[OVERVIEW]

Diggersby is among the strongest Pokemon in the game by virtue of its ability Huge Power, which doubles its Attack stat. This makes Diggersby a potent wallbreaker in the OU metagame. In addition, very few Pokemon resist its STAB combination of Normal and Ground, and Diggersby has the necessary coverage to get by the Pokemon that do with moves such as Fire Punch, Ice Punch, and Knock Off. Having access to STAB priority in Quick Attack allows Diggersby to alleviate its middling Speed stat somewhat. However, Diggersby isn't the bulkiest Pokemon around and has weaknesses to common attacking types such as Water, Ice, and Fighting. Overall, while Diggersby excels at punishing slower teams that rely on bulkier Pokemon, its frailty and relatively low Speed stat make it less effective against more offensive teams.

Moves
========

Return is strong STAB move that provides good coverage against Pokemon such as Landorus-T and Rotom-W. It manages to get OHKOes or 2HKOes against a lot of the metagame, and it's a very spammable move. Earthquake is another solid STAB move that gets good coverage and hits Steel-, Electric-, Poison-, Rock-, and Fire-types such as Toxapex, Ferrothorn, and Heatran. It is not as spammable as Return, however. Quick Attack is a STAB move that has priority, and it deals a lot of damage when boosted by both Huge Power and a Life Orb. It can KO Pokemon such as Latios and Tapu Koko once they are chipped down to around 40% of their HP. Fire Punch roasts Ferrothorn, Celesteela, and Skarmory, which is important, as the latter two resist Diggersby's STAB moves. Knock Off removes items and also hits Ghost-types and bulky Psychic-types, such as Bronzong and Mew, super effectively. Swords Dance can be used to obtain a +2 boost to Diggersby's Attack and quickly level slower teams, and it works well in conjunction with Quick Attack to prevent faster Pokemon from revenge killing Diggersby. However, the loss of coverage against Pokemon such as Skarmory and Bronzong is somewhat unappealing.

Set Details
========

Jolly is Diggersby's preferred nature, allowing it to outspeed positive-natured base 70 Speed Pokemon, such as Heatran. Adamant can be used to sacrifice speed for power, although it's usually not worth it. A Life Orb gives Diggersby a substantial power boost while allowing it to change moves, at the cost of some of its HP per attack, and is generally preferred over a Choice Band to make Diggersby less prediction reliant and more flexible against teams with Pokemon such as Skarmory, Bronzong, and Celesteela. However, a Choice Band gives an immediate boost to Attack that allows it to bypass Intimidate's Attack drop, which can be useful if you predict well with Diggersby. The given EV spread maximizes Attack and Speed so Diggersby can hit as hard as possible and outspeed common defensive Pokemon.

Usage Tips
========

If Diggersby is using Life Orb, you can afford to be a bit less cautious when using moves, as you can still switch your moves if your opponent predicts your move choice correctly. For example, if Skarmory switches in on your Earthquake, Life Orb allows you to smack it with a Fire Punch on the next turn. Prediction is necessary for catching Pokemon that resist or are immune to one of Diggersby's STAB moves if it is are using Choice Band. However, predicting incorrectly can waste a lot of your momentum and give the opponent the advantage. Quick Attack allows Diggersby to revenge kill weakened threats such as Latios and Tapu Koko. It should also be used to finish off weakened Pokemon or switch-ins after using Return or Earthquake. As Diggersby is a bit on the frail side, it should be brought in on predicted double switches or slow U-turns and Volt Switches. The momentum gained from U-turn and Volt-Switch will often put Diggersby right in front of bulkier Pokemon that it can easily crush, thus opening up holes for your team to exploit. Use Swords Dance when given a free turn or on a predicted switch when you know the opponent wants to keep a useful Pokemon; use it only when Diggersby is able to gain an advantage against a defensive Pokemon or sweep the opposing team. Do not use Swords Dance if Diggersby does not need it to KO a defensive Pokemon and will be forced out by something that does not mind a boosted Quick Attack.

