Hello world :)
Coming back after a first ORAS attempt (I was mainly a 3rdG/4thG player), I built a new team based on aim M-Latias, which I loved (thx aim <3). As M-Salamence and Greninja are now banned, I think she is really monstrous.
So, please, rate me, and even more, help me to improve this team, as I know it is surely not perfect.
I love you all, much more than Lopunny does ! (she just wanna have sex anyway).

--Team Process building--

The team is all around M-Latias, so she is my first 'mon here.

At first glance, with the set I'm about to run (Roost/CM/Sub/Stored Power), Dark types are the #1 Latias' threats. I had to find a check for the current metagame's dark types, and Chesnuaght fits this role PER-FEC-LY (I'm in love actually)

BUT Chesnaught simply can't ensure that Mega-Zard-X will not set up and sweep everything. The best counter to M-ZardX is, imo, Quagsire, and he does a nice physical defensive core with my Chesnaught, as he also stops any pokemon needing a set-up, Unaware being a really great ability.

Next step, the first version of this team had ALOT of troubles with Mega-Gardevoir and Gengar. Even with Tentacruel (now even less useful because of the ninja's ban), I couldn't deal with them. Then I remembered back of the good old Assault Vest Scizor, and he performs extremely well, even if its a niche. The good surprise of the team :)

Scizor is weak to burn, Chesnaught too, Quagsire doesn't really care actually, and Latias being affraid of poison or paralysis, plus my team lacking of means of recovery, I felt like a Wisher and Aromatherapist would be great. Vaporeon does the job, resists fire moves for Chesnaught and Scizor, spread burn and can maintain pressure on Heatran with the Scald, this last one stalling my entire team otherwise.

Last but not least, I added Heatran which was a nice addition to my team, stopping things as Talonflame and stalling with Toxic, I definitely love him.

-- The Team --

Sprite_6_r_380M_s.png

Latias (F) @ Latiasite
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 248 HP / 100 Def / 160 Spd
IVs: 0 Atk
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Calm Mind
- Substitute
- Roost
- Stored Power

The main Pokemon of my team. He actually is super effective at stalling even before to set up for his sweep. Who needs Soul Dew ? With 6 CM, it is a 140 power Stored Power, stabbed. This is HUGE. Even super effective moves are uneffective. GREAT. 160 Spd outspeeds 100 BS Spd. Roost as a reliable recovery move. Stored Power is only resisted by Dark types, so I have to kill them before to sweep, but even on pokemon that are resisting Psychic, it does huge damages after some boosts.

Sprite_6_x_652.png

Chesnaught (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Bulletproof
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 Def
Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)
- Spiky Shield
- Leech Seed
- Drain Punch
- Spikes

Chesnaught is awesome. I never used it before, but he is a real beast. He totally blocks Bisharp, Scizor without Aerial Ace, and many physical sweepers. Spikes as an Entry hasard, because my team is about forcing switches. Drain Punch hits almost everything and is a recovery way, along with leech seed. Spiky Shield is super fun and useful, it scoots, procs a toxic/leech seed turn, and sometimes hurts on physical moves. Leech Seed + Spiky Shield used = 24% HP of my opponent, and 18% back for me :) (lefties) I'm actually wondering why this thing is not more used, maybe because of Talonflame ?

Sprite_6_x_195_f.png

Quagsire (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Unaware
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SDef
Relaxed Nature (+Def, -Spd)
- Scald
- Earthquake
- Recover
- Toxic

Quagsire is my second physical staller, as he forms a great combo with Chesnaught. He stalls Mega-Zard-X, a huge threat for my team otherwise, as he can use Recover on Dragon Claw and don't give a dare about M-Char-X other moves. Toxic and Scald spread status, while Earthquake hits everything that resists Toxic, hello Tentacruel and Heatran :). Recover as a recovery (haha) move. I think he fits well in my team as a physical wall. Infernape is a problem if he runs Grass Knot though.

