Need 4 Speed: EspyOwner vs. rickheg! (1 vs 1 FE)

Man, I haven't reffed in a while. It feels good to be back in the reffing circuit again (and not just because I blew all my UC on Tournament prep and am currently dirt broke). The victims of my rustiness, EspyOwner and rickheg, seem to have no problem with this, which they will learn later is a huge mistake! *evil chortle*

<everybody knows what the ASB Arena does>

Da Rulez:
1 vs 1 FE Doubles (I can make it whatever I want)
Training Items only
Switch = OK (you only get 1 'mon, w/e)
2 substitutions
Infinite recovers/chills
<1 Day DQ
All abilities (I presume)

And now, a word from our sponsors: the aforementioned word

...We're back! Let's see what Pokemon these guys brought with them!

Sableye (Garnet) (M)
Nature: Sassy(Special Defense raised by 1; Speed lowered by 15%, Evasion reduced by a flat 10%)
Type: Dark/Ghost

Abilities:
Keen Eye:
(Passive) This Pokemon has extremely good vision and cannot have its accuracy lowered by an opponent through any means (including accuracy lowering attacks, Smogs, Hazes, Fog, etc.). Its vision also enables it to see through any attempts by an opponent to increase their own evasion.
Stall: (Passive) This Pokemon has a watchful eye and immense patience. It can be ordered to attack last on any action regardless of ordinary attack priority. If an opponent orders their Pokemon to attack after Sableye, that attack will fail. Against another Sableye, the trainer who issues attacks first has precedence and the opponent's attack will fail.
Prankster (DW): (Passive) The Pokemon is always prepared for engaging in sneaky tactics and trickery, giving its non-damaging attacks an increase in priority level.

Go with the Flow:
EspyOwner chooses a 'mon and sends it out.
rickheg sends out his one 'mon and orders.
EspyOwner EspyOrders.
Dummy007 refs or something vaguely like that.
EspyOwner EspyOrders EspyAgain.
rickheg does likewise.
Dummy007 "refs" once more. Many errors are found, and he goes AWOL again because of his shame.
etc.

EspyOwner, the match is in your hands! SELECT FIGHTER

Right. Training items only. I could have picked better. Exp. Share.

Will-o-wisp > Shadow Ball > Shadow ball
IF dig and Steelix is burned, Counter
IF Earthquake when you would Shadow Ball, use Metal Burst instead

Protect - Heavy Slam - Heavy Slam

Round 1 Begin!

The battle opens with Garnet revealing that he's packing heat- enough heat, in fact, to burn Kalros on contact if it hits! The ghostly flame zigzags towards Kalros, only to be met with a simple Protect upon its arrival. Garnet looks frustrated, while Kalros appears totally unfazed, almost disinterested.

Trying an alternative approach, Garnet flings a ball of darkness directly at Kalros's core. The attack connects, but Kalros is so Sturdy that he hardly flinches at the blow. Still, he seems to have collapsed! What a twist of fate! Could this be a OHKO?! (of course not this is ASB there are no OHKOs here how gullible are you really) But wait! Kalros is up and fighting again- and Garnet is flat on the ground! It appears that Kalros used its heavy weight to slam into Garnet, dealing rather impressive damage! I know I wouldn't want to be in Garnet's position right now, and not just because it's warmer in this press box than on the battlefield.

What follows next is a repeat of Action 2. Whoop-de-doo.

It seems that Kalros has a huge (no pun intended) advantage right now, but Garnet has the ability Prankster; who knows what tricks might be up his metaphorical sleeve? Stay tuned for more action/huge falling rock monsters!

Round 2 Begin!

I feel that this round
Is probably best explained
In haiku format

Kalros splits the ground,
Smacks Garnet up with his head,
And EQs again

Garnet takes the blows,
Stalling for time, most likely,
And Metal Bursts back

So, as the round ends,
Kalros is in okay shape-
Garnet, not so much
