[SET COMMENTS]
Flutter Mane is one of the fastest Pokemon in Regulation G, and almost nothing can outspeed it with a Booster Energy equipped, making it an excellent form of speed control thanks to Icy Wind; in addition, its excellent STAB combination gives it useful offensive presence against the many Dark-, Fighting-, and Dragon-types of the metagame, such as Chien-Pao, Ting-Lu, both Urshifu formes, Miraidon, and Koraidon. Two single target STAB moves are the default for the excellent coverage they offer, but one of them can be swapped out for Dazzling Gleam if bypassing redirection from the likes of Amoonguss, Indeedee-F, and Ogerpon formes is a priority. One of these attacking options can also be exchanged for Taunt, letting Flutter Mane shut down Amoonguss, deny Trick Room, and frustrate setup sweepers like Calm Mind Terapagos and IronPress Zamazenta-C. Icy Wind provides a form of speed control that benefits a variety of mid- to high-Speed teammates. The given EV spread allows Flutter Mane to survive incredibly powerful hits like Groudon's Precipice Blades and Choice Scarf Chi-Yu's Overheat; it can also tank a Choice Specs Astral Barrage or Tera Ghost Life Orb Astral Barrage from Calyrex-S after Terastallizing. 100 Special Attack EVs ensure a 2HKO on bulkless Chi-Yu with Moonblast and almost always on Calyrex-I with Shadow Ball. 108 Speed EVs with a Timid nature let Flutter Mane outspeed Iron Valiant, which could otherwise use Icy Wind first and ruin Flutter Mane's role as a speed control Pokemon. Tera Fairy is the default Tera type, since it helps Flutter Mane both offensively and defensively, notably allowing it to OHKO Miraidon and Urshifu-R with Moonblast and Dazzling Gleam, respectively, but Tera Grass can also be useful to help deal with Amoonguss's powder moves and Water-, Ground-, and Electric-type attacks like Surging Strikes from Choice Scarf Urshifu-R, Precipice Blades from Groudon, and Electro Drift from Miraidon.

Flutter Mane pairs well with many Restricted Pokemon, as its high Speed and Fake Out immunity allows it to almost always move first and use Icy Wind; Terapagos is perhaps the most notable partner, as its Speed is quite poor in a vacuum, but it only needs a single Icy Wind to outpace a major chunk of the metagame. Kyogre is also a good choice because Flutter Mane discourages Koraidon from switching in to change the weather against it. Spread attackers like these as well as Calyrex-S and Groudon also benefit from Flutter Mane threatening common Wide Guard users, such as Mienshao and Iron Valiant. In general, any Pokemon that struggles with Dragon- or Dark-types will benefit from Flutter Mane's offensive presence, including Pokemon such as Incineroar, Rillaboom, Ogerpon-H, Ogerpon-W, Chi-Yu, Calyrex-S, and Lunala. In addition, offensive Fire-types like Chi-Yu and Ogerpon-H are useful for threatening the Steel-types that Flutter Mane struggles with, such as Zacian-C and Kingambit. Pokemon that offer damage mitigation via Intimidate or some other means, such as Incineroar and Snarl users like Ting-Lu and Raging Bolt, can help Flutter Mane stay on the field significantly longer, giving it more time to fire off its powerful attacks.

Two Fairy-type STAB moves are the default for the excellent coverage the type offers on its own, but one of them can be swapped out for Shadow Ball if hitting Calyrex formes and Fairy-resistant Pokemon like Amoonguss and Ogerpon-H are a priority (Clarifying its an OHKO on Caly-S is big, would have to reword slightly thanks to Shadow Ball's presence.). Icy Wind provides a form of speed control that benefits a variety of mid- to high-Speed teammates, but Taunt can also be useful in this capacity by denying Trick Room from setters like Indeedee-F and Farigiraf; in addition, it can also shut down Amoonguss and deny setup from Pokemon like Calm Mind Terapagos and IronPress Zamazenta-C (Amoonguss is also a huge Pokemon it can shut down.). 100 Special Attack EVs ensure a 2HKO on bulkless Chi-Yu with Moonblast and almost always (That stray 2% can always happen!) on standard Calyrex-I with Shadow Ball. 108 Speed EVs with a Timid nature let Flutter Mane outspeed Iron Valiant, which could otherwise use Icy Wind first and ruin Flutter Mane's use as a speed control Pokemon. Tera Fairy is the default Tera type since it helps Flutter Mane both offensively and defensively (Consider bringing up relevant calcs, like Moonblast OHKOing Miraidon or Dazzling Gleam OHKOing Urshifu-R.), but Tera Grass can also be useful to help deal with Amoonguss's powder moves and offensive Water-, Ground-, and Electric-types like Choice Scarf Urshifu-R, Groudon, and Miraidon.