Sprite_6_x_212_f.png

Scizor (F) @ Assault Vest
Trait: Technician
EVs: 248 HP / 112 Atk / 148 SDef
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Knock Off
- Bullet Punch
- U-turn
- Superpower

Scizooooooooor the M-Gardevoir enemy ! This guy is a STOP-Sign for Gengar and M-Gardevoir. It is a niche, but I really need someone to perform this, as well as a physical sweeper that can hurt Chansey and Clefable. The EV Spread allow me to resist 2 M-Gardevoir Fire Blast after SR, and 2HKO her with Bullet Punch. The main problem is still about Scald, because many special sweepers/bulky sweepers run it. But Vaporeon saves the world once again and uses her bell. Oof. Good Gothitelle counter too, as the can't really kill me, while she is OHKO by U-Turn after SR or Spikes.

Sprite_6_x_134.png

Vaporeon (F) @ Leftovers
Trait: Water Absorb
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SDef / 4 Def
IVs: 0 Atk
Calm Nature (+SDef, -Atk)
- Wish
- Protect
- Scald
- Heal Bell

Vaporeon is my healer. Better than any MMO's Priest. A second protect pokemon, I know. But Protect is essential along with Wish. Not much to say. He is also the second staller against M-Gardevoir. It also absorbs status, as she don't care about Scald and can heal the toxic/ paralysis. Her huge base HP (464) let her do some really nice Wishes :). With the burn, she is literally impossible to kill, I love her, she performs the job she's been asked to. :)

Sprite_6_x_485.png

Heatran (F) @ Leftovers
Trait: Flash Fire
EVs: 244 HP / 192 SDef / 72 Spd
Calm Nature (+SDef, -Atk)
- Earth Power
- Lava Plume
- Toxic
- Stealth Rock/Protect

Heatran is essential as he stops others Heatrans and Skarmory, the most usual phazers in the metagame. Ferrothorn too btw. The EV Spread outspeed the usual 68 Spd Heatran, and hurts with Earth Power. Lava Plume as a stab, I still don't know between Stealth Rock againt Talonflame or Protect in order to stall better. But I run SR most of the time, because of Talonflame. Lava Plume bait Heatran and... eventually Earth Power. It is a nice check for Talonflame too, since he doesn't receive any damage on Brave Bird (actually he does, but JUST a bit).

It is done ! Let me know what you think about this team, and please help me to improve it :)
Thanks :D

Make sure to have three lines for each poke. Also, since when was Greninja banned? Did I miss something? It's possible, I guess...

Anyway, nice team you have there! I would go Stealth Rock on Heatran because otherwise Talon absolutely murders your team, bar maybe Latias and Scizor. It also helps to keep Char-Y in check.
And I would run Choice Band over Assault Vest for much more power on Scizor, but if you hate being locked into a move and think Scizor's too frail, go AV.

Damn, it looked longer in the writing window, thanks, I didn't noticed x) I will fix it right after my post :)
SR on Heatran is what I'm doing the most actually, it looks nice :) Ty !
I tried the choice bander Scizor before to run this bulkier version, and I definitely prefer this one because of the surprise factor, most Gardevoir don't switch because they think they can OHKO Scizor, and as it is his main purpose... But thx for the advice though :)

Any others ? :3

Clefable @ Leftovers
Calm Nature
252 HP / 4 SpA / 252 SpD
Unaware Ability
- Wish
- Protect
- Heal Bell
- Moon Blast

This pokemon already does everything your Vaporeon does, but synergizes better with the rest of your team.

Hello :)
Thx for your advices :)

Houndoomite, Sub is crucial for Latias so that she can set up on stallers. I tested tho, but it is really less efficient. Thx though :)

one hitta quitta You're right, Clefable does the job ! I picked her instead of Vaporeon and my team does good.
Then, I wondered, Defensive Clef counters chard X right ? So as Quagsire primary role is to stall chard X, I put Clefable over Quagsire, so that I can find a better counter to Mega Zard Y, and I tried a quite gimmick pokemon : Specially Defensive Dragalge, 252 HP, 252 SDef, 4 SpA, Calm, Adaptability - Toxic Spikes, Dragon Tail, Venoshock, and Protect.
I tried it ten times, it looks good, but I definitely need your opinion about this :)
Thanks :D
