a few regular smogon rules:

1. post this in the RMT forum. that's why it's there.

2. write a little summary underneath each poke so we don't tell you something you already know or miss out on some of the reasons you use it.

3. this isn't really a rule, just a bit of advice. it's great that you have favorite pokes but if you stick with them too much it's just hard to improve and hard for people to help. my rule is one 'favorite' vote per team. too much of those and... you get the idea.
