Congrats to the winners of the last slate, Im sorry I was unable to vote but my internet was screwed up and my mobile data is shit.

Anyways, damn, these slates just keep getting more random lol

Reuniclus-Mega
Psychic

HP: 110
Atk: 65
Def: 75 --> 120(+45)
Sp.Atk: 130 --> 120(-10)
Sp.Def: 85 --> 130(+45)
Speed: 30 --> 45(+15)

Ability: Regenerator
New Moves: Volt Switch

Flavor Justification:
Reuniclus thankfully already gets Regenerator in its base form, allowing me to casually disregard the ability limitations. Reuni is based on the Tardigrade, which is knows for its insane survivability, giving it some justification for the great defenses, and Volt Switch is there because if Forretress can get Volt Switch GF just doesnt give a fuck.
Competitive Justification: Oh my god this thing will be a pain to take down. 110/130/130 with regen is definitely one of the most bulky things around, and due to regenerator it doesnt even mind the loss of lefties so much. Infact, I gave it a useless +15 to speed just to nerf its Sp.Atk slightly, because it felt too powerful otherwise. Regardless, this thing can still be beat by most bug or dark types, and is very vulnerable to Toxic. Celesteela straight-out walls non-CM variants and can Leech Seed it immediately. Its also somewhat one-dimensional, as its movepool isnt as insanely colorful as some other bulky pokemon, and its very hard to use this thing as a utility mon.

Mega Persian-A

Sp.Atk: 75
Sp.Def: 65 --> 80(+15)
Speed: 115

Ability: Tough Claws
New Moves: Swords Dance, Ice Fang

Flavor Justification: Not much changed here, so not much to justify. If youve ever had a pet cat, you know those bastards have some deadly claws, so Tough Claws is self-explanatory. Ice Fang and Swords Dance are sort of vanilla moves so justification isnt even needed.
Competitive Justification: I have to admit, this is the laziest submission Ive given till now. I toyed around with a bunch of possible variants of this mega, but Persian just doesnt have the stats to pull off anything I was favoring. Since I couldnt break the +100 rule, and Persian doesnt have much else going for it, I decided to make it a very vanilla-ish speedy attacker, in the vein of a much worse Mega-Absol. Theres honestly no way I can see that this thing could be even close to broken, tbh.

Mega Meowstic

Sp.Atk: 83 --> 103(+20)
Sp.Def: 81 -->131(+50)
Speed: 104 --> 110(+6)

Ability: Sheer Force(Meowstic-F), Magic Bounce(Meowstic-M)
New Moves: Recover(Meowstic-M), Ice Beam(Meowstic-F), Cosmic Power(Both Forms)

Flavor Justification:
Much like with Persian-A, I feel like the movepool additions are very vanilla, with the possible exception of Cosmic Power(which I included because cats yelp like crazy at night so I associate them with the sky). I gave the M and F forms different attacks because their learnset is already different, so its not much of a stretch. Likewise, Meowstic-F, which is the more offensively oriented of the two, gets an offensive ability it can make great use of in Sheer Force. Meowstic-M gets Magic Bounce as an upgrade from Prankster.
Competitive Justification: Sheer Force in tandem with CM and Boltbeam make Mega-Meowstic-F a crazy good specially offensive Mega. While it lacks the sheer power(heh) of Mega-Alakazam, it has much better bulk with which to comfortably set up and sweep. Meowstic-M was meant to be the supporter of the two, with Prankster to be a nuisance, and getting Magic Bounce carries that on in the vein of Mega Sableye. With Recover and Cosmic Power, Meowstic-M can even run a decent Stored Power set, and wreak havoc with Prankster before Mega Evolving. Infact, despite my efforts, both forms can do the others job quite well due to having the same stats. With Magic Bounce to shrug off passive damage, Meowstic-M can possibly do a CM set more reliably, if not more efficiently, than its female counterpart. Likewise, Meowstic-F can make use of Cosmic Power + Stored Power to an extent with its superior coverage and better offensive ability. Overall, I just had a load of fun designing these two megas, definitely an enjoyable slate.

