Sorry for the wait, but here are our winners:

Parents: Heracross/Crustle
Shared Egg Group: Bug
Offspring Name: Crustlecross
New typing: Rock/Fighting
New base stats: 85/120/110/62/95/75 (BST: 547)
New ability and desc: Armoured Guts: When statused, this Pokemon gains a 1.5x Attack Boost and it cannot be struck by Critical hits
Notable Moves: Shell Smash, Swords Dance, Close Combat, Stone Edge, Earthquake, Rock Blast, Knock Off, Stealth Rock, Megahorn, Substitute, Focus Punch, Swords Dance
Role Identification: Although you'll probably use its mega, Crustlecross is still viable in its bass form due to the fact that it still has access to Shell Smash, amazing STABs/coverage as well as Armoured Guts. Crustlecross also has the advantage in being able to run non-Heracronite items, such as Toxic Orb, Life Orb, White Herb or Leftovers, the latter of which may let it use Substitute/Focus Punch sets. Rock/Fighting is great offensively, and with 120 Attack boosted by 85/110/95 defences, or a +2 Speed boost from Shell Smash, Crustlecross can be a threat even without taking up the mega slot.

Parents: Heracross/Crustle
Shared Egg Group: Mega
Offspring Name: Mega Crustlecross
New typing: Rock/Fighting
New base stats: 85/180/150/62/105/65 (BST: 647)
New ability and desc: Skill Link
Notable Moves: Shell Smash, Swords Dance, Close Combat, Stone Edge, Earthquake, Rock Blast, Knock Off, Stealth Rock, Megahorn, Substitute, Focus Punch, Swords Dance
Role Identification: Very similar to regular Crustlecross, but much stronger and bulkier in exchange for taking up the Mega slot. 180 Attack, powerful STABs and great offensive typing/coverage make Crustlecross an near unstoppable threat after a Shell Smash, even with its low speed, as well as having access to Rock Blast for a guaranteed power 125 STAB move with higher accuracy than Stone Edge. Even with Rock- and Fighting- being poor defensively, 85/150/105 bulk compensates for this, allowing Mega Crustlecross to easily Shell Smash and sweep (though you'll want to remove enemy priority first). All in all, Crustlecross is an enormous threat in both its Mega and Non-Mega forms.

DNA Donors: Manaphy and Wigglytuff
Offspring name: Wigglyman
New type: Water/Fairy
New base stats: 120/85/80/110/80/81 (+8Def, +18SpA, +5SpD, +9Spe)
New ability and desc: Hydration + Competitive = Shake it off: Boosts the Special Attack stat by two stages when statused.
Notable moves: Tail Glow, Scald, Dazzling Gleam, Thunderbolt, Ice Beam, Flamethrower, Energy Ball, Signal Beam, Psychic, Wish, Stealth Rock, U-turn, Knock Off
Role identification: A powerful wallbreaker. Tail Glow drastically boosts Wigglyman's Special Attack, allowing it to pummel everything that's slower than it. Water/Fairy already gives it a great STAB combination but it also gets a delicious set of coverage moves. Overall, I just tried my best to make poor Wigglytuff viable and I hope this worked well.

Parents: Milotic + Magnezone
Shared egg group: [DNA]
Offspring name: Magnetic
New type: Water/Electric
New base stats: 102/65/107/135/107/70 (HP+10, Def+10, SpA+20) BST 586
New ability and desc:
[Competitive + Magnet Pull] Compelling: If this Pokémon's stats are lowered, its Special Attack is raised by 2 stages, and the opponent cannot switch. This ability cannot be triggered by self-inflicted stat drops.
Notable moves: Scald, Thunder(bolt), Volt Switch, Recover, Substitute, Dragon Tail/Roar, Ice Beam
Role identification: Defog repellent to the core. A random stat drop from a Shadow Ball or Crunch can really cripple the opponent if the right thing is trapped. It's a relevant threat enough without its ability, but the ability really makes this fusion incredile. Excellent attacking options such as Scald, Ice Beam, Tbolt and Volt Switch and reliable recovery in Recover are cherries on top.

DNA Donors: Zoroark + Porygon-Z
Offspring Name: Zorogon-Z
New Type: Normal/Dark
New Base Stats: 72/92/65/147/67/117 (+20 Spa, +20 Spe) BST:560
New Ability: Adaptable Illusion (Adaptability + Illusion)- Disguises this Pokemon as the last member of the party. When this Pokemon is disguised, it gains a 1.3x boost to the moves in this Pokemon's moveset that are the same type as the primary typing of the Pokemon that it is disguised as.
(Example: Zorogon-Z is the first Pokemon in the party and is disguised as a Raichu. Zorogon-Z now gains a 1.3x boost to Thunderbolt.)
Notable Moves: Dark Pulse, Tri Attack, Focus Blast, Flamethrower, Shadow Ball, Sludge Bomb, Thunderbolt, Ice Beam, Psychic, U-Turn, Sucker Punch, Nasty Plot
Role Identification: This Pokemon has high amounts of special attack and lots of coverage to make use of it. It has an unique ability that allows it to be even more powerful.

Parents: Thundurus & Victini
Shared egg group: DNA Fusion
Offspring name: Thundini
New type: Electric/Fire
New base stats: 90/118/85/123/90/126 (+10 SpA,+10 Atk,+20 Speed)
New ability and desc: Prankstar: This pokemon's moves of 70% accuracy or less have +1 Priority
Notable moves: Thunder(bolt), Discharge, Focus blast, Blue Flare, Glaciate,Grass Knot, Sludge Wave, Nasty Plot, Knock Off, Taunt, Volt Switch, U-Turn, Substitute, Bolt Strike, Dazzling Gleam, Dark Pulse, Energy Ball, Heat Wave, Psyshock, Shadow ball, V-Create, Trick
Role identification: With a lot of coverage options and strong STAB and great offensive stats of 118/123/126, Thundini is a real unpredictable threat, it has real good Special stabs in Volt switch,Thunder, Thunderbolt, Discharge and also Blue Flare, add in Nasty Plot and countless coverage from Sludge wave, Shadow ball, Energy ball/Grass knot,Focus blast, and also you can have boltbeam with Glaciate, not as good as Ice beam but the speed drop could help, add in that Priority Thunder and Focus Blast, on the physical side, We have Bolt Strike and V-Create which alone are too great, add STAB and Boom, There is also U-Turn and knock off to lure chansey, Who know, will it be a trick-scarfer? a special sweeper? A physical cleaner? a mixed attacker, Who knows? Only its user does!

