Project ORAS Duo Destruction

Well almost nothing can counter that solo no matter how gimmicky (LO doduo hits too hard and drilbur checks all the flying resists). Omanyte and kabuto can, but kabuto only has a 75% chance to kill drilbur with waterfall. That is still the majority of the time so I would assume it still counts. On the other hand, there are a tons of dou teams that could easily defeat that. I would guess that's why Fiend Hound posted rhyhorn and chikorita as a joke. I'll post my own duo set, but I'll also post the kabuto set. I'm fine with 1 point either way.

There is SO many things as a dou (like anything with staryu or a scarfed water/ice poke) that can death fodder 1 poke to get a free switch to destroy this dou so I'll just pick something simple.

You must have missed this Fran, but it was decided that high rolls would be treated as crits and your counter only had to work the majority of the time. See post #13 for confirmation. I think this is a little more slack than the counter that threat thread, but high rolls are kind of like crits anyways.

For the purpose of this project, high rolls will be treated the same way as crits. They have the same likelihood and I see so reason to differentiate between the two. If we were to take account "hax" near nothing viable would come out of this project and there would be no point. As long as you come up with a Pokemon that beats the given duo a majority of the time, that's good enough for me.
 
Oh does it matter? Just go with the duo then. I'll even edit out the kabuto. It's a rip off of leingodf8 anyways.

As long as thunderwave full paras don't happen at a bad time and there aren't any crits Shellos should be able to set up and kill pawniard and snubbul. It is a little boring using Shellos so often, but it's good at what it does.