Team Options
========

Volt Switches and U-turns help bring Diggersby in safely where it can fire off attacks, so slow users such as Landorus-T, Mega Scizor, and Tapu Koko are decent teammates. Diggersby breaks down common defensive Pokemon such as Landorus-T, Skarmory, Celesteela, and Bronzong, so pairing it with sweepers such as Mega Metagross and Mega Gyarados is a good idea. Tapu Lele's Psychic Terrain prevents Diggersby's priority from being used and thus makes it less effective, so teams should usually avoid partnering these two Pokemon up. Stealth Rock (and to a degree, Spikes) helps Diggersby secure key KOes against Pokemon such as Tangrowth, so setters such as Landorus-T, Garchomp, and Ferrothorn can help, although they can compound weaknesses on a team. Pivots such as the aforementioned Mega Scizor and Landorus-T are good teammates, as Diggersby is quite vulnerable to being revenge killed. Magnezone traps Skarmory and Celesteela, two Pokemon that resist Diggersby's STAB combination, and is an especially good partner when Diggersby is using Swords Dance. In general, Diggersby fits well on offensive teams needing a powerful wallbreaker that is very good at wearing down common Pokemon that require prior damage for sweepers to break, such as Landorus-T and Tangrowth.

[STRATEGY COMMENTS]
Other Options
=============

Choice Scarf is an option to turn Diggersby into a revenge killer and momentum-grabber with U-turn, but in general, it is useless most of the time due to the lack of power and the nature of being Choice-locked. Ice Punch is an option to OHKO Pokemon such as Landorus-T and Gliscor, but Diggersby can do this anyways with Life Orb-boosted Returns and some prior damage from Stealth Rock. Spikes can be used to pressure defensive teams on the switch, as Diggersby forces out a lot of Pokemon. Normalium Z is a one-time option to nuke foes with a powerful Normal-type STAB move, but Diggersby misses the added power from Life Orb or Choice Band for its other moves. Focus Sash can be used to guarantee a Swords Dance for Diggersby and can make it act as a decent revenge killer with a combination of its STAB moves and Quick Attack, but Diggersby loses out on the power given by Life Orb and is too reliant on entry hazards being off of the field for it to function.

Checks and Counters
===================

**Faster Pokemon**: Pokemon such as Latios, Mega Metagross, and Greninja all easily outspeed and crush Diggersby, although priority from Quick Attack can deter them if they're weakened, and none can safely switch in. Pokemon that can outspeed and KO Diggersby but are neutral to Quick Attack must be careful, as Diggersby can KO them if they are weakened.

**Pokemon that Resist its STAB Combination**: Skarmory and Celesteela both resist Diggersby's STAB moves and can either Whirlwind it out or attempt to weaken or KO it with Heavy Slam, respectively. However, both must watch out for Fire Punch. Similarly, Gengar and other Ghost-types are immune to Return but must watch out for Knock Off and Earthquake.

**Physically Defensive Pokemon**: While Diggersby excels in breaking down walls, the set it's running can often make it easier for some defensive Pokemon to beat it or cripple it. Pokemon such as Landorus-T and Mega Slowbro can take on the Swords Dance set (albeit barely coming out on top) but will have significantly more trouble against a Choice Band variant. Pokemon such as Alomomola and Mew are also able to cripple Diggersby with Knock Off or a burn but are unable to switch in.

remember [OVERVIEW] here
*Huge Power makes it extremely strong, one of the highest attack stats in the game due to this

*Solid STAB combo in Normal/Ground, allowing it to deal with many different common physical walls

*Priority in Quick Attack and necessary coverage in Fire Punch, Ice Punch, and Knock Off

*Middling Speed stat

*85/77/77 bulk isn't too great, somewhat frail, coupled with weaknesses to types such as Water, Grass, Ice, and Fighting

elaborate on some things here, i know it has a middling speed stat, but what is that telling the readers? give examples of stuff it falls short of and all that, just stay specific

Moves
========

*Swords Dance boosts Diggersby's already huge Attack stat to astronomical levels, letting it smash through standard checks and counters after a bit of prior damage

*Return is reliable STAB move that hits hard and has no real drawbacks, OHKOing Pokemon such as Landorus-T, Tangrowth, and Slowbro after Stealth Rock damage

*Earthquake pairs nicely with Return as a secondary STAB that lets Diggersby punch huge holes in teams, breaking apart Pokemon such as Ferrothorn and Mega Scizor who resist Return

*Quick Attack lets Diggersby KO many offensive threats that outspeed it after an SD, making it tougher to be revengekilled

*Alternatively, Fire Punch rounds out Diggersby's coverage by letting it KO Skarmory and Celesteela, two common Pokemon that resist its STAB combo

Set Details
========

*Adamant is the perferred nature to guarantee OHKOes on common defensive Pokemon such as Slowbro and Landorus-T after Stealth Rock damage