Parents: Clawitzer + Kingdra
Shared egg group: Water 1
Offspring name: Clawdra
New type: Water - Dragon
New base stats: 83/94/102/118/102/82 (BST 581)
New Ability and desc: Storm Launcher (Mega Launcher + Swift Swim): Boosts launching attacks by 50% in no weather. Doubles their power and doubles the user's speed in rain. Quarters their power and halves the users speed in the sun.
Notable moves: Dragon Pulse, Dark Pulse, Aura Sphere, Water Pulse, Rain Dance, Focus Blast, Flash Cannon
Role identification:
A powerful weather sweeper with nuclear STABS that become extreme in the weather, but not enough speed to actually be strong outside of rain. If rain isn't your thing, then slap a scarf for sweeping or specs for wallbreaking with your special no punishment outrage as long as you aren't in the sun. It doesn't like the sun though. Keep it far, far away from sun setters as they neuter it so much that it becomes deathbait, setup bait, and hazard bait all in one.

DNA Donors: Shaymin and Electrode
Offspring name: Shaymode
New type: Grass/Electric
New base stats: 80/75/90/105/100/130 ( +5Def, +15SpA, +10SpD +10Spe)
New ability and desc: Natural Cure + Static = Static switch: 30% chance to paralyze the opponent whenever the user switches out
Notable moves: Volt Switch, Seed Flare, Thunderbolt, Earth Power, Synthesis, Psychic, Dazzling Gleam, Signal Beam, Leech Seed, Aromatherapy, Taunt
Role identification: An offensive pivot that aims to cripple offensive teams by spamming Volt Switch. Seed Flare punishes Ground types that try to block Volt Switch while Earth Power takes out Electric types that are immune to paralysis. It's also not deadweight against defensive teams as it has Taunt and Aromatherapy to deal with them.

Parents: Skarmory/Heatran
Shared Egg Group: DNA
Offspring Name: Armortran
New typing: Steel/Flying
New base stats: 90/85/134/85/105/73 (BST: 572, +12 HP, +11 Def, +17 SpD)
New ability and desc: Sturdy Fire: When hit by a Fire-type move or a move that would knock it out in one hit, this Pokemon's Fire-type moves gain a 50% boost, and in the case of the latter, the Pokemon will survive with 1 HP.
Notable Moves: Roost, Stealth Rock, Spikes, Defog, Brave Bird, Iron Head, Lava Plume, Swords Dance, Whirlwind, Earthquake, Rock Slide, Taunt, Will-O-Wisp, Toxic, Protect
Role Identification: An wall designed to be able to take on the many powerful Fire-, Dragon- and Flying-types of Fusion Evolution. If you know anything about these two Pokemon in OU, you know what this thing can do defensively. With reliable recovery in Roost, both hazards and hazard removal, many status moves and phasing, Armortran has it all. Sturdy Fire means that outside of Mold Breaker, it has only one weakness in Electric, making this thing even sturdier. I honestly don't think I need to elaborate that much on why this is so good.

Discussion rule are the same as always:
  1. Analyze these abilities. Are they balanced? Can they be better?
  2. Help find the best moveset for them based on their new roles. Should it boost its Attack first? Is it a team supporter?
  3. Try to guess any checks or counters we might run into later, and if possible, see if one of the other fusions would make a good teammate to get past these counters.
  4. To expand on #3, which of these Pokemon can check/counter the earlier slates? How would they fit together on a team? How would they support eac

WE DID IT BOYZ

No but seriously I'm gonna make a Clawdra set. This one would be the classic rain sweeper that Clawdra's ability tailors it to be.
This set doesn't set up its own rain, though. totally meaning a future fusion will be a rain setter totally

Clawdra @ Life Orb
Ability: Storm Launcher
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid / Modest Nature
- Hydro Pump / Water Pulse / Scald
- Dragon Pulse
- Dark Pulse / Aura Sphere
- Sludge Wave / Aura Sphere / Heal Pulse

EVs are easy, and the 4 can go anywhere you want to. Heal pulse is obviously the most important move. Not really, but it seriously is able to fully heal an ally or enemy's HP. The water STAB is interesting, because a boosted water pulse in the rain is 22 BP stronger than hydro pump under the same conditions. Outside of rain, hydro pump is stronger by 30 BP. Scald is much weaker than both, but has utility in burning. I personally prefer confusion hax from water pulse over reliability with hydro pump, but it is up to you. Dragon pulse is necessary because it is the strongest move that Clawdra has access to, and one of the strongest moves in fusion evolution (170 BP without a downside). The third move is dependent on what you need to attack. Because both moves are the same BP (120 in clear/sand/hail and 160 in rain), it is up to you (again). The last slot can be used for the move that you didn't choose, but sludge wave is preferred for its ability to hit Water/Fairy and Dragon/Fairy types which threaten Clawdra, such as Mega Altaria variants and Dianbro.

Clawdra can effectively run a specs set, a rain setter set, and a scarf set as well, which I might make later. All four are DESTROYED by the sun, which threatens Clawdra's vability a bit. The good thing is that Aura Sphere can crush the common ice and rock weather setters, even if it is lowered to 120 BP.

We already have Manatar (Manaphy/Tyranitar) as a great rain setter for Clawdra.

On another note, here's a generic Crustlecross set:
Crustlecross @ Heracronite
Ability: Armoured Guts
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant/Jolly Nature
-Shell Smash
-Rock Blast
-Close Combat/Arm Thrust
-Earthquake/Knock Off/Megahorn

Pretty self explanatory, just use Shell Smash and then devour your opponents' team's souls. Adamant nature gives maximum power while still giving 458 Speed at +2, but you can run Jolly to outspeed things like Scarf Garchomp (and other Scarf users at around that speed tier). Rock Blast is reliable STAB with Skill Link, and your choice of Fighting STAB depends on how worried about priority you are: Close Combat provides more power but compunds the defence drops for Shell Smash, while Arm Thrust sacrifices power to minimize this. The last slot is mostly filler for whatever coverage your team needs.

Wigglyman @ Toxic Orb / Leftovers
EVs: 252 SpA / 252 HP / 4 SpD
Ability: Shake It Off
Modest Nature
- Scald
- Tail Glow
- Moonblast
- Ice Beam / Thunderbolt

Say your prayers people, the Wiggle Man is coming!

Shaymode @ Life Orb
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Ability: Static Switch
Timid Nature
- Volt Switch
- Seed Flare
- Thunderbolt
- Earth Power / Taunt

Probably the best momemtum grabber and hands down one of the best Electric types in the meta.

Magnetic @ Leftovers
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpA / 4 SpD
Ability: Compelling
Modest Nature
- Scald
- Volt Switch
- Ice Beam / Discharge
- Recover

Lol. Whats Defog again?

