Shiny Charm and Masuda Method

Just a couple of questions.
1. Do Ditto work for Masuda?
2. Do Pokemon from Pokebank work with masuda

For example, I have a Ditto from Johto on X and Y. It has the JPN symbol in it's profile. I have this in with another Pokemon in the day care, will my shony rate still be increased?
 
Been watching the thread from the shadows while working hard on the shiny charm. Finally got one so ---- Will pledge 500 eggs for now. Using jp and us honedge.

Thus far 150 eggs hatched with 0 shiny.

1/21/14 update - Hatched 180 additional eggs with 0 shiny
1/31/14 update - Hatched 365 eggs total with 1 shiny

By the way, I just got the shiny charm and I play in spanish. The spanish description doesn't say "in the wild", just finish with the "shiny pokemon" words.

got my shiny charm about a week ago so i starte MMing recently. Ill pledge 1000 eggs for now.
currently breeding jap male charmander 4iv with an eng femal charmander 5iv.
ill update every hundred or so eggs.


1-300: 0 shinies

Edit:
301-400 Shiny at 363 4iv male
switching to honedge or eevee for now

I got my shiny charm a couple of days ago, so I'm joining in. Not Pledging any thing and I will update this post.

300 Nothing. Using Japanese Beldum and American Ditto.
300-457 Shiny Beldum at egg 457! Sadly 4 ivs, not good enough for my best friend.
457-757 Nothing.
757-1057 Nothing.
1057-1507 Nothing.
1507-1726 Shiny Beldum number 2 at 1726, Sadly 4 ivs again.

I found this thread via google (because I was wondering the same thing lol). I'll pledge to do waves of 100 eggs until I get tired of it. Doing a German Dratini with an English Dratini.

Wave #1: Nada :(
Wave #2: Nothing :(
Wave #3: Nope:(
Wave #4: Nein :(
Wave #5: Nay :(

I'm tossing my hat in with a modest 50 eggs. I may pledge more later. I have my shiny charm, wish me luck.

EDIT: 50 eggs hatched, no shiny, to no one's surprise. Spreadsheet updated.
EDIT 2: Popped out 20 more eggs, nothing shiny, Spreadsheet updated.

Just got my shiny charm.

33 eggs for a shiny Rattata.
7 eggs for a shiny Mareep.
39 eggs for a shiny Honedge.

I stopped hatching after each shiny hatched.
