Gengar
@ Life Orb
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Shadow Ball
- Sludge Wave
- Focus Blast
- Icy Wind

A second Gengar submission~ AV Torn-T is usually a good check to this little guy, sporting the bulk and speed to switch in and threaten back with its attacks. Although Icy Wind isn't unheard of, it's quite uncommon compared to other options and allows Gengar to lure Torn-T in the same way as many of the other mentioned lures: via speed reduction. Assuming SR is up, Torn-T will die to Icy Wind followed by Sludge Wave, which deal 36.2 - 42.7% and 45.8 - 54.1% respectively. Icy Wind maintains general utility by dealing huge blows to SpD Gliscor and other grounds capable of stomaching a Shadow Ball and hitting you back hard, like Garchomp and Lando-T. Hitting Scarf Tar on the switch is another really nice perk, letting Gengar potentially bypass one of its longtime enemies.

Celebi @ Leftovers
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 HP / 148 Def / 108 Spe
Bold Nature
- Thunder Wave
- Baton Pass
- Giga Drain
- Nasty Plot / Swords Dance

I always see Torns coming in on Celebi anyway. So what this Celebi can do is obviously Twave on the switch and then it can BP out of there, and if the opponent switches out without U-turning for some reason, then you just gained some momentum. It can also help pass Nasty Plots or Swords Dances later, as the Torn will come in slower than you next time. The only downside is without Recover, Giga Drain is your only form of recovery.

Venusaur @ Venusaurite
Ability: Chlorophyll
EVs: 232 HP / 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 20 Spe
Modest Nature
- Giga Drain
- Sludge Bomb
- Sleep Powder
- Synthesis

AV tornt usually switches into venu pretty freely, but sleep powder can cripple tornt and allow venu to smack it with sludge bomb or give u a free chance to switch into a setup sweeper if you are feeling less lucky.

Latios (M) @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Psyshock
- Draco Meteor
- Trick
- Hidden Power [Fire]

Torn-t often feels free to switch into Latios : it can leave any attack from this pokemon (even LO psyshock), and retaliate with Knock Off or U-turn, dealing a chunk of damage to Tios, and getting his health back thanks to Regenerator.
With a Choice Scarf, Latios can either trick Torn-t and cripple him (scarfed torn-t ? How useful !), as tios does not care about being hit by Tornadus' attacks, or fire off 2 psyshocks to kill him on the switch-in.

252 SpA Latios Psyshock vs. 96 HP / 0- Def Tornadus-T: 177-208 (54.7 - 64.3%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
0 Atk Tornadus-T U-turn vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Latios: 122-144 (40.5 - 47.8%) -- guaranteed 3HKO
0 Atk Tornadus-T Knock Off (97.5 BP) vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Latios: 170-200 (56.4 - 66.4%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

Rock Slide M-Sceptile

sceptile-mega-gif.54915

Sceptile @ Sceptilite
Ability: Overgrow
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Naive Nature
- Leaf Storm
- Dragon Pulse
- Rock Slide
- Hidden Power Fire

AV Torn usually switches into Sceptile easily, with Dragon Pulse being a weak 3HKO. However, Rock Slide allows it to 2hko torn on the switch.
0 Atk Mega Sceptile Rock Slide vs. 96 HP / 0- Def Tornadus-T: 158-186 (48.9 - 57.5%) -- 92.6% chance to 2HKO

28 Atk Mega Sceptile Rock Slide vs. 96 HP / 0- Def Tornadus-T: 162-192 (50.1 - 59.4%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

The problem with KO zam is that torn lives after KO and Psychic, and can just u-turn out.
