Locked From Chatting. Why?

Hey,

I started using showdown yesterday, have not said anything even close to disrespectful to anyone I battled, yet I got locked from chatting that same day.

Could someone please tell me when this lock will end or what I could do about it?

here's not really the place to appeal this kind of issue. kindly redirect your appeal here as soon as the forums are back from maintenance and we'll resolve this asap
