Help with OU Team, pwease?

I am inept at OU myself. I can make a decent UU team, but for some reason, I suck at making an OU team. Any help? I'm thinking of switching Roserade with another special sweeper, particularly one with Dark or Ghost STABs.

Well, you really SHOULD follow the rules. The mods didn't write them for fun.

You realize that a counter needs to be able to safely switch into any of the most common moves of the Pokemon they're countering, right?

Tyranitar: Lanturn, Foretress
Lanturn dies to Earthquake, Forry doesn't like CB Stone Edge

Gyarados: Lanturn, Mamoswine
Lanturn dies to Earthquake, Swine dies to Waterfall

Azelf: Roserade
Dies to Psychic, can't even outspeed Azelf.

Rhyperior: Lanturn, Roserade
Lanturn dies to Earthquake, Roserade is almost KOed as well.

You know what? I'm not going to do the whole list because it's obvious most of your Pokemon can't actually counter what you said they'll counter.