One sad thing about the Wiggle man is that it doesn't get Moonblast. :/ Dazzling Gleam is still powerful, though underwhelming, when you got the boosts.

G-Luke posted the best set for Wigglyman so I might try to contribute an alternative one:

Wigglyman @ Leftovers
EVs: 252 SpA / 252 HP / 4 Def
Ability: Shake It Off
Modest Nature
- Scald
- Calm Mind
- Rest
- Sleep Talk

Less powerful but you get longevity which is nice with its good bulk. You also get the Special Attack boost while sleep talking so that's a big plus.

Thundini @ Life Orb
EVs: 252 SpA / 252 Spe / 4 SpD
Ability: Prankstar
Timid Nature
- Blue Flare
- Thunderbolt
- Focus Blast
- Nasty Plot / Volt Switch / Substitute

Special Attacker set. Blue Flare rocks! Thunderbolt over Thunder because Thundini is fast anyway and you really want that accuracy though priority Focus Blast is still dope. Fourth slot depends on your team's need though I personally prefer Nasty Plot as it gives Thundini wall breaking abilities.

Shared egg group: DNA Fusion
Offspring name:
Thunarus
New type: Electric/Flying
New base stats: 80/110/70/155/80/126 [+20 SpA/Speed]
New ability and desc: Voltster: This Pokemon's Electric-type moves have their priority increased by 1.
Notable moves: Thunder(bolt)/Discharge, Hurricane, Heat Wave, Grass Knot, Volt Switch, Focus Blast, Nasty Plot, Taunt, Knock off, Agility
Role identification: Well, Let's see here, this pokemon has got Priority thunderbolt STAB and also can use Discharge to cripple opposing attacks, and a great 155 SpA and also it has 126 speed, allowing it to speedtie with talonflame, this pokemon can bring great momentum to the table with priority Volt switch, it also has great coverage in Heat wave,Grass knot and also it comes with Focus Blast, Add a nasty plot with its 155 SpA and I can insure you it will OHKO a lot of things, OR you can use agility to outspeed those fast fusions which would normally outspeed it, all in all this is from the best fusions, and look at the fact even chansey can not really switch on it because:

+2 252+ SpA Thundurus Focus Blast vs. 4 HP / 252 SpD Eviolite Chansey: 334-394 (52 - 61.3%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Stealth Rock

So yeah, this is from the only special attackers to be able to 2HKO Chansey without psyshock or Secret Sword, and there is new tanks but only a really SMALL amount would out-tank eviolite chansey in the special side, if there is actually any :P

I feel like doing the new ones based on Inheritance because as I said I feel like it, so I will take off some common threats in Inheritance and fuse them, And also I will kinda make "rules" for them, in which the Secondary type of the donor is the primary type of the fusion, and primary type of the user the secondary type of the fusion

Offspring name: Volcasect
New type: Fire / Steel
New base stats: 78 / 110 (+20) / 100 (+20) / 127 / 100 / 99 <BST 594>
New ability and desc: Coal Engine [Flame Body + Download] ~ Raises the user's Special Attack and Attack by 1 stage if the opponent is Burned upon entering battle
Notable moves: Quiver Dance, Fire Blast, Ice Beam, Thunderbolt, Flash Cannon, Giga Drain, Shift Gear, Iron Head, Flare Blitz, Wild Charge, ExtremeSpeed, Explosion, Roost, U-Turn
Role identification: A powerful set-up sweeper with a neat-ish typing, both offensively and defensively. Its ability isn't that useful in the long run, but if you can catch a Coal Engine boost Volcasect becomes much more deadly. Shift Gear and Quiver Dance are both very powerful set-up moves that it can use, both of which having their advantages. Quiver Dance will probably see more play due to wider coverage and more power, but Shift Gear does boost speed much faster, which is important due to Volcasect's underwhelming 99 base speed. Alternatively, you can use it as Genesect 2.0, which I don't think is that broken considering what's in this new Fusionmon meta.

edit: time 4 terror

Shared egg group:
DNA Fusion
Offspring name: Terror
New type: Fighting / Flying
New base stats: 100 (+12) / 130 (+6) / 80 / 68 (+7) / 80 (+5) / 114 (+10) <BST 572>
New ability and desc: Terrifying [Intimidate + Justified] ~ Lowers opponents' Attack one stage when the user uses a Dark-type attack.
Notable moves: Brave Bird, Close Combat, Roost, Taunt, Swords Dance, Earthquake, Stone Edge, Iron Head, U-Turn, Pursuit, Stealth Rock
Role identification: A mighty and terrifying bird indeed, Terror is sure to bring its namesake into battle. A monstrous 130 attack backed up by a very reasonable 114 speed, alongside its good 100/80/80 bulk makes Terror a powerful physical attacker. It has a good movepool too, with the obvious STAB combo and good coverage in Earthquake. Taunt is a really good move, especially with Terrifying - essentially adds a free Growl to your Taunt (and Pursuit, although this only matters in making it safer if you mispredict).

Offspring name: Azang
New type: Water / Steel
New base stats: 90 (+10) / 75 / 97 / 75 (+10) / 97 (+15) / 75 (+5) <BST 509>
New ability and desc: Polar Power [Huge Power + Plus / Minus ] ~ Doubles the users Special Attack
Notable moves: Scald, Hydro Pump, Ice Beam, Flash Cannon, Thunderbolt, Focus Blast, Volt Switch, Grass Knot, Shift Gear, Gear Grind, Waterfall, Superpower, Knock Off, Belly Drum, Aqua Jet
Role identification: With Polar Power, Azang hits extremely hard with its special attacks. It also sports a nifty Water / Steel typing and has 90/97/97 bulk to work with it. In a lot of ways its similar to Azu. It even has more speed, making a Shift Gear / Rock Polish set feasible. However, it lacks a way to boost its Special Attack, which keeps it in check alongside Steel not being the best offensive typing.

Parents: Gallade + Banette
Shared egg group: Amorphous
Offspring name: Gallette
New type: Fighting/Ghost
New base stats: 76/130/75/84/99/82 [BST: 546]
New ability and desc: (Steadfast + Insomnia) When hit by a sleeping move, Speed will increase by 1 stage. Immune to Sleep.
Notable moves: Swords Dance, Drain Punch, Close Combat, Shadow Sneak, Knock Off, Shadow Claw, Earthquake, Ice Punch, Will-O-Wisp, Thunder Wave other coverage moves
Role identification: Gallette's primary role, other than to be a physical attacker, is to absorb sleeping moves for its teammates. Not only will the sleep moves fail, but Gallette's speed will rise, improving its normally subpar Speed stat and potentially aiding a sweep due to its high base Attack and great STAB coverage.