The monarch of Lasangaland!
mega Persian-A
Type:Dark
Ability:Arena trap
HP:65
Atk:30 (-30)
Def:90 (+30)
SpA:125 (+50)
SpD:95 (+30)
Spe:115 (+0)
New Moves:
Aura Sphere and Slack off
Description: A-persian Gets into his inner royal self and becomes a monarch, what makes Arena trap a possible ability, as some monarches have complete control of their land and can ''trap'' it whenever they want to. As for competitive, I gave him aura sphere to give him Ghost/Dark/Fighting covarge, what makes him more effective as a revenge killer, and I gave him Slack off to let him setup Nasty plot much easier. The 125 SPA may look THAT amazing without an item boost, but because of Nasty Plot+Arena Trap, it can grow to great amounts of power, and with perfect covarge or reliable recovery, it can be a great sweeper or a revenge killer.

sorry for lackluster english

The Meowstic genders having the same mega disappoints me. I am disappointed.

Mega Reuniclus

Ability -
Overcoat / Magic Guard / Regenerator
Gelationous Body (Boosts the user's SpDef when hit by an attack)[Stamina Clone]{I know Stamina is 4 and the limit is 3.5 but Mega Reuniclus still has subpar defenses and two very common weaknesses in Ground and Dark, especially when dealing with Pursuit users}

590 (+100)

Movepool Additions - Sludge Bomb, Sludge Wave
Design Changes - The green goo becomes purple [light green when shiny] and its body becomes a very dark blue [dark purple when shiny]
Competitive Analysis - Mega Reuniclus can act as a powerful wall, it has access to Recover and an stellar ability on Gelatinous Body, allowing it to Recover Stall Special Attackers, it has some absurd offensive presence to back it up and it is now an even more reliable Trick Room setter.

Mega Alolan Persian

Movepool Additions - Slack Off, Thunder Wave
Design Changes - Changes to a Darker gray [shiny becomes a lighter blue though]
Competitive Analysis - Mega Alolan Persian can act as a very fast wall, it has great defenses after Fur Coat is factored in, and it still plays the same role that its regular forme did, but better.

566 (+100)

Movepool Additions - Ice Beam, Focus Blast
Design Changes - The blue [yellow in the shiny forme] changes to a lighter color [goes dark purple when shiny].
Competitive Analysis - Mega Meowstic can act as a very solid sweeper/cleaner, it has a very sacry base 153 SpA, which can be further boosted by either Sheer Force or Adaptability, depending on the gender of Meowstic, it has good 114 Spe, an still has a respectable 74/86/91 bulk.

Mega Alolan Persian
Ability: Fur Coat / Technician / Rattled ----> Prankster
Typing: Dark / Normal

Stats:

HP: 65 ----> 65
Attack: 60 ----> 60
Defense: 60 ----> 95 (+35)
Special Attack: 75 ----> 114 (+39)
Special Defense: 65 ----> 75 (+10)
Speed: 115 ----> 131 (+16)
Base Stat Total: 440 ----> 540 (+100)
Movepool Additions: Hyper Voice, Nature Power
Description: Sporting a great speed tier, okay defenses, and a cool new ability with STAB to back it up, M-Alolan Persian seems to be a viable addition to the tier. Prankster + Nature Power gives you priority STAB which could be really dangerous after a Nasty Plot. The second addition, Hyper Voice, was really just a flavor addition to give it usable Normal STAB and Persian gets it so...why not? It could be a considerable option if you want higher damage and don't want Tapus / Dark-types to ruin your sweep. Prankster Parting Shot is also cool. For a set I would probably use a NP sweeper with NPlot / NPower / Dark Pulse / filler status or coverage move. However its weaknesses are pretty common and 4x Fighting weakness hurts its viability.

