Solar Beam always charges against them, Bli ard, Thunder and Hurricane will always check with their 70% accuracy (or 50% if a weather effect reduces it.)
Command: Activate Cloud Nine - 5 En - Negates ongoing weather effects instantly. This command does not prevent weather from being re-summoned.
