He doesn't have the power of dragons within him, but he has the potential of all the type elements in the nature within him and he can initiate them at will. Although his attitude was hasty and his powers were uncontrollable by him and it was Fletchner who taught him how to control his own powers. That is the reason why Recca became a loyal friend of Fletcher.
