That doesn't make too much sense to me but ok. also i think blaze was active for flamethrower action three

If ralts uses taunt (mime jr.) then use Shadow Ball (ralts) that action
if under the effects of imprison then copycat (ralts) that action and push down
Charmander: Ember + Overheat (Ralts) ~ Cool Down (Fire Fang [Burmy]) ~ Flare Blitz (burmy)
if ralts uses a successful protective evasive move when you would target ralts use dragon rage (bumry) ~ fire fang (burmy) ~ slash (burmy) on each instance and push down

I think Psyshock should have done more damage as it targets charmander's defence stat (still reduced by light screen though)
