Just need some fine tuning...

Ive got a decent team together, but i just need a little help because im still relatively new. Ive used it a good bit and can win with it, but if you guys have any advice for me, im open to suggestions.

Rape Train (Dragonite) @ Weakness Policy
Ability: Multiscale
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Adamant Nature
- Dragon Dance
- Outrage
- Extreme Speed
- Fire Punch

Changed this one up a little based on suggestions. Just a good sweeper i guess. Picked him because everyone uses him and hes got good stats. Thats pretty much it. I try to get in a dragon dance but if not i just outrage right when i throw him out. Extremespeed or firepunch if necessary.

Clown (Conkeldurr) @ Leftovers
Ability: Iron Fist
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Adamant Nature
- Drain Punch
- Mach Punch
- Ice Punch
- Knock Off

Replaced Machamp with this Conkeldurr. Used him in a few battles and hes worked out pretty well so far. Drain punch away with the leftovers supporting me. The other moves are there for certain types if i need them.

Alaskan Bull Worm (Gyarados) @ Gyaradosite
Ability: Moxie
Shiny: No
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SAtk / 252 Spd
- Dragon Dance
- Earthquake
- Ice Fang
- Waterfall

Gyarados is just a beastly sweeper. I went with the mega gyardos so he can hang in on certain thunder type moves. I found it to work better than a life orb. I go for one dragon dance if i can get it in and then use the appropriate moves after that.

Zeus (Thundurus) (M) @ Life Orb
Ability: Prankster
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature
- Thunder Wave
- Thunder
- Hidden Power [Ice]
- Volt Switch

Replaced Electivire with thundurus to give me a good special sweeper. He's got thunderwave to give them a good status effect then ill either use thunder or hidden power if i feel like i can take him but if not ill use volt swtich and get out of there.

Shroom (Breloom) @ Life Orb
Ability: Technician
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
- Spore
- Mach Punch
- Swords Dance
- Bullet Seed

Breloom is an animal once hes on a role. I go for spore then swords dance then i just spam either bullet seed or mach punch. The life orb and technitian really just make him an animal. Hes got a couple of weaknesses, but i can always switch him out if i dont like the matchup.

Aegipoo (Aegislash) @ Shell Bell
Ability: Stance Change
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SDef
Adamant Nature
- Sacred Sword
- King's Shield
- Night Slash
- Swords Dance

Just added this one in replacement of gengar. I needed something different and i thought aegislash brought it. I use king's shield every other turn if i havent been burnt. Then try to get in a swords dance then use night slash or sacred sword.

Sorry if this was sloppily put together. I tried my best but im still kinda a newbie lol.

I'm also new but I see a couple things.

You want to run Multiscale on your Dragonite. It makes it much more durable and it would allow you to set up more easily, which segways into: also, re-think the item. A lot of people use Weakness Policy because Ice type moves are so prevalent and if you have multiscale, you'll probably survive the hit. I also think you should choose between dragon claw and outrage and start running Extremespeed. If you get the weakness policy setup you can hurt a lot of pokemon with a +2 Extremespeed.

I think Conkeldurr is better than Machamp. Guts and a Flame Orb make it downright dangerous.

You don't have any defensive/support pokemon. It seems like everything wants to get out there and sweep, and furthermore, they are all physical attackers. If you come up against a physical wall you'd be toast.

Given these things here's a Dragonite I used to use to give to an idea about what you could think about. I didn't drop him because he was bad, I just wanted something else.

Dragonite @ Leftovers
Ability: Multiscale
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SAtk / 4 SDef
Modest Nature
- Draco Meteor
- Flamethrower
- Thunder Wave/Toxic
- Roost

He wasn't meant to be a sweeper like the one I was discussing earlier. It was used to sort of let me take a breather if I came up against something the was about to KO one of my other pokemon. I make it bulky over speedy. A general scenario is I'd switch in and put a status condition on the opposing mon, use Roost to get health back up, and by that time they probably have switched to something I could counter or if it didn't resist dragon moves I let them have the Draco Meteor. Flamethrower was for taking down Ferrothorn and Scizor at the time. It was also nice to have a Modest Dragonite because everyone was always expecting the Weakness Policy physical sweeper so a couple of time they used Will-O-Wisp hoping to slow me down only to get Draco Meteor'd. Yes Special Attack drops after the Meteor, but again the point wasn't to sweep, it was to handle pokemon its teammates couldn't deal with.