Thanks to Booster Energy and a Fake Out immunity, Flutter Mane is almost guaranteed to move first in a turn and use Icy Wind, making it an excellent partner for nearly any restricted Pokemon; Kyogre in particular is a good choice because Flutter Mane also discourages Koraidon from switching in to change the weather against it. (Almost all of these have deeper synergy, Ogerpon-H and Chi-Yu threatening Steel types, Incin damage mitigation, Ogerpon redirection, Up to you to mention them but worth considering. Many of these can line up together with damage mitigation or offensive synergy.) Pokemon that offer damage mitigation via Intimidate or some other means, such as the aforementioned Incineroar and Snarl users like Ting-Lu and Raging Bolt, can help Flutter Mane stay on the field significantly longer, giving it more time to fire off its powerful attacks. If Flutter Mane is running Taunt, it immediately becomes useful to Tailwind offense teams featuring Tornadus, which enjoy the extra anti-Trick Room measure and don't mind the loss of Icy Wind.

Heck, I've seen teams that run taunt over protect but not icy wind). 100 Special Attack EVs ensure a 2HKO on bulkless Chi-Yu with Moonblast and almost always on standard (implied) Calyrex-I with Shadow Ball. 108 Speed EVs with a Timid nature let Flutter Mane outspeed Iron Valiant, which could otherwise use Icy Wind first and ruin Flutter Mane's use as a speed control Pokemon. Maybe consider terapagos as the main partner if it pops up at day 2 indy in a big way). Other spread attackers like Calyrex-S, Groudon, and Terapagos also benefit from Flutter Mane threatening common Wide Guard users, such as Mienshao and Iron Valiant. In general, any Pokemon that struggles with Dragon- or Dark-types will benefit from Flutter Mane's offensive presence, including Pokemon such as Incineroar, Rillaboom, Ogerpon-H, Ogerpon-W, Chi-Yu, Calyrex-S, and Lunala (yes you backed this up with examples, but the point is kinda self explanatory. [SET COMMENTS]
Flutter Mane is one of the fastest Pokemon in Regulation G, and almost nothing can outspeed it with a Booster Energy equipped I'd rephrase this, its kinda redundant, the set runs speed booster energy so its gonna be (one of) the fastest. Can you shorten it to like Speed Booster Energy blah blah blah, making it an excellent form of speed control for a variety of teams thanks to Icy Wind You dont specify the speed control reasons thing; in addition, its excellent STAB combination gives it useful offensive presence against the many Dark-, Fighting-, and Dragon-types of the metagame, such as Chien-Pao, Ting-Lu, both Urshifu formes, Miraidon, and Koraidon This is just Fairy type coverage and like this is true for any Fairy type attacker, can you mention Shadow Ball for Caly-S and Flutter being generally strong? Maybe Speed allowing it to beat stuff like Caly-s and scarf fu which are otherwise annoying. Also removed Ting Lu and maybe Korai/Mirai as Booster Flutter still kinda loses to both after Tera, and it does nothing to Ting Lu at all. Two single-target STAB moves are the default for the excellent coverage they offer Kinda confusing for me STAB moves dont inherently offer coverage, maybe like "To utilize Fairy/Ghosts excellent coverage" or something. Also, maybe dont specify single target if you dont explain why single target is strong, but one of them can be swapped out for Dazzling Gleam if bypassing redirection from the likes of Amoonguss, Indeedee, and Ogerpon formes Is this rly neccesary is a priority. Icy Wind provides a form of speed control that benefits a variety of mid- to high-Speed teammates Is there anything specific to Icy Wind which benefits these mons? What are these mid- to high-Speed teamates, you kinda just drop this but dont elaborate, cant you just say teamates, but Taunt can also be useful in this capacity by denying Trick Room from setters like Indeedee-F and Farigiraf; in addition, it can also shut down Amoonguss and deny setup from Pokemon like Calm Mind Terapagos and IronPress Zamazenta-C I'd personally reverse the order of these 2, the latter feels more relevant. Also, this is a lot to mention for Taunt, when it isen't even related to Flutter really, esp since its the latter slot, makes it seem like Taunt is more viable. Can you add some like "However, Taunt is also viable on team compositions which don't benefit from the Speed control from Icy Wind but rather from ___" With the blank space being the stuff you say above. The given EV spread allows Flutter Mane to survive incredibly powerful hits like Groudon's Precipice Blades and Choice Scarf Chi-Yu's Overheat; it can also tank a Choice Specs Astral Barrage or Tera Ghost Life Orb Astral Barrage from Calyrex-S after Terastallizing into Fairy The former is way more common, also I very rarely see Chi-Yu, esp without holding a damage boost item, I really dont think its worth a mention. 100 Special Attack EVs ensure a 2HKO on bulkless Chi-Yu with Moonblast and almost always on standard Calyrex-I with Shadow Ball. 108 Speed EVs with a Timid nature let Flutter Mane outspeed Iron Valiant, which could otherwise use Icy Wind first and ruin Flutter Mane's use as a speed control Pokemon This is extremelly uncommon, I dont think I've seen Valiant a single time in my 200+ bo3 games, it just is not relevant. Is there nothing else with this speed tier? Cant you just say the rest is dumped into speed. Tera Fairy is the default Tera type since it helps Flutter Mane both offensively and defensively, notably allowing it to OHKO MIraidon and Urshifu-R with Moonblast and Dazzling Gleam, respectively, but Tera Grass can also be useful to help deal with Amoonguss's powder moves and offensive Water-, Ground-, and Electric-types like Choice Scarf Urshifu-R, Groudon, and Miraidon. Like no one used Tere Grass, its like 5% at max in pre much every reg g tour

