I received this from a guy on PS (Yes, you read that correctly), and I'm shamelessy putting it here - let me explain. He provided me with picture proof for the legal shinyness (which was not taken from google, I obviously checked that). Still, the IVs are incredibly good, but not much better than the shiny Virizion floating around on smogon - if he hacked them, he could just as well made it better - most people on PS will trade obviously hacked pokemon anyways lol. We had a long conversation, and I honestly think it is legal. He said it was his 3rd shiny Zekrom, and I don't see why I shouldn't believe him since I got the picture proof for this one at least. These IVs on three attemps are definitly possible, but still takes a lot of luck :/ He also dug deeply about my pokemon, to make sure they were legal as well, so that could be a good sign too. If it indeed is legal, it is definitly one of the best shiny Zekroms in the world. I think it is, but make up your own mind.
