Last Resort is my first resort a PS team

What I'm about to suggest here might sound completely crazy but it might be stupid enough to work wonders against many opponents.

What I'm referring to do is a team of Pokemon where four of which have only two moves last resort and protect.

Now this team is not perfect every team has its weaknesses but i believed I found one of the best possible ways to utilize this move that has never been seen before.

First thing you need to know is the Pokemon that one would need to use on this team.
There are many Pokemon that can use the move last resort all the Eevee evolutions, Blaziken and tons of normal type Pokemon.
Now the reason why I made this team is because it is the second strongest physical normal move in the game that does not kill yourself immediately after using it,
The idea is to try to maximize the possible damage output for this move and make sure that I will be able to live long enough to use it since this move requires one to use every move they have in order for it to work.

That is why I have only two moves protect and last resort.
However that is not enough i need to almost guarantee that I am going to go first whenever my opponent is not using a priority move so every Pokemon on this team has to have a relatively high speed stat in addition to a high attack stat so I can do a lot of damage with last resort

In the end I decided upon these four Pokemon three of which are normal typed because of the reasons mentioned above all of these four hold the normal gem as a held item to net more damage

Stoutland Attack 100 Speed 80 ability depends on slot number 5 which will be talked about later
Azelf Attack 125 Speed 115
Ambipom Attack 100 Sped 115 ability irrelevant
Purugly Attack 82 Speed 112 ability all three in my opinion can help greatly your choice personal recommendation defiant if you get intimidated you get a plus 1 in attack due to the ability
all of the above should have max EV's in speed and attack a nature that boosts Attack or Speed

Now the only reason why the entire team is not dedicated to this strategy is not only because not only is there no other Pokemon to utilize the move with decent stats in both speed and attack is because it would be very easy for many Pokemon to counter it.

To name most of the noteworthy counters to a full last resort team include any steel rock or ghost types, sweepers, bulky Pokemon, fighting Pokemon, burn condition, poison condition, entry hazards and last but definitely not least sleep condition

These three Pokemon that make up the other two slots help greatly in countering some of these counters as well as giving me more options then constantly spamming the same command

Garchomp hold item muscle band or Garchompite max EV's speed and attack
swords dance
earthquake
stone edge
dragon claw

Tyranitar hold item muscle band or Tyranitarite max EV's attack and your choice since Tyranitar is slow
crunch
stone edge
earthquake
your choice recommendations aqua tail, dragon claw, elemental fangs

Tornadus hold item wise glasses Prankster max EV's in speed and special attack\
Tailwind Priority due to ability and if you get killed this turn I believe that's three four turns of agility
Heat Wave
Hurricane
Extrassensory

If you picked Tyranitar the best bet would be to give the Stoutland the ability Sand Rush to double its speed during a sandstorm or scrappy so it can hit ghosts both have their positives and negatives
However if you picked Garchomp even though you still could give your Stoutland Sand Rush in case your opponent had a Pokemon with Sandstream on their team it makes much more sense to give it the ability scrappy since there is other ways to increase its speed on this team(see Tornadus moves)

In all I had a fun time time trying out a team that involved around pretty much one move that was almost never used competitively and was surprised how well it can work

Maybe I missed something, but your swath of replays only really shows you beating really bad teams/people who made really dumb play(switching Scizor into a Tornadus that has shown Heat Wave, Ditto using Last Resort first, etc.). Half the time Tornadus did most of the work anyways.

Really, you're just running a gimmick that 95% of those replays didn't have any counter to(aka: steel/rock/ghost), or simply played stupidly with said counter, at the very bottom of the ladders.
