Good morning/afternoon/evening/whatever ladies and gentleman, today (and probably the next couple days) we will witness a battle between two trainers using little, still cute Pokémon (except maybe for that Seadra). Hmmm? You say you paid to take a tour around Castelia City? Well, don't worry, because you'll still get it!

An arena in the middle of Castelia City in Unova.

Type: Depends on Area

Complexity: Very, very high

Format: Any

Restrictions:
Because it is in Unova, mega-evolutions are not known and can not be used.
The type chart is how it is in Gen V.
As such, all Fifth Gen or prior pokemon to receive Fairy get retyped to whatever it was before.
The Flabebe evolutionary line is pure Grass-type.
The Spritzee and Swirlix evolutionary lines, along with Sylveon, are normal type.
Deddene, Carbink, and Klefki lose their Fairy-type.
Xerneas becomes a psychic type.
Play Rough and Disarming Voice become Fight-type.
Fairy Wind and Moonblast become Flying-type.
All other Fairy-type moves become Psychic type.
Steel resists Ghost and Dark-type moves.
Any abilities introduced in Gen VI have no effect, except Stance Change.

Due to how huge the arena is, an unlimited amount of pokemon may participate.
If a pokemon changes areas, it takes 3 actions to complete.
If a pokemon enters/exits a building, as may only be done from the ground floor, it takes one action.
If a pokemon changes floors in a building, it takes 1 action.
If a pokemon enters Relic Passage, Nimbasa City, or Pinwheel Forest, it is disqualified and counts as being KOed.
If a pokemon forces an opponent to enter an illegal area, only the pokemon that forced the opponent is disqualified.

Time passes by 20 minutes per action.
Days pass once per 72 actions (24 normal rounds, 24 hours)
Seasons pass every 5 days (120 normal rounds, 360 actions)
Years pass every 4 seasons (20 days, 480 normal rounds, 1,440 actions)
If a pokemon is in a position where it can not attack any foes due to time of day (i.e. on Royal Unova with all foes not on, not during evening), it loses all actions until it can get back into the battle.
If all pokemon lose actions until a certain time, the battle skips ahead to then.

Evening:Lots of people on streets, so attacks may not be used on any street.
Night: Houses are locked, so you may not enter/exit. Outside (streets, docks, plaza, or park), all moves have their accuracy dropped by 10 due to low light conditions. Moonlight restores 15HP unless used during night. Synthesis only restores 10HP. Morning Sun restores 15HP. Solarbeam

only has 6BAP.

Note that, due to the effects of Castelia City, it, along with its fairy-type moves (possibly ignoring ones called by other moves), are pure normal-type. Blunt Sword gets benefits of Normal-type and loses its benefits of being a fairy. It also gets STAB on pound or any other normal-type moves that get called by Metronome, Mimic, or Copycat.

Also, I forgot to mention in the arena description that if a pokemon forces its opponent into an illegal area, the opponent forced out gets the KOC.

The battle is doubles, so you have to send another Pokémon out Mulan15262. Also, the arena says almost all the Fairy type moves are Psychic type, not normal. Also, since it is not specified in the arena, I'll be using this when/if an area change happens.

"If a Pokemon running is attacked: The Pokemon running will now expend 35 energy. However, they will dodge (as in, the command. Just no extra energy attached) all attacks aimed at them (uncapped), and take only *0.67 of the damage that would have been inflicted on them. If the Pokemon attacking uses Pursuit, the move is blocked entirely, and the running Pokemon is left completely open to all attacks launched at them."
 
Sorry, I'm dumb. I selected another pokemon to use. Also, it says that all pokemon/moves that existed in Gen 5 and were re-typed to Fairy in Gen 6 have whatever type they were in Gen 5. Not as if it matters when Cleffa can not learn any damaging Fairy-type moves. I forgot to specify that the re-type to normal only applied to the moves that it knows, not all of them.

While a pokemon is changing areas, other than entering/exiting a building, I meant for nothing special to happen (beyond the pokemon using no moves) until the end of the needed actions, where the pokemon would teleport between areas. For entering/exiting a building, it would exist in both areas during the action. However, since I did not specify it, you could pick which ever one you want.

This is assuming that changing areas takes up three actions of nothing, where it moves on the third.

Opponents do not have to follow if they do not want to. They have to suffer the same 3 action travel time if they choose to follow. Pokemon in different areas can not attack each other (Note that a pokemon that just entered the water from a certain area can be attacked by any other pokemon in the water, or in nearby land. It is up to the ref if the attacker is close enough in this scenario). A skilled enough battler could move his pokemon with them taking a minimum of damage, if he/she knew how.

I also forgot that you can change areas by using teleport(evasive), or by maintaining Dig(evasive) or Fly(evasive) for 3 actions (attacking or coming up/landing with no attack on the third action can both work). A pokemon in the ocean can head onto any pier or Oceanfront Street for one action, and visa versa, any one capable of Fly(move), levitate (ability or command), or of flying type can head from the ocean to Skyarrow Bridge for one action.

With the new information, Someoneelse can re-order if the new info changes his idea of what to do. Assuming he does not change his orders, these are my orders:

Cleffa: Move to oceanfront street.
Piplup: Head into the ocean-Come out on Unity Pier-Mud Sport

Just a note, Mulan: your Cleffa is lacking an HP stat, and your Piplup is lacking an size, weight and BRT.

THIS PLACE IS HUUUUUUUGE! Everyone is working right now, so no one will interrupt the battle, which is great. The moment is starts, Blunt Sword starts running, while his partner stays and fights. What a coward. The Piplup now fends off a barrage of attacks, ranging from bolts of electricity to rocks. while shooting cold winds to slow his opponents down, maybe trying to help the Cleffa get away. That's partnership. He barely, barely survives, but he is tired and completely exposed to attacks. The little Cleffa manages to get away. What a coward.

Damn, I thought moving with ExtremeSpeed made sense…

It does, but I find it a little umbalanced to move and then be able to attack in a single action (except by the ocean, since it is in the rules, so no option). Some people agreed that, since evasive E-speed had been banned, I shouldn't allow it, so...
