Here are Pokédex Entries to Dugmafia and Exeggunaut (and species name to Dunspike Dunspear and Noistorm)

Dugmafia, the Mobster Pokémon

Dugmafia surrounds themselves with loyal Dugtrio bodyguards and protéges. who dig and build its underground empire. It NEVER gets its moustauche dirty.

Exeggunaut, the Coconut Pokémon.

Exeggunaut are found deep in tropical forests, attacking foes with spores if they attempt to eat its delicious coconuts. Most Pokémon tend to stay away due to its loud and boisterious behaviour.

Noistorm: Hurricane Pokémon
Dunspike: Land Snake Pokémon
Dunspear: Rarity Pokémon

Next slate will be posted tomorrow in a few hours. I've already decided the next slate's theme beforehand, so Delibird will have to wait until after the next one :)

Also, I know that feel Pika Xreme, I'd spend hours on some entries but others just liked other entries better, it's just how it works ^^

In the meantime, how about some discussion?

-Contrary Draco Meteor Dunsparce is going to be fun to use- it's Special Attack isn't the best so it's not too OP at the start. Superpower works better for its actual stat but it has no STAB. Didn't realise my entries had similar abilities until yours until after the submission though haha. Also, while I like the idea of Pika Xreme's Rattled with the Normal/Fairy typing, I just felt G-Luke's submission's fitted overall and has some interesting potential niches- and I have a slight soft spot for the idea of Skill Link + Spike Cannon...

-Coil/Dragon Dance is interesting for Borix since it boosts Stone Edge's accuracy/power and Dragon Dance doesn't detract from it's higher Speed (compared to its final form). The main addition that its final form Steelix really likes though is recovery in Slack Off, becoming a greater physical wall. That said, I do like zerobreaker000's idea of Glare for paralysis support, it would've totally fitted the rock snake, too...

-Noistorm is going to have a field day with No Guard. Thunder/Fire Blast/Blizzard is great coverage especially with Nasty Plot to boost Special attack. Sing > Hypnosis and thankfully Sleep Clause is a thing. A Parting Shot from 130 Speed is also useful, making for great team support.

-No Guard seems to be a thing in this slate. Geopass No Guard Thunder is very welcome since it doesn't have the highest Special Attack stat so the extra power is a boon. As a defensive Pokemon the extra resistances help in Volt Switch pivot sets and access to both Spikes and an accurate Focus Blast sets it apart from Magnezone.

-Symbiosect has really solid stats with the typing upgrade. U-turn Regenerator and the ability to absorb Toxic Spikes makes it a great pivot as its slow speed can bring a team member safely. Hazards set it apart from Amoonguss, which has better HP. That said, not really complaining with those 100/100/100 Defenses. It also has access to the more consistent recovery move in..well Recover compared to Synthesis.

Also, I'll recompile the entries to a new Excel doc someday since I still don't have access to the current one, just so we have an updated one. I can maybe sneak in some time tomorrow if I'm lucky.

Amoonguss has worse bulk overall and no U-Turn.

Well Lets look at them

Dunspear looks like it could hit UU or at least be banned from RU, as RU doesnt really have the Pokes to constantly switch into Dracos without being nailed by coverage. UU does have enough Steels and Fairies to threaten it before it wrekts stuff. But half of the counters to the Contrary Spam are beaten by the Skill Link set. And dont even forget tank and parashuffler sets. So yh, its gonna be great in lower tiers.

Expected Tiering: UU

Noistorm is gonna be AMAZING. Fastest Defogger, Parting Shot support, No Guard Sing + elemental coverage. It probably wont need Draco!! (Blizz hits most dragons almost as or even harder). Nasty Plot means unlike its predeccesor it doesnt rely on Specs to do damage. Thanks to its support options however, it HATES Bisharp.

Expected Placing: OU

Geopass can be seen as direct competition with Magnezone. One has power, while the other has great supporting options. A slow Volt Switch, No Guard shenanigans and Spikes make it an excellent supporter. Focus Blast does allow it to consistently hit steel types, but No Guard is the surperior ability.

Expected Tier: OU or maybe UU

Symbiosect is great, just not OU. A good defensive typing backed by Regenerator + Spore + Recover + Hazards and a slow U-Turn makes an excellent supporter, but itself needs considerable support. Steels, Stealth Rock and strong walls are all things that it struggles with, which swarm over OU. Still it as a niche there, and will Definately find one in UU.