Mega Gallette G:
Parents: [Mega]
Shared egg group: [Mega]
Offspring name: Mega Gallette G
New type: Fighting/Ghost
New base stats: 76/170/105/84/99/112 [BST: 646]
New ability and desc: Inner Focus
Notable moves: same as above
Role identification: Not sure. Won't be as useful as normal Gallette due to not having a sleep-absorbing ability, regardless of the higher stats.

Mega Gallette B:

Parents: [Mega]
Shared egg group: [Mega]
Offspring name: Mega Gallette B
New type: Fighting/Ghost
New base stats: 76/180/85/94/119/92 [BST: 646]
New ability and desc: Prankster
Notable moves: Destiny Bond is newly notable, not sure about other moves
Role identification: Similar to Mega Banette in Standard. Possibly have a better role offensively due to having newfound access to Prankster Swords Dance plus a wide array of coverage moves, but the mediocre Speed tier still sets it back a bit unless you want to run Shadow Sneak.

Parents: Clefable + Wigglytuff
Shared egg group: Fairy
Offspring name: Cleftuff
New type: Fairy/Normal
New base stats: 127/80/69/100/80/62 [BST: 518]
New ability and desc: (Magic Guard + Competitive) This Pokémon is immune to indirect damage. Whenever it would take indirect damage, its Special Attack is increased by 2 stages.
Notable moves: The majority of Special moves that Clefable and Wigglytuff get. Notable mentions include Moonblast and Hyper Voice (STAB), Stored Power to take advantage of the frequent stat boosts, and coverage moves including but not limited to Psyshock, Shadow Ball, Focus Blast, Thunderbolt, Fire Blast, Grass Knot, and Ice Beam. There's also Calm Mind if you want to increase Stored Power's maximum base power even further.
Role identification: Fantastic special attacker best used to counter hazards teams. Cleftuff's ability allows it to switch into Stealth Rock or Spikes unscathed and receive a huge boost to its already decent Special Attack. While its speed is less than satisfactory, Cleftuff's bulk originating from its high base HP and easy access to Special Attack boosts more than make up for this disadvantage. If you're not the kind to wait around for hazards to be setup, equipping a Toxic or Flame Orb will increase Cleftuff's Special Attack at the end of every turn and guard against paralysis; in addition, the Flame Orb will also decrease the amount of damage it takes from the likes of Foul Play and confusion damage. Definitely a threat to be wary of.

Parents: Pinsir + Heatran
Shared egg group: [DNA]
Offspring name: Pinstran
New type: Steel/Bug
New base stats: 80/115/105/92/105/89 (+5 HP, +8 Attack, +2 Defense, +17 Special Defense, +8 Speed) [BST: 586]
New ability and desc: (Flash Fire + Mold Breaker): Grants immunity to Fire-type moves. This ability cannot be bypassed or altered under any circumstances.
Notable moves: Swords Dance, Iron Head, Earthquake, Close Combat, Stone Edge/Rock Slide, Will-O-Wisp, Fire Fang, Knock Off, X-Scissor, Stealth Rock, Crunch, Flame Charge, others?
Role identification: Pinstran is a Steel/Bug type with an Ability that grants immunity to Fire-type moves, preventing it from being susceptible to the many Fire-types of Fusion Evolution and leaving it in effect with no weaknesses. In addition, its ability can't be bypassed by Mold Breaker and the like, so despite what its typing alone might indicate it makes a fairly safe stop to many Fire-types. That's not all it's good for, however; Pinstran has access to Swords Dance and a decent array of physical moves, and its bulk and lack of weaknesses allow it to carry a sweep even though its relative slowness might discourage such a role. It can also be played more defensively if you choose, as it retains Heatran's access to moves such as Stealth Rock, Will-O-Wisp, and Roar. It's also got a Mega Evolution...

Parents: [Mega]
Shared egg group: [Mega]
Offspring name: Mega Pinstran
New type: Steel/Flying
New base stats: 80/145/125/102/125/109 [BST: 686]
New ability and desc: Aerilate
Notable moves: Newly notable are Quick Attack, Return/Frustration, Double-Edge, and Explosion. Otherwise, same as before.
Role identification: While Mega Pinstran may not be as fast nor as powerful as other Pinsir-fusions, it makes up for it with its great bulk and stellar typing. Thanks to these attributes it's able to set up rather safely in its base form, then let loose a barrage of powerful attacks like Aerilate Return, Earthquake, Close Combat, Stone Edge, and Iron Head (though unfortunately it's not able to run all these at once). It also has an extremely powerful last-ditch attack in the form of Aerilate Explosion, but be warned that it might not be worth it to run that over a more general-purpose coverage move. Overall, Mega Pinstran looks a powerful and bulky set-up sweeper, and while other Megas in Fusion Evolution can often be better it's definitely to be considered.

Parents: Genesect + Flygon
Shared egg group: [DNA]
Offspring name: Genegon
New type: Bug/Dragon
New base stats: 78/110/90/110/90/120 (+3 HP, +3 Defense, +10 Special Attack, +3 Special Defense, +21 Speed) [BST: 598]
New ability and desc: (Levitate + Download): This Pokémon is ungrounded. Whenever it is targeted with a Ground-type move (other than Sand-Attack and Thousand Arrows) or switches in while Spikes/Toxic Spikes/Sticky Web are present (independent for each type of hazard), this Pokémon's Attack and Special Attack are increased by 1 stage each.
Notable moves: Shift Gear, Dragon Claw, Outrage, X-Scissor, Iron Head, Earthquake, Blaze Kick, Gunk Shot, Extreme Speed, Stone Edge, Superpower, Shadow Claw, Crunch, Zen Headbutt, Defog, Roost, Draco Meteor, Dragon Pulse, Ice Beam, Bug Buzz, Flamethrower, Flash Cannon, Dark Pulse, Boomburst, Thunderbolt, Earth Power, Giga Drain, U-Turn, Explosion, Thunder Wave, Tailwind, Psychic, Reflect, Light Screen, probably more just due to how huge this thing's movepool is
Role identification: This is how Flygon should always have been, in all honesty. Decent mixed offensive stats, a high Speed tier, a huge offensive and decent supportive movepool, an ability that actively benefits from avoiding Ground-type moves as opposed to just avoiding them, and a superior Dragon Dance in Shift Gear all give Genegon a lot of potential on offensive teams. Its typing (which I chose over the generally preferable Dragon/Steel and Ground/Steel because I felt Bug/Dragon was more fitting for an 'idealized' Flygon), while it has five weaknesses, also offers a few useful resistances that it can utilize in order to set up; alternatively, it can also switch in when grounded hazards are up to make use of the boosts its Ability grants it, either with an all-out attacker set with a Choice item or Life Orb, Shift Gear + 3 attacks, or even a supportive set if it so wishes. Genegon's versatility in its offensive capabilities is what makes it so dangerous.

