Help with a newbie player team

First of all, sorry for my bad english . This is not my first language.

I'm newbie in pokemon , start now with version xy, lol , so what do you think about that team ( just thought synergistically sort have no idea what moves to use).

I need help with what moves to use, nature and distribution of EVs . Accepted opinion about change pokemons .

Mega Gyarados (main) - Attack Swipper

Excadrill
spinner , will use the sandstorm to increase spd. Defend rock and Electric attacks that Gyarados is weak

Hippowdon
Open with sandstorm and also protects gyarados ... I thought of a well with defensive tactic , earthquake , toxic, protect and a eggmove that heals half of life, I do not remember the name.

Skarmory
To defend myself of grass pokemon, cause my team so far is weak against it

Chandelure
will protect me against Fighterer , normal and fire. I think it will be a good sinergy with skarmory - NOTE: Could be rotom -w , but I think he was strong, but, i dont like him .

Gardevoir or Florges as a last option

Never tried to assemble a team that thought . I do not know move set.
What would be the problem with this team? Work? What to change?

Hello.
Your descriptions are too short to fit the RMT rules requirements, on top of that, you don't have any moveset/spread/item listed so how the heck can people help you ?
I encourage you to PM me an updated version of this team with beefed up descriptions + all the data you didn't put in your original post, and since you're new, to join the Mentor Program. I'll be unlocking this thread after that.
