As you can see in that article someone already posted about it. And I have a log that shows disable lasting for at least 30 turns, so it is obviously permanent, not 4-7 turns like bulbapedia and Pokemon Online say. It needs to be fixed to 4-7 turns and then it will work properly. Maybe it could be included in the next update to the Smogon server, thanks guys!
