his mother's steps, despite not having any Pokemon of his own. Once again, Atlas escaped from the house and hid in Terra's backpack, worrying his mom to death because she could not find him.

Atlas is now determined to help Terra in his travels, and roams the lands with him in hope that together they can become a marvelous battling duo, though the berries Terra carries would be more than enough to keep Atlas going!

Characteristic and Fun facts:
Likes helping more than everything (besides food), has a bit of a chivalric streak at times, hates spiders that lodge on his shell.
He became rivals with Ooraloo 's Metang, Planck, after said Pokemon failed to flinch Grotle after multiple Iron Heads and Atlas won the duel with 1 hp remaining.

Gentle at heart despite having a mildly strong superiority complex, Genesis will try to do everyhting in her power to help Terra... When she feels like it.

Genesis is the first Pokemon Terra caught, and as a Ralts she already found herself looking down to fellow mons, feeling that her capacities were limitated by others. Travelling with Terra, she has found many great foes but still often find herself in contemplation of her own talents.

Deeming battles unecessary and unworthy of her, Genesis tries to end them as quick as possible, which is often the case as her Psychic abilities are unparalleled by her peers.
But even with those flaws Genesis is still kind toward others and her trainer ― after all, they need someone greater to watch over them. She has learned to open a bit, but don't try to bug her as she'll go back to her old habits very fast!

Weak Armor(Toggle):
By default the Pokemon loosens its worn defensive armor so that it will break off when an opponent uses a contact attack, reducing the Pokemon's Defense and increasing their Speed by one (1) stage for each hit. When toggled, no effect.

No Guard(Passive):
This Pokemon has an immense confidence from perfecting each of its attacks, giving them all perfect accuracy as well as ignoring the effects of Double Team, evasive moves, Dodge, Sky Drop, and evasive damaging moves. As a result, it feels it can weather every strike, and will not dodge an attack even if ordered to. Only when an OHKO move is issued by the opponent does the Pokemon sense return, and the Pokemon acts normally. Additionally, even with their extra skill, the power and exhaustion involved in using OHKO moves prevents them from being benefited by No Guard; they will have their normal accuracy.

Illusion(H)(Passive)(Unlocked):
Whenever you send this Pokemon out, it can feign the appearance of another member on your squad. If this Pokemon is damaged by a direct attack, the Illusion will cease at the end of the round. Direct damage is any attack that does damage to the Pokemon's HP. Attacks that are evaded, blocked via Protect, or damage a Substitute are not considered direct damage. It will retain the typing and moveset of the Pokemon with Illusion. [Usage Note: PM the ref if you are sending out a Pokemon with Illusion with the info on said Pokemon and one of your squad members in a Switch=KO battle. You must use that squad member later in the battle though.]

Crimson
Ariados [Male]

Crimson was first remarked by Terra because of his unusual dark red coloration, and later for his remarkable fighting capabilities, endlessly fueled by a characteristic taste for blood.

Crimson was caught after Atlas woke up Terra, yelling and running around because Crimson was lodging on his shell. Since then, Atlas keeps his distances from the bug because their personalities clash as much as their culinary tastes.

Crimson has a weird thing for blood and poisons, ever talking about one or the other, and lusts for nothing more than to taste the blood of his enemies or to fill their veins with poison, which makes others a bit weary around him to say the least. He has developed a strange fascination for snakes for their ability to kill with poison, and as such has started talking like them.

Even if he is sadistic, Crimson is always jolly and outgoing, laughing at everything, which makes his personality much more scarier.

When this Pokemon's HP is lower than 33% (30), the Base Attack Power of any Bug-typed attack is increased by 2.


Insomnia(Passive):
This Pokemon is immune to sleep induced by other Pokemon. Its normal state of sleeplessness makes it take 1 less damage and energy/action from Ghost Curse. If it is put to sleep by a Pokemon with Mold Breaker, it will wake up the next action.


Sniper(H)(Passive)(Unlocked):
This Pokemon has deadly accuracy and strikes sensitive points, increasing its critical hit bonus from +3 to +5 on single attacks, +2 to +3 on two-hit attacks, and +1 to +2 on multi-hit attacks.

Alright you pussies welcome back to holy fuck this is taking forever. Torterra, the kid who's gonna kick your adam's apple inside out, leads with Aurumoth's Thunder because it's amazing at zapping the ever living shit out of this Milotic. Milotic nopes out of this, goes into dreamland to catch some z's. Aurumoth uses psychic powers to pelt Milotic with rocks, and Milotic shoots out a burst of water in her sleep. Aurumoth can't dodge it because it's the worst at dodging, the water just curved right into him. And then we get a moment of cleverness, or just sheer asshattery, where Milotic manages to trick Aurumoth into shooting a Thunder, only to get smacked back with over twice the damage, because Milotic don't give a fuck.

Double KO, the match is literally even.
