Abilities: Color Change | Protean (H)

Also fml no protean means Damage changes. Lucario still gets the KOC so w.e i guess.

Also jayy no kecleon does not get a KOC... even when i reffed WITH protean it doesn't get a koc. How is it getting a KOC without :|