Thanks to Booster Energy and a Fake Out immunity, Flutter Mane is almost guaranteed to move first in a turn and use Icy Wind, making it an excellent partner for nearly any Restricted Pokemon Flutter Mane pairs well with many restricteds as its high Speed and Fake Out immunity allows Flutter Mane to almost always move first and Icy Wind; Kyogre in particular is a good choice because Flutter Mane also discourages Koraidon from switching in to change the weather against it. Other spread attackers like Calyrex-S, Groudon, and Terapagos also benefit from Flutter Mane threatening common Wide Guard users, such as Mienshao and Iron Valiant. In addition, offensive Fire-types like Chi-Yu and Ogerpon-H are important for threatening the Steel-types that Flutter Mane struggles with, such as Zacian-C and Kingambit. Pokemon that offer damage mitigation via Intimidate or some other means, such as the aforementioned Incineroar and Snarl users like Ting-Lu and Raging Bolt, can help Flutter Mane stay on the field significantly longer, giving it more time to fire off its powerful attacks. If Flutter Mane is running Taunt, it immediately becomes useful to Tailwind offense teams featuring Tornadus, which enjoy the extra anti-Trick Room measure and don't mind the loss of Icy Wind. This is fine and generally true but way too long, you really dont need to list everything that Flutter Mane (Not even booster speed) likes, the focus of speed booster flutter is a support with an offensive threat, please highlight that instead of flutter being an offensive threat that needs support to stay on the field, and axe some of the mentions here, like do you seriously need Ting Lu Snarl or Raging Bolt Snarl to be specifically highlighted. Also, what are counters to speed booster flutter?

Thanks to Booster Energy and a Fake Out immunity, Flutter Mane is almost guaranteed to move first in a turn and use Icy Wind, making it an excellent partner for nearly any Restricted Pokemon; Terapagos is perhaps the most notable, as its Speed is quite poor in a vacuum but it only needs a single Icy Wind to outrun a major chunk of the metagame. Kyogre is also a good choice because Flutter Mane discourages Koraidon from switching in to change the weather against it. Other spread attackers like Calyrex-S, Groudon, and Terapagos also benefit from Flutter Mane threatening common Wide Guard users, such as Mienshao and Iron Valiant. Pokemon that offer damage mitigation via Intimidate or some other means, such as the aforementioned Incineroar and Snarl users like Ting-Lu and Raging Bolt, can help Flutter Mane stay on the field significantly longer, giving it more time to fire off its powerful attacks.

Two single (Remove Hyphen) target STAB moves are the default for the excellent coverage they offer, but one of them can be swapped out for Dazzling Gleam if bypassing redirection from the likes of Amoonguss, Indeedee This might be a QC thing that I missed but maybe change to Indeedee-F since Indeedee male doesn't get redirection, and Ogerpon formes is a priority. 108 Speed EVs with a Timid nature let Flutter Mane outspeed Iron Valiant, which could otherwise use Icy Wind first and ruin Flutter Mane's use as a speed control Pokemon. Tera Fairy is the default Tera type since it helps Flutter Mane both offensively and defensively, notably allowing it to OHKO MIraidon and Urshifu-R with Moonblast and Dazzling Gleam (RC) respectively, but Tera Grass can also be useful to help deal with Amoonguss's powder moves and Water-, Ground-, and Electric-type attacks like Surging Strikes from Choice Scarf Urshifu-R, Precipice Blades from Groudon, and Electro Drift from Miraidon.

Flutter Mane pairs well with many Restricted Pokemon, as its high Speed and Fake Out immunity allows it to almost always move first and use Icy Wind; Terapagos is perhaps the most notable partner, as its Speed is quite poor in a vacuum but it only needs a single Icy Wind to outrun outpace a major chunk of the metagame. Kyogre is also a good choice because Flutter Mane discourages Koraidon from switching in to change the weather against it. Other Spread attackers like these plus Calyrex-S, Groudon, and Terapagos Do you not already mention Terapagos? I rephrased the sentence a bit to make it flow a bit better also benefit from Flutter Mane threatening common Wide Guard users, such as Mienshao and Iron Valiant. Pokemon that offer damage mitigation via Intimidate or some other means, such as the aforementioned You did mention Incineroar but you put it at the start of a very long list. I don't think "aforementioned" is completely necessary here Incineroar, (AC) and Snarl users like Ting-Lu and Raging Bolt, can help Flutter Mane stay on the field significantly longer, giving it more time to fire off its powerful attacks.

Implemented some changes, although I should note that a lot of what you put in were very subjective changes that GP usually avoids, we can discuss it more in private if you like
