(In general, much of this was grammatically correct but needed removal of fluff, changing to the correct forms (capitalization, STAB -> STAB move, etc.), or small revisions for clarity so that the average reader can easily skim over it for information. Overall, good work, but try not to add unnecessary or flavorful bits when writing, and read your work over to make sure you haven't included any.)
Overview
########
Welcome, Pidgeot, to OU after years of being obsolete. Pidgeot has been blessed with more than it could have ever wanted in the new Pokemon games of Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire, a mega evolution. (Don't write analyses with overt focus on the generational/new game shift, as we want these analyses to be about the current metagame status of these Pokemon, not about what they were before) Mega Pidgeot has a good base features a good Special Attack stat sitting at (these two are redundant. For future reference, "base X Stat Name stat" is the correct formatting.) 135 Base Special Attack stat. Let's not forget that Mega Pidgeot also has STAB on Flying, which is an is yet another new OU Pokemon to abuse the incredible attacking type. that is the Flying-type. (basically removal of fluff) With Mega Pidgeot's ability, No Guard, Hurricane... a move infamous for its inaccuracy, (fluff again) becomes a 100% accurate 110 Base Power move with no drawbacks. Mega Pidgeot also has also been given (this tense implies past action, which we don't want) a great Speed tier at base 121 Base Speed, outpacing the plethora of Pokemon around base 110 Speed or old and new base ~110's as well as being made even better with the recent ban of Greninja. (To readers a couple months in the future, it won't be recent, and "recent at the time of writing" is just awkward. Also "made even better" when it should just say "it is great" (which was said in the previous sentence) because we're focusing on current status) Unfortunately, the general speed creep of ORAS OU also exceeds 121 Base Speed, since it has included Mega Lopunny at 135 Base Speed and Mega Sceptile and Mega Beedrill at 145 Base Speed to accompany Mega Lopunny at 135 Base Speed to accompany Mega Manectric at 135 Base Speed and Mega Aerodactyl and Mega Alakazam at 150 Base Speed. (this sentence is generally very hard to follow because of the many "and"s and "at"s. if you want, you can list these examples later; you don't need to say each one's base speed since all the reader needs to know, especially for an overview) Mega Pidgeot has also received a slight boost to its bulk, (Mega Pidgeot has a slight boost to its bulk) However, many ORAS OU Pokemon still exceed base 121 Speed, (feel free to rephrase this for tone/voice if you want; it's basically a condensed version of the "Unfortunately" sentence) and Pidgeot it still has very lackluster bulk after Mega Evolving. Pidgeot also has a very scarce movepool, which leaves it wanting for more coverage options and makes, as well as making (avoid "as well as" as a replacement for "and"; the former tends to add emphasis to the second statement) it predictable to the opponent foe. (customarily, opponent = human player, foe/target/enemy = opposing Pokemon) Despite its drawbacks, Mega Pidgeot is a very threatening Pokemon in OU under the right support, and it is nothing to mess around with. (This tells the reader nothing, and C&C is trying to cut back on "filler" overview ending/bridge sentences like "However, X still has drawbacks" but only saying the drawbacks in the next sentence, and "Despite Y, Z is still a threat when given the correct support" which should have been implied by the list of pros at the beginning of the overview)

########
name: All-Out Attacker
move 1: Hurricane
move 2: Heat Wave
move 3: Roost / Hyper Beam
move 4: U-turn
ability: Big Pecks -> No Guard (this would import into PS as the ability "Big Pecks -> No Guard", which doesn't exist)
item: Pidgeotite
evs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
nature: Timid
Moves
========
Hurricane is a very (try not to overstate) high-powered (dash) STAB move that has is given 100% accuracy with Mega Pidgeot's ability and it also has a 30% chance to confuse the foe opponent. Heat Wave is the best coverage option that Mega Pidgeot has available given its it's small movepool. Due to the ubiquity of Stealth Rock and utterly ubiquitous usage of Stealth Rocks as well as Mega Pidgeot's relative lack of bulk, Mega Pidgeot struggles with its longevity, (comma) and consequently Roost is a good move to use. Hyper Beam, believe it or not, is an option that (We believe it and know it's an option because it's slashed on the set, so this is fluff) can be used as a last-ditch effort to heavily damage or KO an opposing Pokemon for your team. Last but not least, U-turn is an excellent move that (again, we know it's an excellent move can both actualize (usually used for stuff that isn't real but can become real, like someone's life goals, so its use with "offensive momentum" is somewhat inappropriate) and achieve (also actualize and achieve are somewhat redundant; are you trying to say "gain", "regain", or both?) offensive momentum simultaneously. (redundant with "both")
Set Details
========
4 EVs are put in Defense rather than HP to give Pidgeot an odd HP number, allowing Pidgeot to switch into Stealth Rocks (the name of the move is "stealth rock") four 4 (good rule of thumb is to write out numbers less than 21) times without fainting. Maximum Special Attack investment is intuitively used for maximum damage output. The same applies to Speed Maximum Speed investment and a Timid nature are used to allow Mega Pidgeot to outpace as much as possible with its good Speed tier Mega Pidgeot's benevolent Base Speed stat, inculding the use of a positive nature, specifically Timid.