Expected Tiering: UU

Ah yeah, somehow forgot Zap Cannon existed at that time of night haha. Also I specifically referred to the idea of a Normal/Fairy typing the middle stage had since Normal is immune to Ghost and Fairy resists Bug/Dark which makes for a good Rattled boost which is kind of a nice idea.

Anyway, moving on to the next slate! A tribute to pokemon who have been inspired by animals in the African wilderness/savannah/safaris:

Rattled wasn't the point of my submission, hence why it was replaced by Justified - Dunsparce doesn't want speed anyway. Ground/Fairy was the main focus, and I fail to see how you fail to see that.
not submitting for Hippodune because it honestly is going to be outclassed by its pre-evo because lol eviolite

[Stage 3] Zeburn
Typing: Electric/Fire
Ability: Lightningrod / Motor Drive
Hidden Ability: Sap Sipper
Stats: 75 | 110 | 75 | 80 | 75 | 115 (530 cannot exceed 530)
New Moves: Fire Fang, Flare Blitz, Flamethrower, Fire Blast
Method of Evolution: Level up while burned
Height / Weight: 180 lbs
Design/Desc.: actually couldn't care less

[Stage 3] Flaroar
Typing: Fire / Normal

New Moves: BOOMBURST, Slack Off, Ice Beam, Blizzard, Thunderbolt, Thunder
Method of Evolution: Level up with 5 opposite-gender Pyroar in the party
Height / Weight: 200 lbs
Design/Desc.: Mane is much floofier. The end of the tail now has fur similar to that of the mane, except smaller. Some other stuff probably changes too.
Boomburst because lol. Slack Off is recovery. Intimidate has mostly the same flavor as Unnerve. Scrappy is because SCRAPPY BOOMBURST. Sheer Force is mostly random. le Boltbeam because I miss Gen 1 giving Normal pokes almost every elemental move.

[Stage 3] Phandome
Typing: Ground/Fairy
Ability: Sturdy
Hidden Ability: Sand Rush
Stats: 100/130/120/60/70/60 (BST 540)

WIP

[Stage 3]
Empyroar

Typing:
Fire/Normal
Ability: Scrappy / Intimidate (Male Only) Sheer Force (Female Only)
Hidden Ability: Moxie
Stats: 90 | 80 | 80 | 125 | 70 | 110 (BST cannot exceed 555)
New Moves: Boomburst, Focus Blast, Flare Blitz, Earth Power, Earthquake, Thunder Fang, Sacred Fire, Grass Knot [Male Only] Slack Off, King's Shield [Female Only] Extreme Speed, Nasty Plot
Method of Evolution: Hold a Royal Stone
Height / Weight: [Male] 6'2" 219.7 lbs [Female] 5'7" 189.9 lbs
Design/Desc.: The male Empyroar's mane thrashes out even more and gains yellow strips in it, resembling the sun. The tail fur, along with the fur spikes on its arms and legs, have the same colour as the mane and are also larger, to make it appear bigger. Its overall body structure has become abit stockier and robust, eminating the role of the Male Lion as Defender of the pride. The female's mane has split into three midway, gains the same colour changes and its tail follow a similar suit to the male. Its fur spikes however remain the same colour. Its body grew sleeker to help it as its role as Provider of the pride like female lions.

Empyroar, the Royal Pokemon.

Male Empyroar are usually seen sleeping in the shade, but releases feriocious roars if disturbed. Females are seen either hunting or protecting young Litleo cubs.

Well the different abilities and movepool additions for male and female Empyroar are to emphasize the different roles that Male and Female lions have in the wild. Intimidate refers to how mle lions use their manes to well, intimidate their foes, and Sheer Force refers to female lions' verocity in hunting. The unisexual move additions are sensual additions to a Fire type's movepool (And Sacred Fire cuz nothing more Sacred than royalty). Male moves refer to a) General laziness of male lions and b) they are the kings of the savannah. Female moves refer to a) Their speed while hunting and b) the fact that they strategize their hunting plans.

