This has been going on for sometime now but after a short break from the program I decided to slap it on our Subforum since it will help with communication through students and tutors and spread the word in general. Anyways now to the info!

Owners: Snowyyy, Twix, Scpinion, Bondie, Anttya (indefinitely)
Sign Ups [Mentor]
This is the portion where anyone who would like to apply to be a mentor will fill out the application with their qualifications to be a mentor and your available times. Each mentor will also need to specify the specific type they will be teaching.
Sign Ups [Students]
This is the portion where anyone who would like to be mentored will post saying which type they'd like to be mentored in. We will try to get everyone signed up and make sure they have the appropriate tutors.
Mentoring
This will be a 3 Cycle(Each cycle being 1 week long with the Mentor and students's meeting at least 3 times a week) long portion where the students and the mentor interact and exchange ideas with each other, mainly the mentor helping the student fix their team.
Feedback
Lasting for 24 hours after the three weeks, all students are free to PM Snowyyy (Smogon or PokemonShowdown) with feedback on their mentor. It's not required, but it's highly recommended so that we can ensure our mentors are up to quality.
Cooldown
This portion is just what it sounds like: the cooldown. After the three full weeks of each round,and the 24 hour period for feedback, we'll need a cooldown; this cooldown lasts for 48 hours, then we reboot and begin again. After this cooldown depending on how many students sign up more Mentor positions will open up.
Signups will most likely fill up really quickly as we have a plethora of good players willing to teach new players!
Note:Owners will be the people deciding if you become a mentor or not. Please limit one application per person and if you aren't accepted please wait until the next cycle
