How about you finally grow out of puberty and give whatever team you land on the respect it deserves? As in, don't bitch and whine about getting a trade when your team is not doing well. As in, don't flame an admin to get yourself banned when your team makes it to the playoffs just because you don't have the mental fortitude to compete on the big stage? Not everyone can handle the peer pressure, even when it comes to something as abstract as winning Pokemon games in tournaments where you really don't gain anything from except some mindless praises from people whom you'll never meet.
I have As in all my Psychology classes; I know what goes on in that brain of yours. Tell me what I said ain't true.

Overstatement of the year -_-
It only strongly affects SpDef Zapdos. Restalk Regice and Suicune were rare sights to begin with in the current meta.

Why would you have Whitequeen rate your team when you have me?
Anyways, this team has lots of potential. There are some all around players such as teal6 and pokeaim. The bench is actually quite solid but the lack of huge stars will make every week close. A potential playoff team, but lacking a lot of experience to make it far.

Comanager: so I actually don't know who it is.
ORAS OU: Improbable - really overrated. He was lucky to go 3-0 and isn't a good OUer. The fact Century Express and Disenchanted (or even Rumor lol) could be starting shows the managers incompetence.
ORAS OU: Cicada - Cicada is indeed a quality ORAS OU player and can play some old gens. His chemistry with Reymedy and Go10 can prove helpful
ORAS UU: Teal6 - I don't know too much about his builds but teal6 is a pretty good user and can help in lower tiers.
ORAS RU: Aim - all around superstar, it will be interesting to see how he communicates with members such as Improbable, in regards to the router issue.
ORAS NU: Metaphysical - AN NUPL CHAMPION MEMBER OF THE BEARTICS. meta can put in work in NU and help testing. Solid contributed but I don't know how he will do versus players like Cased and soulgazer, my fellow BEARTICS.

DOUBLES OU: Laga - apparently a good player.
BW OU: Reymedy - I really hate Reymedy and boudouche. But they do seem to get some decent results. A French core and his versatility can definitely help.
DPPT OU: Go10 - this is quite possibly the X Factor of the team. Prior to last year he went 0-10 but in SPL 6 he did pretty nice. If he can keep it up from last year this team can make playoffs.
ADV OU: Undisputed - is a good player from what I know
GSC OU: IFM - IFM is versatile and a good teammate. His experience in GSC should be helpful. honor.
RBY OU: Golden Gyarados - I think if he can work well with IFM in older gens he can really step it up.
SUBS: Rumor - lol
Disenchanted - made smogon tour playoffs so he has to be decent?
Zorodark - A pretty v
Century Express - see the Brazilian Disenchanted

I think it's safe to say Mambo is the mock draft master, with threats such as ronniesportman, RODAN, and Imanalt just waiting in the wings. Plus, I've got two Bloo alts in Luigi. and Reymaki for that prime af ghosting. And Navy as an ADV sub for a measly 3k?!? Somebody please tell me how this team doesn't manage to bring home the trophy.

Saying the ADV Sleep Talk mechanics change barely matters is a huge mistake, I went through last SPL logs checking for Sleep Talk usage, and it was used in at least in one game every week, bar finals:
Week 1 - undisputed (Zapdos), McMeghan (Zapdos)
Week 2 - goldensun (Zapdos)
Week 3 - kael (Zapdos), undisputed (Suicune)
Week 4 - dekzeh (Zapdos)
Week 5 - danilo (Zapdos), Triangles (Zapdos)
Week 6 - dekzeh (Zapdos)
Week 7 - danilo (Suicune)
Week 8 - danilo (Zapdos), Malekith (Skarmory), Triangles (Swampert)
Week 9 - danilo (Zapdos), undisputed (Swampert), BKC (Zapdos)
Semis - Triangles (Zapdos)
Finals - None

You are good enough at adv ou to understand what this change means and its impact on the metagame (not just the lol there are only 4/5 mons that used that mon)
Your team has about 3 players who are really good at their respective tiers and not much else. The rest of the pool isn't weak, isn't strong either. Mediocrity all around. This team will be playing catch up and struggle every weeks. Making the playoffs is out of the question. Also why are you benching Dischanted, Zorodark, Century Express? All three have been playing well and are better OU players than those you have starting.