[Stage 3]
Zeblitz

Typing:
Electric/Fire
Ability: Lightning Rod / Reckless
Hidden Ability: Sap Sipper
Stats: 75 | 110 | 65 | 90 | 65 | 125 (BST cannot exceed 530)
New Moves: Fire Blast, Flamethrower, Flare Blitz, High Jump Kick, Grass Knot, Will o Wisp, Earthquake, Focus Blast, Outrage, Explosion
Method of Evolution: Level up while knowing a Fire type move
Height / Weight: 5'9". 195.3 lbs
Design/Desc.: It basically got bigger and sleeker in design with more lightning manes and now flaring nostrils that puff smoke.

Zeblitz, the Thunderbolt Pokemon

It gallops through the savannahs, leaving flames and destruction in its wake. Its a common cause of bushfires.

Zeblitz already knewsome notable fire attacks from its pre-evos so gaining the Fire type was a natural progression. Reckless was due to its destructive nature and it gained some Flavourful reckless based moves as a result. It eats grass. It lives in grasslands. It now gets Grass Knot. Outrage and Explosion furthur exponds on its destructive nature.

[Stage 3]
Hippodune

Typing:
Ground/Water
Ability: Sandstream
Hidden Ability: Water Absorb
Stats:
110 | 132 | 120 | 68 | 80 | 30 (BST cannot exceed 540)
New Moves: Aqua Jet, Mud Bomb, Mud Sport, Water Sport, Water Spout, Whirlpool, Waterfall, Muddy Water, Dive, Surf, Scald, Rain Dance
Removed Moves: N/A
Method of Evolution:
Defeat a hoarde of Hippopotas in water
Height / Weight: 7'07" 881.4 lbs
Design/Desc.: Hippodune as adapted to be on both water and land, and is comfortable in rivers as it is in deserts. Its bottom fangs have grown even larger, and its skin is covered in mud patches that resemble camoflage print. Hippodune has three different vents, two on rear that shoots water that it takes in underwater, three on each side that shoots sand which it stores for mud making and two on the top which emit mud to protect its sensitive skin.

Hippodune. the Heavyweight Pokemon

Hippodune live in pods along rivers that run through deserts. It stores water in vents in drought periods and can use them as propulsion through the water.

Hippos naturally dwell in water so we gave it watery stuff.

[Stage 3]
Alphayena

Typing:
Dark/Fairy
Ability: Intimidate / Strong Jaw
Hidden Ability: Moxie
Stats: 80 | 120 | 80 | 60 | 70 | 110 (BST cannot exceed 520)
New Moves: Dazzling Gleam, Moonblast, Moonlight, Misty Terrain, Pursuit, Close Combat, Focus Blast, Knock Off
Method of Evolution: Level up at night defeating another Mightyena
Height / Weight: 5'0" 101.3 lbs
Design/Desc.: Alphayena basically is a larger hyena with more wolflike features, with a shaggier coat and the fur atop of its head and tail its full shiny silver fur. Its canines are always exposed.

I just think Alphayena sounds better than Alphyena. Just say it out loud and you'll agree

Alphayena, the Alpha Pokemon

Alphayena hunt in packs. The leader of the pack is determined by firece fighting during the full moon.

Fairy is the type associated with the moon, and wolves are closely associated with the moon so bam. Standard fairy moves + Pursuit, a dark type Canine without Pursuit is heathen. Close Combat is duevto the fact that wolves and hyenas fight alot. Focus Blast is classic move for fully evolved mons
Strong Jaw because why not?

[Stage 3]
Phanguard

Typing:
Ground/Steel
Ability: Sturdy / Filter
Hidden Ability: Sand Rush
Stats: 90 | 130 | 150 | 60 | 70 | 50 (BST cannot exceed 540)
New Moves: Iron Head, Recover, Ice Fang, Flash Cannon, Reflect, Light Screen, Steamroller
Method of Evolution: Trade while holding a Metal Coat
Height / Weight: 5'07". 464.6 lbs
Design/Desc.: Phanguard is much more plated along the body than before, and is much bigger. Its tusks grow out more and its flattened trunk is even longer.

Phanguard, the Armoured Tank Pokemon.

They live in herds led by a matriach female. If threatened, they all rapidly spintogether and create duststorms to confuse foes.

Phanguard is a elephant tank, so a steel typing and Filter is befitting. Sand Rush is a direct upgrade from Sand Veil Iron Head and Flash Cannon are the only standard Steel moves it doesnt learn. Ice Fang since it learns the others, Recover because its a tank and the screens as well.