Mega Meowstic
Ability: Keen Eye / Infiltrator / Prankster (M) Competitive (F) ----> Magic Bounce (M) Speed Boost (F)
Typing: Psychic / Fairy

Stats:

HP: 74 ----> 74
Attack: 48 ----> 38 (-10)
Defense: 76 ----> 98 (+22)
Special Attack: 83 ----> 149 (+66)
Special Defense: 81 ----> 103 (+22)
Speed: 104 ----> 104
Base Stat Total: 466 ----> 566 (+100)
Movepool Additions: Moonblast (both M and F), Recover (both M and F)
Description: Decent bulk, a nice defensive typing, and Magic Bounce make M-Meowstic a usable defensive Pokemon. A huge 149 base Special Attack means that it's not passive either. However , it gets walled by Steel-types unless you want to carry HP Fire. Recover gives you reliable recovery while Moonblast gives you STAB. The speed tier is not bad either. And with the Female versions, you obtain Speed Boost to abuse her high Special Attack and easily sweep certain teams. Overall Meowstic would seem to be a very viable offensive threat.

First post here so let me know if I've made a mistake!

Ok sorry guys...

Spe: 30 ---> 20 (-10)

Movepool Additions: Aura Sphere, Dazzling Gleam
Description: "Reuniclus is the most viable non-mega Focus Blast user in OU for the Focus Miss joke": here's a 100% accurate focus blast user, with excellent bulk and good special attack. It can also set a Trick Room and/or recover its health.

Thunder Wave is to annoy fast threats.

HP:

SpA: 83 ---> 133 (+50)
SpD: 81 ---> 101 (+20)
Spe: 104 ---> 114 (+10)

Movepool Additions: Ice Beam, Dazzling Gleam
Description:
Male version: Are you bored of Greninja? HERE'S A NEW FAST PROTEAN USER!!!

Female version:
- Step 1: Calm Mind
- Step 2: Sweep
Uh... you want to paralyze me or toxic me? YOU CAN'T!!!

Reuniclus Mega
Ability: Bulletproof
Typing:

Stats: 110 / 65 (+0) / 105 (+30) / 165 (+40) / 115 (+30) / 30 (+0) [BST 590 (+100)]
Movepool Additions: Thunderbolt, Ice Beam
Description (Competitive): This is a mega that is probably just more of the same thing. While Magic Guard is obviously a better ability than Bulletproof, the latter is still a fairly good ability on something like this. Most notably, it grants Reuniclus with an immunity to Shadow Ball, allowing it to wall things that it had no business to wall. Magic Guard is also slightly less good on something that can't hold a LO, so it works out in the end. 110/105/115 bulk is really nice for setting up Trick Room, and its high 165 SpA lets it absolutely break things afterwards.

Alolan Persian Mega
Ability: Prankster
Typing:

Stats: 65 / 60 (+0) / 70 (+10) / 135 (+60) / 75 (+10) / 135 (+20) [BST 540 (+100)]
Movepool Additions: Copycat, Encore
Description (Competitive): With Prankster, Mega Persian-A can act as a very annoying Pokemon that can hold its own offensively. Copycat is there mostly for memes, although a 3 attack set with Copycat could see use. Encore, however, is very strong with Prankster. With Encore, it can attempt to give itself an opportunity to set-up a Nasty Plot. What it will probably be spamming, however, is Prankster Parting Shot.

Meowstic Mega
Ability: Psychic Surge
Typing:

Stats: 74 / 48 (+0) / 101 (+25) / 123 (+40) / 106 (+25) / 114 (+10) [BST 566 (+100)]
Movepool Additions: Parting Shot (Male), Focus Blast (Female)
Description (Competitive): I'm not entirely sure what was meant by them having the same mega, so I took it very literally. Either way, both of the Meowstic share the same mega, although they get different moves to differentiate them a bit more. While it's SpA might seem weak for a mega, Psychic Surge makes it hit a lot harder with its STAB than it seems. That power, alongside its good speed, make Meowstic a very threatening Pokemon for more offensive teams.
I actually haven't discussed with the council how we want to do Meowstic specifically. Given the amount of people disappointed and confused with the lack of a mega for each Meowstic, I'll ask the council how they feel about it.

Description: Persian can reach an astounding +4 in a single turn, allowing it to boost its mediocre SpA to terrifying levels. If you have something to check it, but are unable to outspeed it, you're still out of luck as it can pass the boosts into a more threatening sweeper to continue the sweep.