okay I'm totally devoid of creativity right now so I'm just going to add my four from last submission period that I was least least impressed with

Parents: Venomoth and Yanmega
Shared Egg Group: Bug
Offspring Name: Venomega
New type: Poison/Flying
New base stats: 93/85/88/118/80/107 (BST: 571)
New ability and desc: Tinted Lens
Notable Moves: Quiver Dance, Sludge Bomb, Air Slash, Bug Buzz, U-Turn, Giga Drain, Shadow Ball, Psychic, Sleep Powder, Morning Sun
Role Description: Venomega combines one of the deadliest set-up moves with one of the deadliest abilities to create a powerful new sweeper. Tinted Lens means that only Electric/Steel and Rock/Steel types can resist both of its STABs, and it can simply use a coverage move like Giga Drain, Shadow Ball or HP Ground/Fighting to hit Pokemon of these types, and its already fairly impressive 118/107 Special Offensive stats can be boosted even higher with Quiver Dance. 93/88/80 bulk is already passable for an offensive sweeper (and the 80 SpD is further boosted by QD), but Venomega can choose to use Sleep Powder in order to gain a free turn in order to set up a Quiver Dance or 2, something which its 107 Speed stat helps it with. All in all, Venomega's typing, amzazing ability and movepool make it one of the best potential Quiver Dancers in the game.

Parents: Dedenne/Registeel
Shared Egg Group: DNA
Offspring name: Dedsteel
New type: Steel/Fairy
New base stats: 80/66/110/78/124/75 (BST: 533, +7 HP, +17 Def, +16 SpD)
New ability and desc: Clear Pouch: When this Pokemon consumes a Berry, it regains 33% of its maximum HP and any negative stat changes are removed.
Notable Moves: Nuzzle, U-Turn, Toxic, Recycle, Flash Cannon, Discharge, Volt Switch, Stealth Rock, Super Fang, Rest
Role Description: This unlikely combination of Pokemon end up creating one of the toughest Pokemon in the tier. It has a move to almost anything: Nuzzle, Discharge and Toxic for status, U-Turn to grab momentum, Stealth Rock to support its team and Super Fang to take large chunks out of the enemy's HP. Although it lacks standard reliable recovery, between Sitrus Berry, Clear Pouch and Recycle it can emulate this, restoring 58% of your health while only taking up one moveslot and the itemslot. Steel/Fairy is fantastic defensive typing, and U-Turn means that this Pokemon can act as a fantastic pivot which is easy to support.

Parents: Keldeo/Gengar
Shared Egg Group: DNA
Offspring Name: Keldgar
New type: Ghost/Fighting
New base stats: 75/68/80/140/90/125 (BST: 578, +5 Def, +11 SpA, +8 SpD, +16 Spe)
New ability and desc: Justice Float: Attack is boosted when hit by a Ground-type move (no Ground immunity)
Notable Moves: Shadow Ball, Secret Sword, Dark Pulse, Scald, Hydro Pump, Icy Wind, Sludge Wave, Energy Ball, Dazzling Gleam, Calm Mind, Substitute, Disable, Taunt, Destiny Bond, Knock Off
Role Description: A fantastic fast Special Attacker, Keldegar can hit every Pokemon and Fusionmon in the game for at least Neutral damage with 3 moves, the most important two of which are STAB (Shadow Ball, Secret Sword, Dark Pulse), and between these moves Keldegar can target either the opponent's Def or SpD, allowing it to target the opponent's weak point. Compound this with a huge 140 SpA stat and 125 Spe and you get one of the most terrifying Pokemon in the game without using the Mega Slot and with a moveslot to spare. But that's not all Keldegar can do: it can use its huge movepool to get Super Effective damage on what walls can stand up to it, Calm Mind to get even stronger and to help patch up its frailty, Taunt to stallbreak and Destiny Bond to ensure kills. It can even run Gengar's Sub-Disable sets for even more variety. An amazing fusion that can easily be added to many teams.

Parents: Azelf and Weavile
Shared Egg Group: DNA
Offspring Name: Azvile
New type: Dark/Psychic
New base stats: 80/135/70/85/80/133 (BST: 583, +8 HP, +13 ATK, +3 DEF, +3 SPD, +13 SPE)
New ability and desc: Levipressure: All Ground-type moves used on this Pokemon require 2 PP to be consumed rather than 1. Immune to Ground-type moves.
Notable Moves: Knock Off, Zen Headbutt, U-Turn, Icicle Crash, ThunderPunch, Fire Punch, Acrobatics, Explosion, Taunt, Stealth Rock, Low Sweep, Poison Jab, Pursuit, Ice Shard, Swords Dance
Role Description: A very scary Physical Attacker, with 135 Attack, 133 Speed and a ludicrously deep movepool. Dark/Psychic typing is great offensively, and Azvile has the STABs to make use of it in Knock Off and Zen Headbutt, with Low Sweep or Brick Break to defeat the Dark-types that can resist its STABs. It also gets Physical Boltbeam in order to beat round out its terrifying coverage, with other moves like Fire Punch and Poison Jabs if it needs more tools to hit Steel- or Fairy- types respectively. Finally, U-Turn can be used as a great way to grab momentum, allowing it to form VoltTurn cores with slower Pokemon that can try and get Azvile in without it taking a hit. Although Azvile has all this going for it offensively, its bulk is poor and Dark/Psychic gives in no resistances (although with Levipressure it has two immunities). All in all, this makes Azvile a powerful non-Mega physical Pokemon.

Parents: Crobat/Togekiss
Shared Egg Group: Flying
Offspring name: Togebat
New type: Poison/Fairy
New base stats: 95/80/97/105/107/115 (BST 599)
New ability and desc: Inner Grace (Inner Focus + Serene Grace) - The chance of secondary effects occuring for the user's moves is doubled; the user is immune to secondary effects of foes' moves.
Notable Moves: Poison Fang, Air Slash, Shadow Ball, Sludge Bomb, U-Turn, Dark Pulse, Defog, Giga Drain, Nasty Plot, Heat Wave, Tailwind, Extreme Speed, Aura Sphere, Psyshock, Psychic, Flamethrower, Fire Blast, Heal Bell, Hyper Voice, Signal Beam, Trick, Water Pulse, Thunder Wave, Taunt
Role Description: See that 115 Speed? Now you get a paraflincher even more horrifying than jirachi. 95/97/107 bulk combined with a decent Poison/Fairy typing makes it easy for Togebat to inflict paralysis on the opponent, and after that it's Air Slash time. Or, if you want, go for the 100% badly poison chance that is Poison Fang, and not even Magic Bouncers can stall you out. Other than that, it still has a myriad of coverage moves, and Nasty Plot to set up and start breaking teams apart.