*Jolly can be used to outspeed positive-natured base 70s

*Life Orb provides a large damage increase at the cost of some HP

*EVs maximize Attack and Speed so it can hit as hard as possible and outspeed common walls

Usage Tips
========

*Should try to use Swords Dance whenever a free turn against a more passive threat such as Chansey is gained

*Can function without Swords Dance if it needs to finish off a Pokemon or revengekill with Quick Attack

*Can use its Ground-typing to deter Volt Switchers such as Magearna and Tapu Koko and scare them out, with either Earthquake or Quick Attack, respectively

*A bit on the frail side, bring it in on predicted doubles or slow U-turns and Volt Switches

Team Options
========

*Rotom-W and Landorus-T are both good pivots that can bring it in with Volt-Switch and U-turn, while also being able to resist common attack types that are used to revengekill Diggersby such as Water and Fighting.

*Tapu Lele's Psychic Terrain can prevent Diggersby from being revengekilled by priority, but Diggersby becomes unable to use its own Quick Attack (although it pairs better if Diggersby is using Fire Punch) and Diggersby can lure in Celesteela and KO it with Fire Punch for Scarf Tapu Lele.

*Physical sweepers such as Double Dance Landorus-T or Dragon Dance Dragonite appreciate physical walls being broken down or taken out before attempting a sweep

*Stealth Rock is crucial for netting OHKOes against Pokemon such as Tangrowth and Slowbro (if Jolly)

**Faster Pokemon**: Pokemon such as Latios, Excadrill under Sand, and Tapu Koko all easily outspeed and crush it, although priority from Quick Attack can deter them if they're weakened and none can safely switch in.

**Priority Users: While often not being able to switch into Diggersby, Pokemon with super effective priority such as Breloom and Azumarill can revengekill Diggersby after some prior damage (assuming Psychic Terrain is not in play).

**Pokemon that resist its STAB Combo: Skarmory and Celesteela both resist Diggersby's Normal/Ground STAB moves, and can either Whirlwind it out or attempt to weaken or KO it with Heavy Slam. However, both must watch out for it's coverage in Fire Punch. Similarly, Gengar and other Ghost-types are immune to Return, but must watch out for Knock Off and Earthquake.

i'm unsure of whether sd should still be a set, the meta is far too offensive for it and things like lele and faster priority give it such a hard time. i'll let other qc decide, but i'm not gonna touch it for now.

remember to fix the spacing and cut down oo a little bit, idt there's much reason to run agility/lum/groundiumz

1/3

Cut down on OO and I think I fixed the spacing; I can take off Tapu Lele and add in some partners that can eliminate it from the game for the SD set if that works out, as I personally think the SD set still has some merit (even in such a fast-paced metagame). QC's got the final word, so I'll wait on them.

Implemented.

Checks and Counters
  • In the Faster Pokemon section, there are more relevant Pokemon that can be mentioned. Stuff like Mega Metagross, Greninja, Manaphy, etc.
  • You don't need to specify Sand for Excadrill because it naturally outspeeds Diggersby.
  • Tapu Koko can't actually one shot it so you should probably remove it.

Is Choice Band really the best set for it? I was thinking we could merge CB and Swords Dance together. I don't think we should move on until we decide on that.

Adamant is the way to go on the CB set imo. I know it was specified why choose Jolly over it, but base 70 mons like Breloom and Bisharp are quite rare nowadays.

don't get why you would ever run a choice band on this 'mon when it has so many damn coverage options to choose from and being able to switch moves makes it way more difficult to play around.

100% believe that life orb is the superior item in this metagame and choice band should be the slash after. diggersby has so many coverage moves to choose from meaning switching attacks is important if you truly want to use this as a breaker.

[SET]
name: All-out Attacker

i've been using non-return diggersby since oras. return hits very little that earthquake / fire punch / quick attack coverage wouldn't be able to handle, especially since rotom-w is way less common. ice punch pretty much handles everything return is supposed to hit such as landorus-t and tornadus-t. obviously, you use return with choice band which is why it is slashed.
- gunk shot is actually stupid good on this thing too so it should be mentioned in moves. it completely destroys tapu fini, tangrowth, and tapu bulu.
- jolly as only slash because slower than heatran is pathetic

normalium z is worthy of a slash on the swords dance set.