With no weaknesses and very high defenses, coupled with either Cosmic Power or Calm Mind, This mon can become a huge threat with little effort. After even 1 calm mind, it is almost impossible to OHKO with a special attack (252+ SpA Mewtwo-Mega-Y Psychic vs. +1 160 HP / 0 SpD Reuniclus: 130-154 (32.4 - 38.4%) -- 97.9% chance to 3HKO). Along with coverage like Energy Ball, Shadow Ball, Thunderbolt and Signal Beam. Pokemon like Skarmory, Celesteela, Escavalier, Metagross and can beat it though, which is one of it's downfalls. although it can WoW in return to survive a little longer.

Special Attack: 165 (+40)
Special Defense: 105 (+20)
Speed: 30
New Moves: Hypnosis, Sludge Bomb
Description: There's more than one "Focus Miss" in Reuniclus' movepool, and this Mega Reuniclus has the means to utilize both of them. It also adds Hypnosis, which is boosted to 78% accuracy. Other than that, it's standard Reuniclus fare sans Magic Guard. It's probably best oriented for Doubles Trick Room (not a joke for once).

Mega Persian-Alola
Ability:
Fur Coat
Typing: Dark
HP: 65
Attack: 60
Defense: 100 (+40)
Special Attack: 115 (+40)
Special Defense: 110 (+45)
Speed: 90 (-25)
New Moves: Slack Off, Calm Mind
Description: Move over Purugly, there's a new fat cat in town and he's not budging any time soon. Mega Garfield puts its Fur Coat to great use here, being able to stomach some very powerful attacks with proper conditioning. Observe:

252 Atk Choice Band Sawk Close Combat vs. 248 HP / 252+ Def Fur Coat Persian-Alola: 206-246 (61.8 - 73.8%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

Its Defense and Special Defense receive substantial boosts, with its ability to pump up the former and Calm Mind to improve the latter. It's also substantially stronger on the special side. Slack Off works to its advantage too, allowing it to sustain itself as either a Calm Mind attacker or a Shotbot. Of course, there is a downside to living such a lazy lifestyle: its Speed regresses to that of its pre-evolution. But when you're fat, wealthy and full of yourself, you don't need legs.

Mega Meowstic
Ability:
Sheer Force (F), Prankster (M)
Typing: Psychic/Dark
HP: 74
Attack: 38 (-10)
Defense: 86 (+10)
Special Attack: 143 (+60)
Special Defense: 96 (+15)
Speed: 129 (+25)
New Moves: Psychic Terrain, Focus Blast
Description: My aim was to make them both viable while preserving the gender roles. Sheer Force allows Female to hit harder than Male despite both having the same attacking stats, and as a special attacker she has a wide movepool. I wanted to give Male Psychic Surge but that would be far better than anything else I could give Female, and beyond that Prankster is the best suited ability for him. Soooo I settled for making it a new move. The new Dark typing gives them a second STAB as emotionally repressive pragmatists, and it has the bonus of letting them (esp Male) dodge Prankster status. They get a few Dark-type TMs, most importantly Dark Pulse.
Reuniculus-Mega
Ability:
Overcoat / Magic Guard / Regenerator ---> Yokai Seal (Levitate Clone: Pokemon who has this ability are immune to Dark-type moves)
Typing: Psychic/Ghost

Stats:

HP: 110
Atk: 65 -> 65 (0)
Def: 75 -> 110 (+35)
SpA: 125 -> 175 (+50)
SpD: 85 -> 110 (+25)
Spe: 30 -> 20 (-10)

Movepool Additions: Hex, Will-O-Wisp, Hypnosis
Description: Reuniculus becomes even more bulky, gains an additional Ghost-type to spam Shadow Ball/Hex, massive increase to Special attack, and an ability that cancels out one of it's biggest weakness, leaving it with only a x4 Weakness to Ghost typing.

...I might tone this down lmao.

Mega Reuniclus
New Type: Psychic ---> Psychic/Fighting
New Ability: Magic Guard/Overcoat/Regenerator ---> Iron Fist
New Stats:
HP: 110
Attack: 65 ---> 165 (+100)
Defense: 75 ---> 90 (+15)
Special Attack: 125 ---> 95 (-30)
Special Defense: 85 ---> 100 (+15)
Speed: 30
New Moves: N/A
Role Description (competitive): Appearance and physical movepool just scream physical attacker. So I gave it an enormous boost to attack and Iron Fist to boost its coverage options, along with a minor boost to bulk. It has a few punching coverage moves, with gems such as Drain Punch and the elemental punches.

