First Competitive Team in a While (Pre-Pokebank)

I haven't made a competitive singles team in a while but figured that I should get back into it what with the metagame changing so much (gotta love them fairies, gotta love them mega stones). Anyways, after testing and tweaking- the team is pretty okay, but it needs something- (obviously ironhead would be nice on Excadrill - but no pokebank yet). Okay- so basically I'm going for almost all out offense- centered around Mega Charizard- so a spinner is necessary, and it's nice to have my own hazards as well. Here goes.

Greninja (M) @ Focus Sash
Ability: Protean
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 SAtk / 252 Spd / 4 HP
Timid Nature
- Dark Pulse
- Hydro Pump
- U-turn
- Ice Beam

Greninja is my suicide lead. I'd say that 9 times out of 10 I start with it. It outspeeds most things most of the time. I use dark pulse, u-turn, and hydro pump from the standard set, and Ice beam for coverage (dragons, Gliscor, etc). The sash lets me get at least one move- if not two off - and if the matchup is right 2 hits is enough to take down most things.

Rotom-Wash @ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 SDef
Calm Nature
- Volt Switch
- Hydro Pump
- Will-O-Wisp
- Thunderbolt

Rotom is my special wall/tank. I run will-o-wisp to burn Excadrills and Kangaskhans, or any physical threat really. Hydro pump and thunderbolt are the main attacking moves here. I rely on Rotom a whole lot, making it a Pokemon I'd like to keep on the team.

Excadrill @ Air Balloon
Ability: Mold Breaker
- Rapid Spin
- Earthquake
- Swords Dance
- X-Scissor

Excadrill is my spinner + a physical tank. Any +2 attack from this thing (aside from rapid spin) is going to do a whole lot of damage. I run X-Scissor for the intermittent psychic types and dark types seen every so often, but rock slide could work in a pinch- but that's what I have Trevenant for. EQ is very standard, and swords dance is to boost comfortably. The air balloon is to ensure EQs don't decimate him on the first turn- but yeah- this Excadrill is pretty standard.

Charizard (M) @ Charizardite X
Ability: Blaze
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spd / 4 HP
Jolly Nature
- Flare Blitz
- Dragon Dance
- Earthquake
- Dragon Claw

My center. My boy. My homedawg since '98- Charizard. Physical Charizard. I always felt as if Charizard should've been a more physical pokemon- he just looks like it. Though Seismic Toss isn't viable (sadface) this set is still cool as hell. I run Dragon Dance because ZardX isn't as fast or as strong as I would like him to be unboosted. I run Dragon Claw instead of Outrage because I don't want to get trapped- plus breeding outrage into him would be a pain- dragon dance is already a pain. Flare Blitz is the standard, and EQ is for coverage/if I don't want him to take any recoil damage. Jolly for speed, because he needs it more than the adamant attack boost.

Trevenant @ Lum Berry
Ability: Harvest
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SDef / 4 Atk
Careful Nature
- Rock Slide
- Rest
- Horn Leech
- Poison Jab

Trevenant is my ace in the hole. Though the team centers around Charizard, Trevenant is my killer. Despite its look, and lowish speed- Trevenant is a WALL. This thing takes EQs from Excadrills like they're candy. 28% from one! It can survive a whole damn lot, especially with harvest/rest/lum berry. Its attack isn't too shabby either! Rock slide is to take out the pesky Talonflame, Horn leech for healing and hitting Greninjas and Rotoms/Goodras/quagsires/anything. I run poison jab only for the fairy types to which I have no other real counter. But yeah- Trevenant is bomb. Plus SPINBLOCKER- something that Charizard appreciates a whole lot.

Tyranitar (F) @ Focus Sash
Ability: Sand Stream
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SAtk
Bold Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Fire Blast
- Dark Pulse
- Focus Blast

Tyranitar is the one pokemon I think COULD be replaced, if not tweaked a whole lot. I was running a physical Tyranitar, but it wasn't working out. Tyranitar's sole purpose is to set up rocks, anything else is a bonus. Fire blast is good on Ferrothorns though, as well as Skarmorys. But basically I need rocks, and T-tar was the way to go, in my opinion.