I'd never forgo Return on the basis that I click it basically as much as I do Earthquake. A strong neutral STAB that hits more than just SE targets is generally a lot easier to use+effective than having to hit everything with the correct move, making it a very easy move to spam in general, and there are also a handful of other null targets that you become bait for by forgoing it, such as Rotom-W, Mantine, Pelipper etc., and vs. neutral targets it hits with 3 more BP than a super effective elemental punch, which is really minor+unnoticable but is still a technicality regardless. Ice Punch hits Lando-T harder than Return, but PhysDef gets worn down into 2HKO range of Return extremely quickly (2 SR switch-ins does the trick nicely) and offensive can only come in one time regardless; TankChomp and Gliscor are not common at all, and Return has >50% chance to OHKO offensive Chomp w/ SR+1 spike. Beyond this, running Ice Punch comes at the cost of the sheer spammability of Return, which is simply not desirable on a Pokemon like Diggersby where the biggest reason to use it over other Ground-types imho is an extremly spammable/strong secondary STAB.

I think an Agility set is worthy of a mention. Finding a setup opportunity can be difficult sometimes but if you can pull it off, you can basically sweep through weakened offense teams.

I also think that LO should be the fist set, Band needs too much support to work without too much risk and effectively, e.g removal of lando or skarm/celesteela/ferro. It's also hard to recover from a situation where you're locked into a move like Eq or Return and lose all momentum, especially since Diggersby is mostly used on bulky offense teams that rely on its wallbreaking power, so that a sweeper can set up.

In team options:
Magnezone as a partner to trap Skarmory and Celesteela, so you can click Return or EQ without losing momentum (especially when you use Band) and having to bring in Digger everytime on hazards for example. If you successfully trap Skarmory, Eq will really put in work against stall. With Quick attack you can revenge Dugtrio too if you break its sash before it revenges you with EQ.

main stuff:
- i agree with life orb>band, though i feel strongly that return is the best option and replacing it should not be within the main slashes. return is such a powerful option that you can press indiscriminately in many situations and either ohko/finish off with a quick attack or 2hko the slower opponent, and does a bunch of damage to lando anyways.

- also agree with jolly b/c you really should outspeed tran

- if you're going to keep the sd set, quick attack should be mandatory so that it doesn't struggle even more against offense (jolly on this one too).

usage tips (set 1)
- adjust these to accommodate life orb (it's a bit less prediction-heavy)
- mention how important it is not to guess wrong with coverage on band
- i don't like the idea that quick attack is just for revenge killing. it's also pretty frequently used because you land a hit and then finish something off with quick attack, which is a large part of why it's so valuable.
- something about BOTH stabs being exploitable depending on the composition of the opposing team

usage tips (set 2)
- i don't like how you emphasize so much that using sd is the absolute most important thing; it's literally just the standard set without a coverage move. you play this set like the normal one and use sd if there's an opportunity, especially vs bulkier/slower teams and when you can clean up faster things with QA. make this dynamic clear.

OO: mention sash

also implement mil's team options thing (magnezone), and i want more of a sense of what types of teams you put this on in team options.

do all this and 2/3

Tagging Colonel M, sorry for the delay. Everything after Martin's post didn't show up in my alerts. It was only after you had posted that I got an alert for this thread.

Check implemented.

i'm back on qc!!!!!!!!!!!!!! colonel m let me take the last check btw

[Overview]

>Looks good. I'd just emphasize Diggersby's fierce competition and frailty by rephrasing a bit; you'll also want to highlight that it can really punish slower teams that rely on bulk over brawn.
>Also worth noting that GP will want you to make each bullet a complete sentence.

[Set 1: AoA]

>QC agreed that SD should just be merged into this one. Slash SD in the last slot as the third option and rename the set to "Wallbreaker" to reflect this change.

[Set 1: AoA—Moves]

>I'd reword the first bullet to just talk about how Return is a solid, generally hard-hitting spammable attack that hits everything hard except for Steel-, Rock-, and Ghost-types. The OHKO/2HKO part is good.
>EQ bullet looks good. Maybe emphasize it's less spammable than Return generally speaking? Up to you.
>I'd talk about Quick Attack's utility in helping soft-check Pheromosa once it's been chipped into range.
>Say that Knock Off can also hit Zonger.
>Talk about Swords Dance potentially boosting Diggersby's attack but mention that the loss of coverage and Diggersby's relative frailty make this choice somewhat unappealing.

[Set 1: AoA—Set Details]

>Second and third bullet: I'd emphasize that LO is preferred because it lets Diggersby less prediction reliant in terms of pressuring Cele/Skarm/Zong (for something like Gross or DD Lando, because it can just click Return or EQ then Fire Punch the floating Steel).