Mega Alolan Persian
New Type: Dark ---> Dark/Normal
New Ability: Fur Coat/Rattled/Technician ---> Prankster
New Stats:
HP: 65
Attack: 60 ---> 30 (-30)
Defense: 60 ---> 75 (+15)
Special Attack: 75 ---> 150 (+75)
Special Defense: 65 ---> 80 (+15)
Speed: 115 ---> 140 (+25)
New Moves: Sludge Bomb, Knock Off, Hyper Voice
Role Description (competitive): Powerful special attacking pivot with Prankster Parting Shot + three attacks, Prankster utility with Parting Shot, Taunt, Knock Off, and Foul Play, or even Nasty Plot. It's not that hard to beat due to its below-average bulk and inability to hold a power-boosting item or a Choice Scarf to be less vulnerable to revenge killing.

Mega Meowstic
New Type: Psychic ---> Psychic / Fairy
New Ability: Keen Eye / Infiltrator / Prankster (Male) / Competitive (Female) ---> Speed Boost (Male) / Sheer Force (Female)
New Stats:
HP: 74
Attack: 48 ---> 33 (-15)
Defense: 76 ---> 100 (+24)
Special Attack: 83 ---> 149 (+76)
Special Defense: 81 ---> 100 (+19)
Speed: 104 ---> 100 (-4)
New Moves: Moonblast, Focus Blast
Role Description (competitive): I tried to make both genders of Mega Meowstic roughly the same in terms of viability, but different in roles. So, yeah. The male is a Speed Boost cleaner with pretty good coverage in three or four moves, so it's better against offense. The female is a powerful wallbreaker with Sheer Force boosted everything.
Congrats to the winners of the last slate, Im sorry I was unable to vote but my internet was screwed up and my mobile data is shit.

Anyways, damn, these slates just keep getting more random lol

Reuniclus-Mega
Psychic

HP: 110

Sp.Atk: 130 --> 120(-10)
Sp.Def: 85 --> 130(+45)
Speed: 30 --> 45(+15)

Reuniclus @ Reuniclusite

Def: 60 --> 80(+20)
Sp.Atk: 75
Sp.Def: 65 --> 80(+15)

Persian-A @ Persianite

Mega Meowstic
Psychic

HP: 74
Atk: 48
Def: 76 --> 100(+24)
Sp.Atk: 83 --> 103(+20)
Sp.Def: 81 -->131(+50)
Speed: 104 --> 110(+6)

Mega Reuniclus
Type:
Psychic/Fairy
Ability: Trickster (Trick Room lasts of 8 turns when set up for this Pokemon)

HP: 110
Atk: 65 -> 65 (0)
Def: 75 -> 125 (+50)
SpA: 125 -> 155 (+30)
SpD: 85 -> 125 (+40)
Spe: 30 -> 10 (-20)

Movepool Additions: Taunt, Moonblast
Description: Reuniclus now has buffed defenses and SpA making it hit way harder and making it difficult to take down. It can come in without taking damage from SR/Spikes due to it's pre-mega ability. It's low speed is somewhat mitigated by Trick Room.

Mega Persian-A
Type:
Dark
Ability: Regenerator
HP: 65
Atk: 60 -> 50 (-10)
Def: 60 -> 80 (+20)
SpA: 75 -> 100 (+25)
SpD: 65 -> 90 (+25)
Spe: 115 -> 155 (+40)

Movepool Additions: Volt Switch, Foul Play
Description: With it's added speed, it can outspeed threats like Mega-Alakazam and Pheromosa. It also boosts the fastest Parting Shot in the tier, which goes in great sync with it's ability Regenerator, helping it to regain health every time it's switched out. It acts as a good support Pokemon with moves like Taunt. Volt Switch seems kind of random, but it goes well with Regenerator (Also Persian gets T-bolt so...)

