This thread will consist of all announcements, rulings, and other decision-making that will occur for the PUPL II. This thread will also contain the schedule and any trades that may occur.

Managers, please give me your week one lineups at your earliest convenience, as the sooner I can have them all compiled, the more likely we can start on time. After week one, if you miss a lineup submission before the week is posted, I will be reusing your previous week's lineup. Even if you're using your previous week's lineup, please PM me it anyways so that I can be certain on what you want the lineup to be. All lineups should be submitted a full day before the next week is to start.

As for trades, if you guys want any to be made official, please PM me your details. As managers, I also expect explicit agreement outlined between both you and your competitor if you expect it to be made official.

Hello, just clearing a few things up about the past metas:

BW will be using the drops / rises from the last tier shift of its existance despite most people being more familiar with the meta before that. Please make sure you know what's legal before you build, I don't want to have a repeat of last year where like 5 people used Camerupt despite it being illegal.

As per last year, XY will have Chatter and Smashpass banned, for the exact same reasons they were banned in ORAS. Also remember that moves only obtainable on gen 6 Pokemon via ORAS move tutors will not be allowed. The following are the only things that were really ever used that aren't legal in XY:

Hide

• All mega stones are banned
• Serperior cannot have Contrary
• Kecleon cannot have Knock Off, Drain Punch, or the elemental punches in combination with Protean
• Aurorus cannot have Stealth Rock, Hyper Voice, Earth Power, or Snow Warning
• Barbaracle cannot have Stealth Rock or Taunt
• Huntail cannot have Sucker Punch in combination with Shell Smash and it cannot have Coil
• Sneasel cannot have Knock Off in combination with Icicle Crash

Zdrup has dropped out of PUPL II. Because this was an unforseeable event and that week 1 has not started yet, the PUPL staff have decided to let the Supercilious Swalots replace zdrup with an undrafted participant. Anty has now drafted shartruce as the replacement.

Due to the use of an illegal mon in the match between FLCL and -Tsunami- during Week 1, the PUPL staff has decided that Tsunami takes the DQ win. Tsunami can also opt to replay the match if they wish to. For the future, I urge everyone to double check to see if their teams are valid in the format that they are playing to prevent this from happening again.

On May 27th, HJAD and Dundies were playing their week 2 match when the server reset halfway through. Neither parties sent teams in advance, and as a result recreation was deemed impossible and a rematch has been scheduled. The list for XY doesn't include nearly everything, but since this was all that was published in the stats thread and the actual stats were lost, it's the only thing i can get.

On June 11th, Shaneghoul and rozes were playing their Week 4 XY match when Shaneghoul accidently used Stealth Rock on Barbaracle. Since Barbaracle can only learn that move via ORAS move tutor, the team is illegal and the match was given to rozes. Please double-check the validity of your teams before battling so this unfortunate case doesn't repeat itself anymore.

Additionally, there has been 2 cases of people forgetting to post replays so far. The replay for Peli and Megazard was luckily saved and posted after the fact, but the one for FLCL and Quite Quiet was lost and the match had to be done a second time. I would like to take this opportunity to remind everyone to please post replays in the PUPL II thread to verify your matches so you don't have to play them again. If there is no replay, then the game never happened.
