Moves
========
Earthquake is Landorus-T's main STAB move and is quite destructive with the power boost from a Life Orb, ensuring KOs on the likes of Heatran, even through a Shuca Berry. It is generally Landorus-T's go-to move to KO Steel-types such as Aegislash and Heatran, as well as Mega Diancie. Landorus-T greatly appreciates a Rock-type move so it can hit Flying-types and Pokemon with Levitate that enjoy switching into Earthquakes, with the main options being Stone Edge and Rock Slide. Stone Edge is preferred over Rock Slide mainly to pick up the OHKO on certain threats such as bulky Thundurus thanks to the Life Orb boost and to ignore Wide Guard. Rock Slide is still a viable option over Stone Edge for those preferring a spread move with greater accuracy and a 30 percent flinch chance, but this comes at the cost of damage output. Superpower is used mainly to pick up KOs on Mega Kangaskhan and Hydreigon, but the stat drops can leave Landorus-T in a bad spot for follow-up attacks on the next turn. Knock Off is another option that can be used to get rid of important items such as Sitrus Berry and Choice Scarf on Pokemon such as opposing Landorus-T. It is also a useful tool to attack Aegislash for super effective damage without fear of Wide Guard. Lastly, Protect is a staple move in doubles and is quite unexpected on Landorus-T because most of them run the Choice Scarf set.

Set Details
========
A Jolly nature is generally preferred for Life Orb Landorus-T, as it lets it outspeed and pick up KOs on Mega Kangaskhan and Hydreigon, which commonly run a neutral Speed nature. Maximum Attack and Speed investment is run to outspeed as many foes as possible and hit as hard as possible. An Adamant nature can be run if one does not mind the loss of Speed and prefers to have a chance of OHKOing Zapdos with Stone Edge, as well as the boost in overall damage output. Note that it's best not to run an Adamant nature when using Superpower.

Usage Tips
========
Life Orb Landorus-T is a wallbreaker that can tear holes through the opposing team thanks to its heavy damage output, which in turn can help its teammates clean up. Before revealing the Life Orb through the recoil, you can generally bluff a Choice Scarf set, as it is the most common item on Landorus-T. You can often get a free turn by revealing Protect at an unexpected moment for similar reasons. Landorus-T is also often a good lead because of its ability to weaken the opposing two Pokemon with Intimidate as well as its great number of good matchups in the metagame.

Team Options
========
Talonflame appreciates Landorus-T's ability to beat Heatran and Thundurus and has priority to help Landorus-T versus threats that outspeed it such as Keldeo. It also greatly benefits from prior damage on the opposing team so it may clean with Brave Bird more easily, and Landorus-T is able to deal massive damage to help with just that. Keldeo is a great partner, as it threatens Kyurem-B, Bisharp, and Jolly Mega Kangaskhan, which could pose an issue to Landorus-T. Other Water-types like Suicune and Rotom-W resist both Ice- and Water-type attacks, which hit Landorus-T super effectively, making them good options to switch out to. Latios is great for its ability to beat Keldeo as well as set up Tailwind to make Landorus-T a threat to Pokemon that outspeed it normally. Other Tailwind setters or Pokemon with speed control such as Suicune, Thundurus, and Zapdos are great to support Landorus-T. Fairy-types such as Mega Gardevoir and Sylveon greatly appreciate Landorus-T's ability to beat Fire- and Steel-types so they may hammer away at the opposing team with Hyper Voice. Earthquake-immune partners like Latios, Hydreigon, Thundurus, Rotom-W, Mega Charizard Y, and Talonflame work great to freely spam Earthquake. Spread attacking cleaners such as Volcarona, Mega Charizard Y, and Mega Gardevoir also appreciate Landorus-T knocking opposing Pokemon's health bars into a range where they may easily be cleaned up.

nature: Jolly / Adamant Consider removing Adamant, unless there's a good reason. Outspeeding Kang is just so valuable, especially if using Superpower

Moves

  • Earthquake is Landorus-T's main STAB move and is quite destructive with a Life Orb such as ensuring KO's on Heatran through a Shuca Berry Is this detail necessary? I think it'd be better to detail typings it covers, ie Steels (such as Heatran/Aegis) etc.
  • Rock Slide is still a viable option over Stone Edge for those preferring the greater accuracy mention spread? maybe too obvious and 30 percent flinch chance
  • Protect is a staple move in doubles and quite unexpected on Landorus-T since most of them run the Choice Scarf set. Elaborate how people won't expect a protect

Set Details
========
  • An Adamant nature can be run if one does not mind having less speed and prefers to have a chance of OHKO'ing Zapdos with Stone Edge as well as bolstering its overall damage output.
  • Knock Off is another option that can be used to get rid of important items on opposing Pokemon mention highlights, such as negating sitrus, getting scarf off opposing landot, also maybe mention that this is landot's best coverage for opposing landot, a common landot switchin, as well as attack Pokemon like Aegislash for super effective damage without fear of Wide Guard.

