First of all, Dark is weak to Bug. You forgot to factor that. Second, here is info on Fury Cutter:

NDA said:
The Pokémon repeatedly slashes the foe, with every consecutive slash increasing damage by three (3) and Energy Cost by one (1). If Fury Cutter misses or is blocked (but is still used consecutively), its number of Consecutive Uses decreases by one (1) (e.g. if it is blocked after 3 consecutive uses, the next attack will calculate damage based on 2 Consecutive uses). Fury Cutter does not incur the normal Consecutive Attacks penalty.
BAP Formula: 4 + ("Consecutive" Uses * 3). Maximum 22.
Energy Cost Formula: 4 + "Consecutive" Uses
 
OK, lemme look over this one:

  • Honedge has No Guard so didn't need the rolls to hit.
  • Fury Cutter's formula is a wee bit tricky to understand. "Consecutive Uses" is the number of consecutive uses of Fury Cutter, excluding the current use. So on the first use "Consecutive uses" would equal 0, on the second use "Consecutive uses" would equal 1, etc. So Honedge's first Fury Cutter has 4 BAP, and costs 4 EN. The second has 7 BAP, and costs 5 EN. The 3rd would have 10 BAP and cost 6 EN, etc.
  • Fury Cutter is Bug-Type, so is Super Effective vs Water/Dark types (Use Sharpedo as your reference on Veekun if you want to see the weaknesses/resists quickly)
  • Your Damage calcs for Bite are also off. (6 + 3 + (3-6))*1.5 becomes (6 + 3 + (-3))*1.5, or simplified just 6*1.5 = 9. You seem to have swapped Coloshale's ATK and Honedge's DEF.
  • Blimp should have used only 10 EN. Bite costs 3 EN, and the second use of Bite had a Bubblebeam between it, so the second bite would not suffer consecutive EN penalty

Ref fixes for Redew:

  • Your Fury Cutters are all out of sync - the first should deal 17.25 Damage, the second 21.75 and the third 26.25. Check your calculations, especially when you Copy & Paste stuff!
  • Same move combos. Hoo boy. Lemme quote from the ASB Handbook:

The combo's energy cost is equal to the move's energy cost * 2 + 4, all multiplied by 1.75. This can be calculated more simply as the move's energy cost + 2, all multiplied by 3.5.

Modifiers such as STAB and abilities are factored in after this calculation, but the consecutive use penalty is calculated in the move's energy cost. Thus a combo of Flamethrower + Flamethrower on the action right after Flamethrower treats the move's energy cost as 11, not 7.

OK, so let's use the simplified calc for EN. Sucker Punch costs 6 EN Before STAB is applied. This means that in the formula ((Energy Cost + 2) * 3.5), we get the EN Cost to be ((6 + 2) * 3.5), or 8 * 3.5, which is 28. At this point, we now apply STAB. This results in Colosshale's first Sucker Punch + Sucker Punch costing 27 EN.

Now then, before I advance, let me pull the section on Consecutive Energy Penalty from the Handbook:

Consecutive Energy Cost

As tempting as it may be to find your Pokemon's most powerful move and use it every action, doing so is a surefire way to drain your Pokemon's energy. When a Pokemon uses the same move on consecutive actions, the energy cost of that move increases by 4. This energy cost increase is cumulative and carries over from one round to the next. Outside of switching, the only way to reset this penalty is to use a different move or somehow fail to act. However, Combination cooldowns do not reset the consecutive use penalty, nor does using a combination of two different moves.

So, Coloshale will definitely take Consecutive Energy Penalty on the second combo. However, it's actually not +4, but +8 - this is because ASB treats the move as having been used twice in a row for the sake of combinations. Now, if you look to the combinations quote, you can see that this is treated as a flat increase to the EN of the move before we plug it into the formula. So, rather than adding 8 EN onto the last instance of our move, we instead have to redo the formula:

(((6 + 8) + 2) * 3.5)

Simplifying, we get 16 * 3.5. This equals 56 EN.... but, we then reduce that by one due to STAB, which as before is added after, dropping to 55 EN. This means over the 2 attacks Coloshale uses 82 EN total.

And no, most ASB matches aren't this complex to ref - and you will find you get better with practice =)
