Chingling (F) **CHINGLING THE SUPREME
No one really knows what Chingling is. She acts very strangely, showing a desire for power, but her strength doesn't seem to be anything more than you'd expect from a baby Pokémon.

Silver_Lucario42 met Chingling after she swooped down on him in a cave. He thought the Psychic-type wanted to be his friend; however, she seemed to want to use him for her own ends. He believes that as his Pokémon, she can grow stronger both physically and emotionally, but so far she hasn't shown any signs of change.