Mega Meowstic
Type:
Psychic/Dark
Ability: Simple (F/M)

HP: 74
Atk: 48 -> 48 (0)
Def: 76 -> 130 (+54)
SpA: 83 -> 103 (+20)
SpD: 81 -> 91 (+10)
Spe: 104 -> 120 (+16)

Movepool Additions: Cosmic Power, Recover (F/M)
Description: Calm Mind and Cosmic Power help Meowstic to go +4 in one single turn. This also means that Meowstic can run multiple sets, either defensive or devastating setup sweeper. Recover helps it regain health, which can be vital as you can lose health while setting up. The added Dark type gives it neutrality against Dark and Ghost moves; but it magnifies it's weakness to Bug type moves (which can create a huge problem for it) An additional option is also to use Stored Power instead of Psyshock/Psychic which reaches 100 BP just after one turn of CM/CP.
.

Can someone comment if my Reuniclus submission is allowed or not. If it isn't I'll change it soon. :)

Description: They use their psychic powers to control their arms, right? So why not an ability that turns contact moves Special?
I actually haven't discussed with the council how we want to do Meowstic specifically. Given the amount of people disappointed and confused with the lack of a mega for each Meowstic, I'll ask the council how they feel about it.

New Move: Baton Pass
Description: Persian can reach an astounding +4 in a single turn, allowing it to boost its mediocre SpA to terrifying levels. If you have something to check it, but are unable to outspeed it, you're still out of luck as it can pass the boosts into a more threatening sweeper to continue the sweep.

They all can get up to 2 new moves and an ability limitation of 4.5.

Mega Toucannon
Typing:

Ability: Iron Barbs
HP: 80 --> 80 (+0)
Attack: 110 --> 130 (+20)
Defense: 75 --> 125 (+50)
Special Attack: 75 --> 85 (+10)
Special Defense: 75 --> 125 (+50)
Speed: 60 --> 30 (-30)
New Move: Iron Head, Gyro Ball
Description: Mega Toucannon is a fortress that is finally able to utilize its signature move, Beak Blast, since it is not actually bulky enough to take hits. Visually, its beak becomes huge and Toucannon hides his entire body behind it (similar to Mega Sableye's gem).

Mega Fearow
Typing:
Rock/Flying
Ability: Tough Claws
HP: 65 --> 65 (+0)
Attack: 90 --> 127 (+37)
Defense: 65 --> 80 (+15)
Special Attack: 61 --> 61 (+0)
Special Defense: 61 --> 76 (+15)
Speed: 100 --> 133 (+33)
New Move: Head Smash, Brave Bird
Description: This thing goes in and goes in hard. It has Tough Claw boosted STAB Head Smash and Brave Bird, which just hits insanely hard even coming off of Mega Fearow's somewhat lacking Attack stat. It's also very fast, outspeeding even Ash-Greninja. This also fills a unique niche, which is that of a fast, strong Rock-type. Its weakness lies in being weak to Stealth Rock, low bulk, bad defensive typing, and vulnerability to priority.

Mega Swellow
Typing:
Normal/Flying
Ability: Adaptability
HP: 60 --> 60 (+0)
Attack: 85 --> 80 (-5)
Defense: 60 --> 50 (-10)
Special Attack: 75 --> 150 (+75)
Special Defense: 50 --> 50 (+0)
Speed: 125 --> 165 (+40)
New Move: Focus Blast
Description: Mega Swellow is the fastest Pokemon in existence outside of Deoxys-Speed and with Adaptability boosted Boomburst and Hurricane, coverage in Focus Blast, and U-turn to grab momentum, this thing hurts. It is, however, a glass cannon in every way. With 60/50/50 bulk, it's almost impossible to actually get this thing in. In addition, even though it has insane Speed, it is extremely vulnerable to priority because of that low bulk.

Beak Overdrive (Fire STAB)[Steelworker Clone]

HP - 80

Atk - 120
175 (+55)

60 (-15)
SpD - 75
105 (+30)
Spe - 60
60
BST - 485
585 (+100)

Movepool Additions - Flare Blitz, Wild Charge
Design Changes - The white belly becomes a vibrant red and its blue feet become white. It looks even angrier and has a small line of Fire on the top of its beak
Competitive Analysis - Mega Toucannon hits very hard thanks to its massive base 175 Atk and Beak Overdirve allowing it to tear Steel-types apart (except Heatran) it also has Bullet Seed and Wild Charge as coverage on top of its three STABs and U-Turn.