[Set 1: AoA—Usage Tips]

>This is really well done in general, but you would need to have a bullet on SD and how to use it; talk about how you can threaten something out that your opponent obviously wants to keep (see: Heatran) and use that to set up an SD to help break or sweep.
>I would also emphasize the significance of VoltTurn when using Diggersby.

[Set 1: AoA—Team Options]

>Instead of Rotom-W, Mega Scizor, and Magearna as the order of VoltTurn teammates, I'd use defensive Landorus-T, Mega Scizor, and Tapu Koko as the order.
>Talking about Landorus-T/Bro/Tang (assuming Helm here) is very ORAS-y; instead, mention how it is extremely useful for forcing in and pressuring Celesteela, defensive Landorus-T, Skarmory, and Bronzong. Bronzong isn't terribly relevant but because this thing would foreseeably pair well with Metagross, it's fairly significant. Also, Pheromosa shouldn't really be mentioned here. It can be mentioned in the VoltTurn bullet if you'd like.
>Remove the piece about Psychic Terrain prevent Diggersby from being RK'd by priority, as the only real threats are A-Jet/Ice Shard (both are which are decently rare now). Just talk about how Lele should be avoided because of how it eats into a huge reason to use Diggersby (strong priority).
>Mention Mega Scizor in the pivots bullet (Lando-T too!).
>Mention that Magnezone is moreso a desirable teammate with SD variants of Diggersby.

[Set 2: Swords Dance]

>Delete this set and follow the suggestions outlined in the Set 1 portion of the check to help merge the two. QC agreed with me that Diggersby is too niche to need two sets and they function similarly anyway.

[Other Options]

>Make sure you emphasize that a Choice Scarf set hardly does anything and that it will be a horrendous idea 95% of the time.

[Checks and Counters]

>Under "Faster Pokemon," specify that, if a revenge killer is neutral to QA, they can be picked off if they're too low, so they have to be careful.
>I would just remove the priority users section entirely. While yes, Diggersby is frail and generally susceptible to it, the relevant priority moves all come from low-ranked 'mons that hardly see much use.

Good job.

Moves

Return is strong STAB move and it that provides good coverage against Pokemon such as Landorus-T and Rotom-W. It manages to get OHKOes/2HKOes OHKOes or 2HKOes against a lot of the metagame, (AC) and it's a very spammable move. Earthquake is another solid STAB move that gets good coverage and hits Steel-, Electric-, Poison-, Rock-, and Fire-types such as Toxapex, Ferrothorn, and Heatran. It is not as spammable as Return, however. Quick Attack is STAB move that has priority, and it hits does deals a lot of damage when boosted by both Huge Power and a Life Orb. It can KO Pokemon such as Latios once they are chipped down into its range. (hmm maybe specify this range and add a couple more examples?) Fire Punch roasts Ferrothorn, Celesteela, and Skarmory, which is important, (AC) as the latter two resists resist Diggersby's STAB moves. Knock Off removes items and has general utility. (i think you should elaborate on the "general utility" or just say "...removes items and hits Ghost-types...") It also hits Ghost-types and bulky Psychic-types, such as Bronzong and Mew, super-effectively super effectively, such as Bronzong and Mew. Swords Dance can be used to obtain a +2 boost to Diggersby's Attack and quickly level slower teams, and it works well in conjunction with Quick Attack to prevent faster Pokemon from revengekilling it revenge killing Diggersby. However, the loss of coverage is somewhat unappealing. (what coverage would you use instead?)

Set Details
========

Jolly is Diggersby's preferred nature, (AC) allowing it to outspeed positive-natured Base 70 Speed Pokemon, such as Heatran. Adamant can be used to sacrifice speed for power, although it's usually not worth it. A Life Orb gives Diggersby a substantial power boost while allowing it to change moves, at the cost of some of its HP per attack, and is generally preferred over a Choice Band to make Diggersby less prediction reliant and be more flexible against teams with Pokemon such as Skarmory, Bronzong, and Celesteela. However, a Choice Band gives an immediate boost to Attack that allows it to bypass Intimidate's Attack drop, which can be useful if one predicts you predict (consistency - you use "you" later in the analysis) well with Diggersby. The given EV spread maximizes Attack and Speed so it Diggersby can hit as hard as possible and outspeed common defensive Pokemon.

