There are a bunch of hacks on Pokecheck with the same OT as the Tyranitar, so someone needs to get better friends.

Shaymin and Registeel are hacked, Latias needs a Japanese name or it's hacked (the name field is for the case sensitive name/nickname, not the species), there's nothing visibly wrong with the rest.
Wow that's actually good news thank you that means lombre and forretress are fine right and Latias is a foreign language but it doesn't say on the top it's Japanese so it's hacked then I take it

If it has link trade as a met location, odds are it was hatched using the SV method. The ones that have Daycare couple as a met location are the ones you need to be more wary of.
So, trading a 6IV Eevee with 3 EM on GTS got me the following mon:

Generation 5 has no restrictions on IVs and Natures. Pokecheck is down for maintenance at the moment, so I can't check there, but a lot of hackers use Italian and Spanish regions for their hacks. If it's legal, you can use it, although I wouldn't trade it to anyone.
A search through Google Cache has it as legal and public, but no mod tools through that. But because it's public it's rather worthless.

There's a form on page 1 that details how the information should be displayed, and yet you ignore it -_-
Anyway, it's legal from what I can see. Nothing looks out of place (except for your comment on raising something to Lvl 100).
There's no need to fear bad eggs, unless you're using an external device and mess up somewhere or your game is faulty (I believe all that was just some hoax, though). If something like this scares you, then perhaps trading is not suited for you. Other than that... yeah, that Solosis looks fine.
EDIT:
Forgot to comment about the level. Besides just plain grinding, Rare Candies could have been used. I don't have one, but I'm assuming that Powersaves device can duplicate (probably multiply by 900, or so) Rare Candies.
Seriously, slap a Lucky Egg on whatever you want to raise, head to Restaurant le Wow in Lumiose City, activate Exp O-Power Lvl 3 before selecting triple battle meal, and see the levels rise before your very eyes!