Ah. Well that's done. And vote for Follow The Leader.

[Stage 3] Empyre
Typing: Fire/Normal
Ability: Scrappy/Intimidate
Hidden Ability: Moxie
Stats: 91/78/77/122/81/106 (BST 550)
New Moves: Boomburst, Focus Blast, Outrage, Earth Power, Rock Slide, Earthquake, Superpower, Dazzling Gleam, Play Rough
Method of Evolution: Level up at Kalos Route 13/Mt. Pyre
Height / Weight: 1.7 m/126.8 kg
Design/Desc.: ...Really not feeling it.
It's just Pyroar, but with actually useful abilities, a better SpA and a better movepool. Scrappy seems a fitting upgrade of sorts from Rivalry, while Intimidate is a natural progression from Unnerve. The added moves are somewhat self-explanatory: Focus Blast and Dazzling Gleam are there to provide more coverage without invalidating the flavor, and the other moves are mostly for flavor.

[Stage 3] Zeblitzi
Typing: Electric/Dark
Ability: Lightning Rod/Motor Drive
Hidden Ability: Competitive
Stats: 75/90/63/108/63/131 (BST 530)
New Moves: Dark Pulse, Knock Off, Beat Up, Punishment, Payback, Assurance, Snarl, Parting Shot, Quash, Shadow Ball, Hex, Spite, Nasty Plot, Flash Cannon, Energy Ball, Baton Pass
Method of Evolution: Level 53
Height / Weight: 1.9 m/102.6 kg
Design/Desc.: It just gets bigger
Considering that Electric-type as a physical attacking type sucks, I may as well make it a special attacker. Dark-type fits the pokedex saying that it's ill-natured, and Competitive sort of fits that too, I guess. The moves added are mostly Dark-type related moves, with the exception of Baton Pass (a few horse-ish mons get it), Flash Cannon and Energy Ball (energy-related moves, Electric-type themed). Level 53 is when Zebstrika learns Thrash, which seems to fit pretty well.

[Stage 3] Hippodune
Typing: Ground
Ability: Sand Stream
Hidden Ability: Water Absorb
Stats: 113/142/103/63/72/47 (BST 540)
New Moves: Gunk Shot, Foul Play, Sucker Punch, Outrage, Waterfall, Heavy Slam, Wild Charge, Flame Charge, Incinerate, Flamethrower, Fire Blast, Whirlwind
Method of Evolution: Level up with Whirlwind
Height / Weight: 2.3 m/412.0 kg
Design/Desc.: Similar to Hippowdon, but with an exaggerated jaw and holes on its back that spouts out sand like water fountains. Its legs are covered by a layer of sand armor, and sand flows out from its mouth freely.
Turning from a tank to a nuke, Hippodune can fire off powerful physical attacks which combined with Curse is even more powerful. Water Absorb is due to the fact that hippos live in water, and even though Hippodune lives in the desert it should still be able to swim around, considering that it learns Water Pulse. Out of the moves, Sucker Punch and Foul Play are there because, well, spewing sand from your body is pretty dirty of a fighting style. Fire-type moves seems fitting for a desert mon, and the Water-type moves are, again, the same reason as Water Absorb.

[Stage 3] Alphyena
Typing: Dark
Ability: Intimidate/Quick Feet
Hidden Ability: Moxie
Stats: 80/115/90/65/70/100 (BST 520)
New Moves: Knock Off, Submission, Superpower, Wild Charge, Bulk Up, Flame Charge, Bulldoze
Method of Evolution: Level 32
Height / Weight: 1.5 m/71.5 kg
Design/Desc.: The only ideas I have falls into the "It just gets bigger" category, so eh.
Kind of just a stronger Mightyena with the moves that fully-evolve mons gets usually. Flame Charge is because it already gets Incinerate, and Bulk Up seems fitting for a hyena mon. The abilities seems fitting so I'm not going to touch them.