Usage Tips
========

If Diggersby is using Life Orb, you can afford to be a bit less cautious when using moves, as you can still switch your moves if your opponent predicts your move choice correctly. For example, if Skarmory switches in on your Earthquake, the item choice of Life Orb allows you to simply smack it with a Fire Punch the next turn. Prediction is necessary for catching Pokemon that resist or are immune to one of your STAB moves if you are using Choice Band. (period) However, as predicting incorrectly can waste a lot of your momentum and give the opponent the advantage. Quick Attack allows Diggersby to revenge kill weakened threats, so it should be used to revenge kill threats such as Latios and Tapu Koko.

========

Volt-Switches (no hyphen) or U-turns help to bring Diggersby in safely where it can fire off attacks, so slow users such as Landorus-T, Mega Scizor, and Tapu Koko are decent teammates. Diggersby breaks down common defensive Pokemon such as Landorus-T, Skarmory, Celesteela, and Bronzong, so pairing it with sweepers such as Mega Metagross or and Mega Gyarados is a good idea. Tapu Lele's Psychic Terrain prevents Diggersby's priority from being used and thus makes it less effective, so teams should usually avoid partnering these two Pokemon up. Stealth Rocks (and to a degree, Spikes) helps it Diggersby secure key KOes against Pokemon such as Tangrowth, so setters such as Landorus-T, Garchomp, and Ferrothorn can help, although they can compound weaknesses on a team. Pivots such as the aforementioned Mega Scizor and Landorus-T are good teammates, (AC) as Diggersby is quite prone vulnerable to being revengekilled revenge killed. Magnezone traps Skarmory and Celesteela, two Pokemon that resist Diggersby's STAB combination, and is an especially good partner when Diggersby is using Swords Dance. In general, Diggersby fits well on offensive teams needing a powerful wallbreaker that is very good at wearing down common Pokemon that require prior damage for sweepers to break, such as Landorus-T or and Tangrowth.

Choice Scarf is an option to turn Diggersby into a revengekiller revenge killer and momentum-grabber with U-turn, but in general it is useless most of the time due to the lack of power and the nature of being Choice-locked. Normalium Z is a one-time option to nuke opponents foes with a powerful Normal-type STAB move, but Diggersby misses the added power from Life Orb or Choice Band for its other moves. Focus Sash can be used to guarantee a Swords Dance for Diggersby and can make it act as a decent revengekiller revenge killer with a combination of its STAB moves and Quick Attack, but it Diggersby loses out on the power given by Life Orb and is too reliant on entry hazards being off of the field.

Checks and Counters
===================

**Faster Pokemon**: Pokemon such as Latios, Mega Metagross, and Greninja all easily outspeed and crush Diggersby, although priority from Quick Attack can deter them if they're weakened, and none can safely switch in. Pokemon that can outspeed and KO Diggersby but are neutral to Quick Attack must be careful, (AC) as Diggersby can KO them if they are weakened.

**Pokemon that Resist its STAB Combo Combination**: Skarmory and Celesteela both resist Diggersby's Normal/Ground STAB moves, (RC) and can either Whirlwind it out or attempt to weaken or KO it with Heavy Slam. However, both must watch out for its coverage in Fire Punch. Similarly, Gengar and other Ghost-types are immune to Return, but must watch out for Knock Off and Earthquake.

**Physically Defensive Pokemon**: While Diggersby excels in breaking down walls, the set its running can often make it easier for some defensive Pokemon to beat it or cripple it. Pokemon such as Landorus-T and Mega Slowbro can take on the Swords Dance set (albeit barely coming out on top), (RC) but will have significantly more trouble against a Choice Band variant. Pokemon such as Alomomola and Mew are also able to cripple it Diggersby with Knock Off or a burn, but are completely unable to switch in.

Always!

Moves
========

Return is strong STAB move that it provides good coverage against Pokemon such as Landorus-T and Rotom-W. Quick Attack a is STAB move that has priority, and it deals a lot of damage when boosted by both Huge Power and a Life Orb.

Set Details
========

Usage Tips
========

Prediction is necessary for catching Pokemon that resist or are immune to one of your Diggersby's STAB moves if you are it is using Choice Band. However, as predicting incorrectly can waste a lot of your momentum and give the opponent the advantage. Quick Attack allows Diggersby to revenge kill weakened threats,(RC) such as Latios and Tapu Koko.

========

Volt Switches or and U-turns help to bring Diggersby in safely where it can fire off attacks, so slow users such as Landorus-T, Mega Scizor, and Tapu Koko are decent teammates.