Usage Tips
========
  • Life Orb Landorus-T is a wallbreaker Is this a real doubles term? pretty sure we don't have "walls" that can tear holes through the opposing team thanks to its heavy damage output, which in turn can help its teammates clean up.

also as a general note be careful with how you're switching between "one" and "you"

For the Adamant thing I do agree that you definitely want to be running Jolly if you are running superpower, but I definitely dont want to undervalue Adamant as its something that I often use.

The biggest things with Adamant come with Stone Edge damage output on certain threats that Jolly wouldnt be able to deal with, and generally I accompany Adamant with Knock Off or Stealth Rock (QC already know why I dont think Stealth Rock should be on main set and its in other options on site anyway)

I mention the Shuca Berry thing because it was one of the main motivations that made more people even first start considering Life Orb Landorus-T. I mainly started using it after I had to play Pinoy and Tricking who commonly used Shuca Tran. While its usage has dropped it still could be worth a mention, but I can remove if more people want me to.

I am debating on slashing Knock Off with Superpower or just writing that adamant shouldnt usually be run for a superpower set. Will wait for other people to give suggestions on what to do for that.

As for wallbreaker, I kind of have that as a placeholder term temporarily but will take suggestions on how to reword that to get the similar point across.

I will implement the rest since they were good suggestions.

Agreeing that Knock Off should be slashed after Superpower, although only if the team has plenty for Mega Kang and nearly exclusively for use on an Adamant version. I'm agreeing that Adamant LO Lando-T could work wonders with the correct speed control (see: Hoopa-U), although I haven't personally used it before.

Couple more notes:
  • Switch the 4 Def EVs and the 252 Atk EVs to follow set convention in the order they are listed on the spread.
  • in the first bullet point of Set Details, you say "neutral speed boosting nature", which is kinda confusing. Replace this with either "neutral speed nature" or "non speed boosting nature" to avoid said confusion.
  • I'm fine with using "wallbreaker", even if we don't have "walls" per say, the idea still translates into this meta
  • If you think it fits, add something along the lines of a Spread Attackers/Cleaners bullet point in Team Options, as LO Lando does a great job at knocking things into range for a clean from the likes of Char Y, Mega Garde, or Volcarona.
Do that + what you wanted to do from check's suggestions and you're good for 1/3, really good work on this kami

mention that knock hurts scarf lando rly badly. also for knock, when you say "pokemon like aegislash," you mean "aegislash." no need to be ambiguous with your wording.

honestly i dont think knock should be slashed but it looks like im in the minority (edit: looks like qc actually agrees in only giving knock a writeup mention)

in general your usage tips are way over-the-top pedantic, and pretty sloppy writing. heres all i'd say:
-bluff a choice scarf before you reveal LO; you can often get a free turn by revealing protect at an unexpected moment
-usually you will use this landorus to tear holes in the opposing team early with eq; unlike the scarf variant it's not too good at switching in repeatedly
-it makes a good lead with intimidate and its power and good spread of matchups

"defiant bisharp" makes it sound like there are other bisharps. just say "bisharp." also not too sure on using rak with lando as they are dunked by most of the same things
with fairies, mention that lando also beats fire types

your idea of "writing" was just deleting the bullet points wasn't it
I learned that writing is much easier when you actually have measures in place by using complete sentences at earlier stages. So yes I modified a couple, reordered and put it together.

Moves
  • You make the comparison for Stone Edge vs Rock Slide, which is good. However, you failed to explain the why you want to use Rock-type coverage in the first place; please do.
Set Details
  • The Knock Off mention should not be here; it should be in Moves.
Didn't really notice anything else wrong. 3/3 once you deal with the above :^)

just a lay comment that using superpower can feel bad when you click it because if they switch into a resist you just sit there awkwardly with your -1 atk -1 def landot that just took recoil from some rocky helmet amoonguss which is a drawbacak I think should be mentioned in the part where you mention superpower/knock

at the end of set details there's this

It is also a useful tool to attack Aegislash for super effective damage without fear of Wide Guard.

where "it" should be Knock Off. Maybe there was a sentence that got deleted or something?

i can knock this one out quick

Superpower is used mainly to pick up KO's KOs on Mega Kangaskhan and Hydreigon, but the stat drops can leave Landorus-T in a bad spot for follow-up attacks on the next turn because it will have lowered Attack and Defense for followup attacks on the next turn. Knock Off is another option that can be used to get rid of important items such as Sitrus Berry and Choice Scarf on opposing Pokemon (RC) such as opposing Landorus-T which became less effective without their Choice Scarf. It is also a useful tool to attack Aegislash for super effective damage without fear of Wide Guard. I kinda prefer that for conciseness reasons, but idk if that'll make you lose some kind of nuance that you were trying to put in) a Jolly nature. Other Water-types like Suicune and Rotom-W are great with Landorus-T options too, (AC) as they resist both Ice- (add hyphen) and Water-type attacks, (AC) which would hit it Landorus-T super effectively, making them good options to switch out to.