WIP

[Stage 3] Zeblitz

Typing: Electric/Fire
Ability: Lightning Rod/Flash Fire
Hidden Ability: Sap Sipper
Stats: 80/120/65/80/65/120 (BST 530)
New Moves: Knock Off, Flare Blitz, Flamethrower, Fire Blast, Will-o-wisp, Incinerate, Earthquake, Superpower, U-turn, Extremespeed
Method of Evolution: Level 45 while learning Flare Blitz
Height / Weight:
Design/Desc.: Its mane becomes spikier which give off heat and glow red when using special plasma-based attacks. It now has a small fringe similar to Rapidash and its stripes are more jagged and wilder.
It races across grassland terrains in herds, sometimes unintentionally starting fires in dry conditions. The sounds of their hooves can easily be mistaken for a looming thunderstorm.

Choose your immunity. Also can't be burned or paralysed which makes revenge killing easier. Fire becomes your main STAB since Flare Blitz has the higher damage output. Treat it more as a Fire type that can't be paralysed and that resists Talonflame's STABs.

[Stage 3] Hippoterrain (Hippopotamus + Terrain)
Typing: Ground/Water
Ability: Sand Stream
Hidden Ability: Thick Fat
Stats: 110/123/120/65/75/47 (BST 540)
New Moves: Heavy Slam, Knock Off, Surf, Dive, Aqua Jet, Scald, Waterfall, Hydro Pump, Water Spout
Method of Evolution: Level up after a battle on water
Height / Weight:
Design/Desc.: Inspired by a combination of the semi-aquatic nature of real hippos and amphibious tanks that can cross both land/water. Its skin retains the army/camouflage pattern it had back as a Hippopotas, with some tank tire marks around its feet. The holes where the sand use to come from its body can now be opened and closed at will that look like vents- and it can store both sand and water in separate glands in its body. It can use shoot jets of water at high speeds to launch a surprising Aqua Jet, and hippos are faster than they look in real life sometimes so it fits.
It has learned to adapt to both extremely wet and dry environments, making its thick hide even more resistant to attacks. It can seamlessly submerge from land to water, closing its sand exhausts to form pockets of air to breather underwater.

While Hippowdon is bulkier than before with Eviolite, Hippoterrain has access to Thick Fat and a new Ground/Water typing to be more resistant to Fire/Ice attacks. With now only one weakness, a new resistance to Steel, Water STAB and access to Leftovers, Hippoterrain can be used for more specific threats for your team if it is weak to Fire/Steel/Ice, like Mega Charizard Y Sun-boosted Fire attacks or Mega Metagross's Steel STABs respectively:

252 SpA Mega Charizard Y Fire Blast vs. 252 HP / 112 SpD Eviolite Hippopotas (with Hippowdon's stats) in Sun: 237-280 (56.4 - 66.6%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
252 SpA Mega Charizard Y Fire Blast vs. 252 HP / 112 SpD Thick Fat Hippowdon (with Hippoterrain's stats) in Sun: 86-102 (20.2 - 24%) -- possible 6HKO after Leftovers recovery
252 Atk Tough Claws Mega Metagross Meteor Mash vs. 252 HP / 144+ Def Eviolite Hippopotas (with Hippowdon's stats) : 97-115 (23 - 27.3%) -- 63.6% chance to 4HKO
252 Atk Tough Claws Mega Metagross Meteor Mash vs. 252 HP / 144+ Def Hippowdon (with Hippoterrain's stats): 72-84 (16.9 - 19.8%) --
possible 7HKO after Leftovers recovery

Alternatively, you now have a Sand setter that is not weak to Water and naturally resists Fire. Also maybe troll Solarbeam Mega Charizard Y with Sand, forcing it to charge a turn as you switch out to something that shrugs off the Solar Beam just for laughs :P

[Stage 3] Alphyena
Typing: Dark
Ability: Intimidate/Strong Jaw
Hidden Ability: Moxie
Stats: 85/120/75/60/70/110 (BST 520)
New Moves: Knock Off, Pursuit, U-turn, Close Combat
Method of Evolution: Level 42 at night with Pursuit
Height / Weight:
Design/Desc.: Its mane is wilder and thicker and its eyes are now red with black irises. The fur around its head is shaped more like a wolf's head and it has scars on its face. It has stripes down its back like a striped hyena.
It skilfully hunts in packs, employing vicious hit-and-run tactics against its prey, focusing on weakened spots while evading attacks. The leader has the deepest growl and is usually has the most scars from battling other members for the top spot.