Usage Tips
========
It is advised to try and to keep Stealth Rocks off the field as long as Mega Pidgeot is alive, (comma) since the entry hazard takes away a it take a quarter of its health from Stealth Rocks upon entry. Due Thanks to Mega Pidgeot's great combination of Speed and power, it Mega Pidgeot is an effective late-game cleaner when the opponent's bulky Pokemon (no accent on the e) have been worn down.
Team Options
========
Entry hazard removers such as Latias, Latios, Starmie, Tentacruel, and Excadrill keep Mega Pidgeot from losing a fourth of its health upon entry into battle. Focus Sash Dugtrio is a great partner because it can trap Heatran and Tyranitar for Mega Pidgeot. Mega Pidgeot's U-turn can also break the a potential Air Balloon of a Heatran switching in, allowing Dugtrio to successfully trap it. Celebii can take Electric-type attacks for Mega Pidgeot and can scares out Rock-types such as Rhyperior and Mega Diancie, as well as either setting up Stealth Rocks to help Mega Pidgeot clean up late-game or Baton Passing (tense continuity: either setting ... or passing) +2 Special Attack from a Nasty Plot to Mega Pidgeot for very formidable power.
Other Options
########
Work Up can be used to give Mega Pidgeot very high power and allow it to at +1 potentially clean late-game up the game, but in most scenarios it is better to just attack twice two times in a row rather than set up a Work Up. Defog is an option thing, but it's not that great on Pidgeot because it is weak to Stealth Rock you have to lose one fourth of your health before you even get to Defog Stealth Rocks away. Mega Pidgeot can use Tailwind to assist Pokemon on its your team, which and (original subject was Mega Pidgeot, not Tailwind) can sometimes change the tide of a match altogether. Hidden Power Grass can is supplementary to hit Rhyperior and Rotom-W very hard powerfully, as (this statement doesn't causally lead from the previous one) and the lack of its use results in these Pokemon being capable of taking on Mega Pidgeot easily. Hidden Power Ground and Hidden Power Fighting can be used for the same purpose against Heatran and Tyranitar, (comma) respectively, (comma) if your team has a particularly hard time against either each of these Pokémon, but it's mostly optimal to just use U-turn with Dugtrio on your team.
Checks & Counters
########
**Electric-types**: Electric-types such as Rotom-W, Zapdos, and Mega Manectric are three very ("such as" precedes a statement of examples, so the sentence should still make sense if you remove the "such as" phrase) common checks to Mega Pidgeot. The first two are complete and utter hard counters to Mega Pidgeot, taking minimal damage from any of its attacks and being able to KO kill it with will little difficulty, and Mega Manectric can switch into a Hurricane, (remove comma) and outspeed and subsequently KO Mega Pidgeot.
**Heatran**: Heatran completely walls Mega Pidgeot if Hidden Power Ground isn't being used.
**Rock-types**: Tyranitar stops Mega Pidgeot dead in its tracks if Hidden Power Fighting isn't being used; on your Mega Pidgeot set, Rhyperior can do the same also does if Hidden Power Grass isn't being used. Mega Diancie and Mega Aerodactyl in particular beats (Diancie and Aerodactyl ... beat) Mega Pidgeot regardless of its moves any moves it may use.
**Chansey and Blissey Pink Blobs**: The infamous special walls Chansey and Blissey completely stop Mega Pidgeot. Their unparalleled special bulk and reliable recovery allows them to eat up as many Hurricanes as they want, and they can also while also being able to chip away at Mega Pidgeot with Seismic Toss or Toxic or even cripple it Mega Pidgeot with Thunder Wave.
**Faster Attackers**: Mega Pidgeot is fast, but it's by no means the fastest 'mon in OU. Pokemon such as the aforementioned Mega Manectric, as well as Mega Aerodactyl, Choice Scarfed Landorus-T, and Choice Scarfed Garchomp, and others too (implied by "such as") can check Mega Pidgeot because they are capable of by switching into at least one of its respective moves and then they are capable of outspeeding and KOing it Mega Pidgeot.
