I'll take copycatcat's open challenge but can we use training items?

Ah, it's good to be back in ASB. They even saved my favorite reffing chair for me! Might as well put it to good use. Here come the combatants now. Up first is someone I recognize, he was all over the place back when Gyms were first starting up. is he a Gym Leader hopeful still? It's Temperantia!

Lickitung- Augustus (M) (OT: RagnarokAlex)
Nature: Brave (Increase Atk, Speed divided by 1.15 and Evasion decreased by 10%)
Type: Normal
Normal: Normal STAB; +1 BAP on attacks that match dominant arena type after 3 actions. Unable to have Thrash or Outrage disrupted by oncoming damage.

Abilities:
Own Tempo:
(Innate) This Pokemon moves at its own pace and when confused, it will never harm itself in confusion. If the Pokemon also has Tangled Feet, it will raise Accuracy by one (1) Stage.
Oblivious: (Innate) This Pokemon is incapable of being affected by Attract, Cute Charm, or Captivate.
Cloud Nine (HA): (Trait) Pokemon with Cloud Nine will not suffer any negative effects of weather, but will benefit from all positive effects. Sunny Day and Rain Dance do not increase the damage of attacks against them, or decrease the damage of their attacks. They suffer no damage in Hail and Sandstorm. Their SolarBeam will retain its BAP in Hail, Rain Dance, and Sandstorm, while the charge is still removed under Sunny Day. SolarBeam always charges against them, Blizzard, Thunder and Hurricane will always check with their 70% accuracy (or 50% if a weather effect reduces it.)

Poison: Poison STAB; immunity to Poison/Toxic status. Absorb Toxic Spikes on switch-in unless Flying-typed or using the ability Levitate. -- Accuracy when using Toxic, Poison Gas, or Poison Powder, hitting even during Dig, Fly, etc. Ignore Fog's accuracy reduction. Store Command.

Sorry, I'm a bit late with this reffing. Medea continues her SE assault, and it's paying dividends. Her lead grows over Shell, and things go from bad to worse for our turtle friend. Not only does Light Screen wear off, and Medea is free from Sand Tomb, and the boost from Swords Dance has worn off, but Medea's Sludge Bomb poisoned Shell! Temperantia and Medea have clearly won this round, but copycatcat's last can still win this!

Copycatcat sends in his second and final pokemon, Sting the Skrelp. It has a lot of work ahead of it,but it may just have the tools it needs. It does a lot of damage to Medea, who seems content at whittling away at it's fellow Poison/Water type with bug bites. Medea is almost ready to drop, can Sting turn this match around?