Parents: Eelektross/Gastrodon
Shared Egg Group: Amorphous
Offspring name: Gastross
New type: Electric/Ground
New base stats: 108/109/84/108/91/54 (BST 554)
New ability and desc: Mudflow (Levitate + Storm Drain) - Gives immunity to Ground- and Water-type moves.
Notable Moves: Coil, Discharge, Thunderbolt, Flamethrower, Acrobatics, Volt Switch, Rock Slide, Dragon Tail, Grass Knot, U-Turn, Flash Cannon, Wild Charge, Power-Up Punch, Aqua Tail, Drain Punch, Fire Punch, Giga Drain, Iron Tail, Knock Off, Signal Beam, Superpower, Thunder Punch, Recover, Ice Beam, Earthquake, Sludge Bomb, Scald, Stone Edge, Rock Slide, Surf, Clear Smog, Yawn, Earth Power, Icy Wind, Acid Spray
Role Description: Oh wow, would you look at that coverage. With 3 immunities in Electric, Water and Ground, as well as 4 great resistances, Gastross can be a great tank, burning opponents with Scald, Recover, spam STAB move of your choice, and repeat. It can also go for a Coil set, having near perfect coverage in Electric/Ground/Fire type moves, or opt for Recover for greater longevity. It can even grab an Assault Vest and go for a mixed set, too.

Alright, here I go with some new ideas.

DNA Donors: Kyurem + Liepard
Offspring Name: Kyurepard
New typing: Dragon/Dark
New base stats: 95/119/70/119/70/121 (+10 Atk, +10 SpA, +20 Spe) (594 BST)
New Ability + description: Pressure + Unburden = Demoralize (Opposing Pokemon have their Speed halved as long as they are holding items)
Notable moves: Nasty Plot, Dark Pulse, Dragon Pulse, Earth Power, Ice Beam, Grass Knot, Focus Blast, Draco Meteor, Flash Cannon, Psychic, Roost, Hone Claws, Knock Off, Dragon Claw, Gunk Shot, Play Rough, Stone Edge, Iron Tail, Sucker Punch, Seed Bomb, Zen Headbutt, U-turn, Trick
Role identification: This is much like Infernape, except stronger, faster, bulkier, and with Hydreigon's typing. Also like Infernape, this has the ability to go either physical or special, or even mixed if you so desire. While Kyurepard's Ability might seem overpowering, it only affects foes which still have their items. It also does not protect Kyurepard from priority, a good amount of which hits it super-effectively. Kyurepard's bulk is also lacking, meaning that even a fairly strong neutral hit is going to do a lot of damage.

DNA Donors: Metagross + Hitmonlee
Offspring Name: Metanlee
New typing: Steel/Fighting
New base stats: 75/138/102/65/100/89 (+10 HP, +10 Atk, +10 Def, +10 Spe) (569 BST)
New Ability + description: Clear Body + Reckless = Reckless Body (The bearer's attacks with recoil or crash damage have 1.1x power and have no recoil/crash damage)
Notable moves: Agility, Meteor Mash, High Jump Kick, Ice Punch, Thunder Punch, Earthquake, Stone Edge, Knock Off, Bullet Punch, Zen Headbutt, Blaze Kick, Mach Punch, Stealth Rock
Role identification: As good as this is, you're mostly going to be using this for its Mega.

DNA Donors: Metagross + Hitmonlee
Offspring Name: Mega Metanlee
New typing: Steel/Fighting
New base stats: 75/148/122/75/120/129 (669 BST)
New Ability + description: Tough Claws
Notable moves: Everything listed above
Role identification: Good bulk, a massive 148 base Attack backed by Tough Claws, and 129 base Speed coupled with Bullet Punch/Mach Punch to be almost entirely sure it hits you before you hit it make Mega Metanlee a fearsome threat in FE. Besides that, there's its move-pool, its typing, and pretty much everything about it actually. If this doesn't get voted, I'm gonna be sad. (actually, probably not, I'm just gonna shrug my shoulders and move on, but please do vote for this!)

More coming later.

I'm considering making this one pure rock, but I think it can afford STAB EQ for more weaknesses.

Parents: Rampardos + Rhydon
Shared egg group: Monster
Offspring name: Rampardon
New type: Rock - Ground
New base stats: 111/158/100/65/58/59 (BST 551)
New ability and desc: Mold Smasher (Rock Head + Mold Breaker): The user does not damage from recoil moves or any ability that punishes contact (i.e iron barbs, rough skin, or aftermath). NOTE: The user still takes damage from rocky helmet, and mummy-like abilities (that don't do damage) activate.
Notable moves: Head Smash, Head Smash, Head Smash, and Head Smash.
Lame-o moves that just barely don't suck: Zen Headbutt, Fire/Ice/Thunder Punch, Earthquake, Iron Head, Swords Dance, Rock Polish, Stealth Rock, Poison Jab, Megahorn, Dragon Tail, Aqua Tail
Role identification: Behold, the power to break basically everything without sacrificing a mega slot. 158 attack is very high, and mons that have it usually don't have 150 BP and 100 BP STAB moves without recoil. Rampardon's real problem is switching in to special grass and water moves that obliterate it. Once those are out of the way, though, and Rampardon gets a hold of a choice band or a speed boost, it can clean an entire 6 man team with EdgeQuake (more like EarthSmash). Even better, common defensive typings such as water/fairy, steel/flying, or steel/fairy get SMASHED by earthquake, fire punch or thunder punch / poison jab.
Possible roles: Wallbreaker, pass-to-me sweeper, trick room sweeper, sandstorm wallbreaker, assault vest wallbreaker, swords dance stallbreaker, double dance sweeper

I made a mon to support my other mon!