Mega Fearow

Ability -
Keen Eye / Sniper
Speed Streak (Attack power increases by 30% if the Pokémon is the first to attack this turn)[Analytic Clone]

HP - 65

BST - 442
542 (+100)

Movepool Additions - Brave Bird, Knock Off
Design Changes - Changes to a draker shade of brown and grows an even bigger neck
Competitive Analysis - Very Scary Attack stat, amazing ability, okay speed tier and great coverage beetween STABs and Drill Run + U-Turn.

Mega Swellow

Ability -

Wind Wanderer [Download Renamed]

HP - 60

Atk - 85
115 (+30)
Def - 60

SpA - 75
105 (+30)
SpD - 50
65 (+15)
Spe - 125
135 (+10)
BST - 455
555 (+100)

Movepool Additions - Hurricane by level up, Focus Blast
Design Changes - Gains yellow markings on its body and takes on a more aerodynamic shape
Competitive Analysis - At a first glance, 115 Atk and 105 SpA don't like much, but when you factor Wind Wanderer in, it essencially gains either a Choice Band or a Choice Specs everytime it switches in, but whitout the choice part, also, many of Swellow's moves already have a very high Base Power, namely Boomburst, Hurricane, Focus Blast, Return and Brave Bird, Heat Wave and U-Turn can also complement its STABs and Focus Blast.

I feel like the ability rankings are slightly broken :/

Eg: A pokemon with an ability limit of 4 can do this:

Ability: Psychic Pulse (Misty Surge clone: Summons Psychic Terrain)

This is just my thoughts, but you see what I mean

No beacuse this is a Psychic Surge clone.
Also Misty Surge can't be cloned

Neither can Analytic (For some reason) but Exploudit did it. Don't bother telling him to edit it either, since I was allowed it back in the Mienshao, Staraptor, *Insert 3rd mon* Reckless themed slate. besides, it can be classed as a misty surge clone even if it is a psychic surge clone.

It works the same way with Fur Coat, since it can double any stat with clones, you can get pure/huge power on a 4.5 mon

Mega Toucannon
Ability:
Pyrolize (Fire-type Aerilate clone)
Typing: Fire/Flying
HP: 80
Attack: 155 (+35)
Defense: 75
Special Attack: 120 (+45)
Special Defense: 75
Speed: 80 (+20)
New Moves: Seed Bomb, Quick Attack
Description: Meet Talonflame's slower, stronger cousin that can pack a wallop from either side. Seed Bomb gives it a more consistent Grass coverage move while Quick Attack lets it play Mega Pinsir ON FIRE if you so desire. But be wary, you're extremely fragile and now have a double Stealth Rock weakness to contend with.

Mega Fearow
Ability:
Stakeout
Typing: Normal/Flying
HP: 65
Attack: 120 (+30)
Defense: 85 (+20)
Special Attack: 71 (+10)
Special Defense: 71 (+10)
Speed: 130 (+30)
New Moves: Sucker Punch, Brave Bird
Description: Pokedex entries portray Fearow as a predator with the ability to set up the kill all day and move in for it at a moment's notice - exactly the type of Pokemon that would want Stakeout. Mega Fearow may not have the best stats, but with its new ability and Brave Bird granting more power, it doesn't need to.

Mega Swellow
Ability:
Adaptability
Typing: Normal/Flying
HP: 60
Attack: 115 (+30)
Defense: 60
Special Attack: 115 (+40)
Special Defense: 50
Speed: 155 (+30)
New Moves: Double-Edge (no longer a Gen III tutor), Vacuum Wave
Description: On the physical side, two 120 BP STABs with U-turn and Roost to recover off the damage (if you get the chance). On the special side, a 140 BP STAB and a 110 BP secondary STAB. Pick your poison; only Rock- and Steel-types will be able to stomach this beast.