Strong Jaw makes perfect sense for the Bite Pokemon, and it learns all the Biting moves already. Also added more useful Dark type moves, U-turn for hit and run tactics and great synergy with Intimidate while Close Combat is because something like Arcanine can get it.

[Stage 3] Phanguard
Typing: Ground/Steel
Ability: Sturdy/Bulletproof
Hidden Ability: Sand Rush
Stats: 100/125/130/60/70/55 (BST 540)
New Moves: Steamroller, Iron Head, Flash Cannon, Shift Gear, Skull Bash, Zen Headbutt
Method of Evolution: Level 40 holding Metal Coat and learning Iron Defense
Height / Weight:
Design/Desc.: Its armour has become thick and steel plated, with tire-like ridges and raised spots that make it look like a gear from the side when it uses Rollout. The tusks are longer and sharper. Its feet are covered in armour shaped like a gear, and can spin around when it needs to roll faster like mini-gears.
Its steel armour makes it impervious to most attacks. To protect their young, the whole herd will do a mass Rollout attack that is hard to defend against.

Steel typing makes sense for the Armour Pokemon, which gives it some nice resistances and makes it immune to Poison. Steel STAB means it is not completely useless against Levitating Ghost types and is useful against Fairies. Bulletproof makes sense and gives it more immunities to things like Shadow Ball which curiously makes it immune to Gengar's STABs. Sand Rush makes sense for a Pokemon that has aspects of a wheel and Shift Gear sets it apart from Excadrill and is a great setup move overall.

[Stage 3] Empyre
Typing: Fire/Normal
Ability: Scrappy/Intimidate
Hidden Ability: Sheer Force
Stats: 90/75/80/125/75/110 (BST 555)
New Moves: Focus Blast, Earth Power, Boomburst, Thunderbolt, Thunder, Energy Ball, Shadow Ball, Slack Off, Fake Out, Crush Claw
Method of Evolution: Use a Dawn Stone during the daytime
Height / Weight:
Design/Desc.: Fure is now a more golden colour and has stripes that resemble royal regal insignias. Male manes are larger and cover more of the front half of its body with a portion running down its back and a small crown shape on top of its forehead. Fangs and claws are larger and more pronounced. Females have a Cleopatra-like fringe and the flame is more flowing and splits off slightly, resembling Pidgeot's feathers.
The females are more effective hunters while the male keeps intruders at bay with its thunderous roars. Anyone who can approach a pride of Empyre with no resistance is a sign that they will make good leaders.

Scrappy + Boomburst because lion roars can be heard kilometres away and just makes sense for a special sweeper. Added special coverage that Normal types usually have and still make sense for a Fire type like Earth Power or Thunderbolt (see Magmortar)- these can be abused with Sheer Force which is nice. Fake Out because all cat-like pokemon get it and Crush Claw is obvious for a lion. Intimidate because they're lions.

mcFlareon Mightyena already gets Play Rough, so no need to give its evoluved form Play Rough too. Also the stat limit for Alphyena is 520 not 530, so the stats need adjusting.

Voting time! Trying a more succinct format of the important details so there's not so many hide tags

Good luck!

Zeburn: Pika Xreme

in my opinion, this was the worst slate. ah well. It would be nice to ditch the idea of COMPLETELY themed slates - a partially themed slate system would be better in my opinion.

By the way, I'm STILL mad about Dunseraph not winning. Less about me being a sore loser, but more of the fact that Dunspear is completely missing the point of Dunsparce, to the point of being worse than Rhyperior, the worst canon Pokemon of all time. Contrary and Skill Link are COMPLETELY unjustified, by the way.

Pika Xreme stop complaining about your submission from a previous slate not winning. I did justify my submission. Besides Skill Link as an ability isnt all about flavour.

Thanks for all the voters, now here are the results! Congrats to the winners :)

Empyroar: G-Luke
Zeblitz and Zeburn: mcFlareon and Pika Xreme
Hippodune: G-Luke
Alphyena-D and Alphayena-F: mcFlareon and G-Luke
Phanguard: mcFlareon

So both Zebstrika's and Mightyena's evolutions are tied which means it's a case of split evolutions with a few differences between each form. Alphyena is actually pronounced Alf-hyena so the Alpha flows to the next work- either way since the two names sound so similar I added form initials (F for Fairy, D for Dark).