Parents: Genesect + Togekiss
Shared egg group: DNA
Offspring name: Togesect
New type: Steel - Flying
New base stats: 98/85/105/120/105/100 (78+20 HP, 95+10 Def, 90+10 Spe)
New ability and desc: Egotistic (Hustle + Download): Raises the attack stat upon switching in. Doesn't ever raise the special attack stat, though. This boost counts as a regular boost, much like intimidate.
Notable moves: Shift Gear, Baton Pass, Flash Cannon, Air Slash, ExtremeSpeed, Morning Sun, Thunder Wave, Substitute, Tailwind, Stored Power?, A bunch of niche status moves
Role identification: Ever had a pokemon with a very high attack, but not enough speed to properly function in Fusion Evolution? (*cough*Rampardon*cough*) Not anymore, because with a strategic typing, 98/105/105 bulk, 100 speed, and the capability not to use up the mega slot, this guy can pass some of the best boosts to anything you ever needed! What boosts? +2 Attack and +2 Speed, of course! Don't use this guy for anything else, though, as it is probably outclassed.

maybe more wip

New type: Ground / Flying
New base stats: 85 / 155 / 147 / 75 / 107 / 125
New ability and desc: Aerilate
Notable moves: Earthquake, Return/Frustration, Quick Attack, Close Combat, Knock Off, Swords Dance, Roost
Role identification: Mega Pinsir never used its Bug STAB, so STAB Earthquake is a straight upgrade. It's also got high defense, and recovery.

Meet my latest creation, just fresh from Robbel Labs... I present you with Avachamp! because we don't have enough garchomp fusions yet

Parents: Avalugg/Garchomp
Shared egg group: Monster
Offspring name: Avachamp
New type: Ice/Ground
New base stats: 111/133/149/72/75/75
New ability and desc: Mineral Absorbtion (ice body/sand veil) - During a sandstorm a Pokémon with Mineral Absorbtion will regain 1/16 of its maximum HP at the end of each turn. It also has it's evasion increased by 20%. A Pokémon with this Ability will take no damage from the sand if it otherwise would.
Notable moves: Earthquake, Ice Fang, Sandstorm, Bulldoze, Avalanche, Rapid Spin, Recover, Iron Defense, Stealth Rock, Rock Polish, Rest, Curse, Sword Dance
Role identification: While it's true that this fusion does not have the best defensive typing, it's high defense should compensate for it. Thriving in a weather that is more common then others, Avachamp is a welcome addition to any sand team. Being able to set up rocks, dealing damage and recover HP it has lost, surely avachamp is fun to mess around with. "But what if I want more?" I hear you say. Then have no fear, mega avachamp is just around the corner.

Parents: Avalugg/Garchomp
Shared egg group: Monster
Offspring name: Mega Avachamp
New type: Ice/Ground
New base stats: 111/173/169/112/85/65
New ability and desc: Sand Force
Notable moves: Earthquake, Avalanche, Bulldoze, Outrage, Iron Head, Stone Edge, Poison Jab, Aqua Tail, Body Slam, Crunch, Super Power
Role identification: Due to Avachamp's ability, it's easy to set up for a sweep with Mega Avachamp. This thing hits like a truck, especially in sand! While it's still not super fast, it doesn't care when avalanche gets that boost. True raw power.

Avalugg/Charizard
Shared egg group: Monster
Offspring name: Avaizard
New type: Ice/Fire
New base stats: 96 / 110 / 141 / 86 / 75 / 74
New ability and desc: Kindle (Ice Body - Blaze) - During hail, it's Fire moves are powered up by 1.5x and recovers 1/16 HP every turn.
Notable moves: Ice Fang, Thunder Punch, Avalanche, Earthquake, Rock Polish, Superpower, Flare Blitz, Crunch, Dragon Claw, Roost, Dragon Dance, Stone Edge, Swords Dance
Role identification: Well, here's an odd one. While it may have a horrendous weakness to Stealth Rock, among other common types, it's defense is actually pretty solid. Not to mention it's special defence and speed don't suck like Avulagg's. It's ability also helps out Hail a bit plus gives it a buff to it's fire moves and also has a nice form of recovery. It also has TWO mega evolutions.

Parents: Avalugg/Charizard
Shared egg group: Mega
Offspring name:
Mega Avaizard X
New type: Ice/Dragon
New base stats: 96 / 156 / 174 / 107 / 75 / 74
New ability and desc: Tough Claws
Notable moves: Dragon Dance, Earthquake, Dragon Claw, Ice Fang, Avalanche, Outrage, Superpower, Stone Edge, Iron Head, Thunder Fang, Flare Blitz, Roost, Thunder Punch, Swords Dance, Tailwind,
Role identification: Well, we now have a powerhouse here. Armed with a massive 156 Attack, with equally solid moves, great ability, and A new Ice/Dragon type in which Avaizard won't risk dying to Stealth Rock everytime. It's moves are pushed even further with Tough Claws, which also makes it's only good STAB if not running any defensive set, as it already has much better defense, actually decent. It can run a bit of mixed, but the other mega is for that job..

Parents: Avalugg/Charizard
Shared egg group: Mega
Offspring name:
Mega Avaizard Y
New type: Ice/Fire
New base stats: 96 / 130 / 141 / 136 / 105 / 74
New ability and desc: Drought
Notable moves: Fire Blast, Overheat, Rock Polish, Solar Beam, Ice Beam, Focus Blast, Roost, Ancient Power, Dragon Pulse, Earthquake, Surf, Stone Edge, Dragon Dance, Avalanche, Ice Fang, Flare Blitz, Superpower
Role identification: Same thing, but better. With still good bulk, and now the fact it can use special moves makes it much better in a way, that it's good. It still dies to Stealth Rock, but Roost with it's good bulk makes it a hard hitter. If it can manage to use Rock Polish, it can become a total monster. A great mega all around.

DNA Donors: Keldeo + Hoopa
Offspring Name: Keloopeo
New Typing: Fighting/Psychic
New Stats: 85/101(+10)/75/145(+6)/114(+4)/109(+20)
New Ability and Desc: Justice Mage= If this Pokemon is hit by a Dark type attack, the attacker's item is removed.
Notable Moves: Nasty Plot, Shadow Ball, Hyperspace Hole, Psychic, Secret Sword, Calm Mind, Substitute, Thunderbolt, Grass Knot, Gunk Shot, Swords Dance, Knock Off, Close Combat, Zen Headbutt, Dark Pulse
Role Description: A powerful wallbreaker and setup sweeper, Keloopeo is a force to be rekoned with. 145 SpA is incredible, backed by powerful STABs and a great offensive typing, it hits really hard. It can easily beat special walls with Secred Sword or Psyshock.Really hard to wall

Parents:
Magcargo + Chandelure
Shared Egg Group: Amorphos
Offspring Name: Cargolure
New Typing: Ghost/Fire
New Stats: 70/67/120/125/100/70
New Ability: Flame Body
Notable Moves: Shell Smash, Fire Blast, Shadow Ball, Earth Power, Energy Ball, Will O Wisp, Recover, Stealth Rock, Destiny Bond
Role Description: Cargolure seems like an average Pokemon at first, but combine its access to Shell Smash and its great offensive typing and Cargolure becomes a sweeping beast! Shell Smash makes it both very fast and very powerful, and with great coverage between its STABs and Energy Ball/Earth Power, it hits most of FE for neutral damage.

