Personally checking on my cart right now.
Edit: Confirmed. Lower-right HGSS move tutor offers to teach Role Play to my Latias but not my Electrode.

Edit: Confirmed. Lower-right HGSS move tutor offers to teach Role Play to my Latias but not my Electrode.
Do note that several online Pokedexes have the move tutor learnset for Magic Coat and Role Play reversed, Serebii among them. Try looking through multiple Pokedexes next time!
