[OVERVIEW]
Glaceon has a powerful base 130 Special Attack which distinguishes it from other Ice-type Pokemon such as Regice and Lapras. As a specially attacking Ice-type Pokemon, it receives competition from Aurorus, which has a wider movepool and Rock-type STAB but a worse defensive typing and a lower Speed stat. Glaceon can take on most of the Grass- and Flying-types in the tier such as Tangela, Roselia, and Togetic. Glaceon also has decent bulk, granting it the ability to take a few hits, which can partially counteract its slow Speed. Unfortunately, Glaceon has a shallow movepool, which gives it very limited options to deal with Pokemon that resist its Ice-type STAB moves. A weakness to Stealth Rock, susceptibility to all entry hazards, and slowness all contribute to wearing Glaceon down quickly.

Moves
========

Ice Beam has a high Base Power, perfect accuracy, and a STAB boost, making it easy to use in continuation. Ice Beam can also deal solid damage against frail Steel- or Water-types such as Pawniard and Simipour, respectively. Hidden Power Fighting hits the Steel- and Rock-types that resist Ice Beam such as Probopass, Carracosta, and Barbaracle as well as opposing Ice-types. Shadow Ball mostly provides coverage, and it has the benefit of hitting Ghost-types such as Misdreavus and Psychic-types such as Grumpig for super effective damage, as well as hitting Water-types neutrally. Baton Pass allows Glaceon to pivot into an appropriate teammate to take on a foe.

Set Details
========

Glaceon's abilities don't assist it outside of hail and are otherwise useless. Choice Specs allows Glaceon to wallbreak effectively with its sheer power but locks it into a singular move. The EVs maximize Glaceon's Special Attack while giving it the ability to outrun many walls such as Grumpig and Misdreavus. A Modest nature carries powerful strength behind it, allowing Glaceon to 2HKO Lickilicky after Stealth Rock damage. However, a Timid nature may be used in order to outspeed targets that fall in the threshold between maximum Speed base 65 Pokemon with a boosted nature to base 104 Speed Pokemon without any investment.

Usage Tips
========

Switch in Glaceon by pivoting to it with slow Volt Switches, U-turns, or Baton Passes or after a teammate has fainted. Glaceon immediately threatens Grass-type Pokemon such as Tangela, Gourgeist-XL, and Torterra; as such, it can take advantage of their presence in order to attack. Continuously use Ice Beam against foes that don't resist it, and utilize Hidden Power Fighting to beat Steel-, Ice-, or and Rock-types on a predicted switch. Baton Pass should be used mainly when you expect a foe to switch, as you can get momentum against them.

Team Options
========

Entry hazard removal is crucial for Glaceon to be able to come in continually. Wartortle and Vibrava offer good type synergy with Glaceon and may remove entry hazards with Rapid Spin and Defog, respectively. Fighting-types are quite helpful, as they have great type synergy with Glaceon and can beat many relevant Stealth Rock users. In particular, Poliwrath is a great partner for Glaceon, as it can take on all three of the types that resist Ice and can punish them with its own moves, set up a Substitute or rain, or phaze the foe with Circle Throw. Carracosta and Barbaracle can take advantage of Glaceon's ability to blast through Grass-types and either set up safer or clean the opposing team. Pokemon that are able to take hits from and deal with threatening Water-types such as Poliwrath, Carracosta, and Barbaracle are effective partners for Glaceon; examples include Tangela and Gourgeist-XL. Leavanny and Kricketune are able to provide Sticky Web support for Glaceon, which can allow it to outspeed opposing Pokemon such as Kadabra and Rapidash.

[STRATEGY COMMENTS]
Other Options
=============

Glaceon could work on a hail team, (comma) where it can use Blizzard as well as receive health back each turn with Ice Body. A defensive set with moves such as Wish, Heal Bell, and Roar might seem appealing at first, but Glaceon suffers from a low HP stat and a poor defensive typing that leaves it with only one resistance and various weaknesses. A Choice Scarf set might seem viable as well, but it is outclassed by Rotom-F, which has higher Speed, a secondary STAB type in Electric, and access to Trick to disrupt bulky walls. Glaceon can also utilize Never-Melt Ice to feign a Choice item and surprise Pokemon such as Probopass or Grumpig. Frost Breath is another STAB attack that may be used to bypass Calm Mind users, such as Clefairy and Carbink, but is situational at best and the lack of perfect accuracy is a hindrance. Hyper Voice provides decent coverage, as it hits everything but Steel- and Ghost-type Pokemon neutrally, but it is fairly weak without a STAB boost. Glaceon could run Toxic to break down walls, but Toxic cannot hurt Steel-types and makes Glaceon lose the offensive presence that it needs.

Checks and Counters
===================

**Water-types**: Poliwrath resists Glaceon's main STAB moves and can proceed to set up a Substitute or simply strike with a Fighting-type move. Shell Smash users such as Carracosta and Barbaracle may also use Glaceon to set up and KO it with a Rock-type STAB attack or, in Huntail's case, pass Coil boosts.

**Fire-types**: Fire-type Pokemon, such as Ninetales and Rapidash, can use their STAB moves to defeat Glaceon. Ninetales in particular has Nasty Plot and may use Glaceon to set up, while Rapidash could use Morning Sun to heal back its health.

**Ice-types**: Aurorus and Regice shrug off Ice Beam and may set up or use alternative coverage moves to take down Glaceon, while Rotom-F can Volt Switch to preserve momentum, but they have to watch out for Hidden Power Fighting.

**Steel-types**: Probopass and Klang can switch in on Glaceon's Ice Beam and fire back with a Steel-type move. Glaceon can take them on, however, if it uses Hidden Power Fighting, but it has to predict their switch in.

**Entry Hazards**: Entry hazards can severely hamper Glaceon's performance, as they can break it down quicker and prevent it from switching into foes.

**Revenge Killers**: Glaceon has mediocre Speed and is prone to be revenge killed by Pokemon such as Poliwrath, Ninetales, Simipour, Dodrio, and Rapidash.

Thoughts on mentioning toxic in OO? It cripples most of its best switchins but you could also pivot out with baton pass so idk.
You say shadow ball is "for neutral coverage" but hyper voice's stronger neutral coverage is "fairly weak without STAB" so I'd probably change that to just poorer coverage

Shadoe Ball is for Grumpig and also hits Water-types neutrally so mention that

Mention that Ice Beam is so strong weaker resists like simipour crumble to it without the need to predict so its safe to be spammed anyways

In moves, mention that Hidden Power Fighting also hits other Ice-types as well. In Usage Tips, mention that it can also come in after a teammate has fainted. Also say that Hidden Power fighting should be used if you predict an Ice resist switching in. Combine the paragraphs in Other Options. Dunno why yo're doing that and mention for Ice-types in Checks and Counters, that they must watch out for switching into a predicted Hidden Power Fighting. Implement and tag me when you're done.