Hope this helps some. I don't want to run through your whole team because that'd be just making it for you, and I'm not some super expert anyway.

First of all, your username earns my respect.
Second, I only disagree with your Conkledurr statement. Machamp with No Guard/ Dynamic Punch is pretty good too, guaranteed Confusion is always helpful. What exactly made you say that?

Oh I meant to remove to comment about Machamp since I didn't want to be giving too much advice.

But my line of thinking was that Machamp doesn't get Mach Punch or Drain Punch, which are in my opinion, two of the best fighting type moves. Dynamic Punch is nice, but in my mind if you're not sweeping and leaving room for them to be confused, you're open to be revenge killed. You may argue that Machamp is faster and would be better than Conk, but it wouldn't matter since you'd be going for a Drain Punch sweep which will be giving you the HP back, and Conk is pretty bulky and is hard to OHKO with something that's unboosted or not SE. I guess my main point about Dynamic Punch is, what things are you hoping to use it to 2HKO with it? Machamp is slow, and the confusion might or might not work so it's up to the RNG gods to decide whether you'll get the second hit. Anything that doesn't go down with one shot is probably something there to take down Machamp.

Gardevoir will outspeed and Hyper Voice
Scizor's going to U-Turn
Gliscor, if it decides to stay in, will Substitute and you're in trouble.
ect.

Maybe I should explain Gliscor:
You'd be using Dynamic Punch because first of all, Gliscor out speeds and Ice Punch doesn't OHKO:
1. Sub -> Icepunch
2. Gliscor switches

or

1. Toxic -> Ice Punch
252+ Atk Machamp Ice Punch vs. 252 HP / 184+ Def Gliscor: 236-280 (66.6 - 79%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Poison Heal
2. Protect or Roost -> Ice Punch
252+ Atk Machamp Ice Punch vs. 252 HP / 184+ Def Gliscor (Roosted): 118-140 (33.3 - 39.5%) -- 99% chance to 4HKO after Poison Heal
You could Bullet Punch hoping for the kill, but:
252+ Atk Machamp Bullet Punch vs. 252 HP / 184+ Def Gliscor: 32-38 (9 - 10.7%) -- possibly the worst move ever (Lol I didn't know the calculator judged people)

And now Gliscor is ready to Sub-Toxic stall. So the way to beat it was to use Dy-Punch, count on the confusion, then Ice Punch.

A set I like is
Conkeldurr @ Assault Vest
Ability: Guts
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 SpD
Adamant Nature
- Drain Punch
- Mach Punch
- Bulk Up / Knock Off
- Ice Punch

"But where's the Flame Orb? Don't you want to be burned?" I think I don't have to worry about that because Rotom-W or any other pokemon is going to to that for me. If I'm feeling like people aren't really burning today, I'll use Bulk Up instead of Knock Off to give me the boost anyway.

Mach Punch for finishing Pokemon that just outspeed and could possibly KO Conkeldurr on the second turn after Drain Punch doesn't KO. Pretty much everything needs priority this gen seems like.

You don't have any defensive/support pokemon. It seems like everything wants to get out there and sweep, and furthermore, they are all physical attackers. If you come up against a physical wall you'd be toast.

Yeah I figured this out pretty fast. Thats why im on here. Like i said im still kinda new, which is why im asking yalls help in replacing one or more of these pokemon for different types of role players. Any advice is accepted. Currently i plan on getting rid of the machamp, but id also like to find a replacement for electivire and maybe another pokemon for some special sweepers/support pokemon

Thanks!