Parents: Haxorus + Aggron
Shared Egg Group: Monster
Offspring Name: Haxogron
New Typing: Dragon/Rock
New Stats: 83/138/145/70/75/83
New Ability and Desc: Numbskull: Ignores recoil and crash damage and also the opponent's ability.
Notable Moves: Head Smash, Dragon Claw, Outrage, Earthquake, Elemental Punches, Swords Dance, Dragon Dance, Draco Meteor, Stone Edge, Rock Polish, Heavy Slam, Low Kick
Role Identification: Haxogron is a powerful wallbreaker thanks to Head Smash + Numbskull. Haxogron generally wants to hold a Choice Band and tear holes into defensive Pokemon with its dual STABs and coverage. It can also sweep weakened teams with Double Dance or Dragon Dance sets.

Parents: Haxorus + Mega Aggron
Offspring Name: Mega Haxogron
New Typing: Dragon/Steel
Ability: Filter
New Stats: 83/168/175/70/95/83
Notable Moves: All of the above + Thunder Wave, Dragon Tail, Stealth Rock, Roar, Toxic
Role Description: Haxogron goes from a powerful wallbreaker to a great defensive tank. Dragon/Steel is an excellent defensive typing and combined with Filter and good mixed bulk, makes Mega Haxogron hard to take down. Parashuffling, Hazard setting, and and tanking physical hits are just some of the things it does very well.

I SHALL NEVER STOP RECYCLING AGGROZARD
Parents: Aggron+Charizard
Shared egg group: Monster
Offspring name: Aggrozard
New type: Steel/Fire
New base stats: 84/107/139/95/83/85 BST=593
New ability and desc: Hotheaded (Blaze+Rock Head, takes no damage from recoil, as well as increases damage from Fire-type moves when HP is equal to or below 1/3 of its maximum)
Notable moves: Flare Blitz, Heavy Slam, Swords Dance
Role identification: This thing's Flare Blitzes are going to hit hard. And due to its 139 Defense and fantastic defensive typing that grants it one immunity, 5 strong resistances, and four resistances, it's going to be a nightmare once it dips below 1/3 HP due to its Flare Blitzes getting a boost. Even with no recoil STAB Flare Blitzes with a damage boost below 1/3 health being good on their own, its claim to fame lies in two of its three Megas.
[MEGA EVOLUTIONS]
Parents: Aggron+Charizard
Shared egg group: Monster
Offspring name: Aggrozard-Mega A
New type: Steel
New base stats: 84/137/189/95/103/85 BST=693
New ability and desc: Filter
Notable moves: Heavy Slam, Avalanche, Flare Blitz, Iron Defense, Roost
Role identification: 189/103 bulk with Filter is nothing to scoff at. Its astronomically high Defense stat allows it to survive just about every single unboosted physical attack in the entire metagame bar those from extreme hard hitters like +2 Power Tricked Mega Sickle. While pure-Steel typing isn't as good as Fire-Steel, it makes up for that by having virtually no weaknesses thanks to Filter in tandem with a reliable recovery move in Roost, except when going against Mold Breaker or the almighty Harem Corrin's favorite Pokemon.

Parents: Aggron/Charizard
Shared egg group: Monster
Offspring name: Aggrozard-Mega X
New type: Steel/Dragon
New base stats: 84/153/172/116/83/85 BST=693
New ability and desc: Tough Claws
Notable moves: Every single contact move it gets STAB for, Swords Dance, Roost
Role identification: This is the main reason I created Aggrozard. This is pretty much the definition of a mighty glacier. Its 153 Attack stat in conjunction with Tough Claws makes this a one of the hardest hitters in the meta. It is also one of the best Harem counters, even without access to its precious Tough Claws. It also gets Swords Dance, which is by far a much better setup choice than Dragon Dance for this, due to it being a mighty glacier to the most extreme degree. Not to mention it's almost as bulky as Aggrozard-Mega A, with loads more Attack to boot, a better defensive typing, AND it can OHKO most things in the meta after just one turn of setup.
Also, I'm going to leave this here:

+2 252+ Atk Tough Claws Aggrozard-Mega X Iron Tail vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Mega Aggron: 102-120 (29.6 - 34.8%) -- 11.1% chance to 3HKO

+4 252+ Atk Tough Claws Aggrozard-Mega X Iron Tail vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Mega Aggron: 152-179 (44.1 - 52%) -- 14.1% chance to 2HKO

+6 252+ Atk Tough Claws Aggrozard-Mega X Iron Tail vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Mega Aggron: 202-238 (58.7 - 69.1%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

Mega Aggron is tied with Shuckle for highest Defense and it has much better HP. None of the hypothetical hits from Mega Aggrozard X were critical and Mega Aggrozard X's attacks were not very effective against it. And it could still easily 4HKO it after one setup.

Parents: Aggron+Charizard
Shared egg group: Monster
Offspring name: Aggrozard-Mega Y
New type: Steel/Fire
New base stats: 84/127/139/145/103/85 BST=693
New ability and desc: Drought
Notable moves: All its Fire-type moves, Solar Beam
Role identification: This is the closest Aggrozard's gonna get to regular Charizard. While it is more of a mixed sweeper, it's honestly too slow to outspeed much of anything, and it's the "frailest" (used lightly, it's still kind of bulky) of the Aggrozard Megas, despite still having the incredible Steel/Fire typing. It's also quite powerful when under its own sunlight, with Solar Beam for Water coverage and plenty of powerful Special Fire-type moves in its arsenal. Honestly, this one's mostly just a byproduct.

Shared egg group: Field
Offspring name: Bouffanine
New Type: Normal/Fire
Base Stats: 102/120/97/80/97/85
New ability and desc: Reckless + Flash Fire = Reflex: Protects the Pokémon from opposing recoil and crash moves.
Notable moves: Extreme Speed, Swords Dance, Flare Blitz, Close Combat, Wild Charge, Head Charge, Crunch, Megahorn, Earthquake, Stone Edge, Rock Slide, Poison Jab, Pursuit, Will-O-Wisp, Morning Sun
Role identification: Extremekiller 2.0! While it seems to be a watered-down version of the dreaded Uber, it has some perks going for it as well. It has a Fire typing which gives it a secondary wallbreaking STAB as well as a burn immunity. Its ability may look situational on paper but it protects Bouffanine from moves that would have knocked it out such as Head Smash and High Jump Kick.
