EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe

- Shadow Ball
- Focus Blast
- Nasty Plot

Hello this set is really cool because Hoopa forces a lot of switches thereby getting free NP on things that switch into it and killing the switch ins when you reveal the EPIC Focus Sash. Twave is for Pokemon that think they can easily revenge Hoopa such as Scarf Ttrum, Aerodactyl, Scarf Emboar, Durant, etc are going to easily revenge kill Hoopa. Magician kinda sucks for when you get pursuited by things with orb but sometimes it comes in handy.

This replay is me v Spirit I lose but it shows that this set can be relatively decent anyways so oh well.

Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Shadow Ball
- Hyperspace Hole/Psychic
- Focus Blast
- Sleep Talk

Basically I was looking through hoopa's movepool and looking for something interesting. I came across sleep talk and thought it would be cool to switch into spores and have the opponent think they're safe when is reality they're not. Other moves are just standard options for hoopa.

Replay: (it is low ladder but it showcases the point of sleep talk on hoopa pretty well) http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/ru-338466775

Jimmy (Hoopa) @ Salac Berry
Ability: Magician
EVs: 252 SpA / 128 Spe /
Timid Nature
- Substitute
- Nasty Plot
- Psyshock
- Shadow Ball

The idea of the set is to use Substitute to lower your HP to trigger your Salac berry and boost your speed. While doing that, you'd use Nasty Plot to boost your special attack up by two stages and rip through teams. Getting your opponent's item off of Magician is also helpful.

Hoopa @ Choice Specs
Ability: Magician
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Focus Blast
- Shadow Ball
- Hyperspace Hole
- Psychic / Psyshock

Specs Hoopa can take advantage of overaggressive Pursuit trappers such as Drapion by simply OHKOing them on the switch (sped crept bulky Drapion will die to Focus Blast after only a little prior damage, and offensive is outright OHKOed). I find getting opportunities to do anything vs. offense with other sets requires guesswork, so I'd rather attack with Hoopa right off the bat. It can do quite a bit of damage in the early- to mid-game! While this set does not perform as well vs. stall as, say, Nasty Plot or SubCM sets do, it can still punch holes with proper utilization of U-Turn before succumbing to Pursuit. Hyperspace Hole is used to punish Alomomola for Protect scouting. I use Psychic in the last slot because the team I used Hoopa on didn't care about opposing CM Virizion and it is Hoopa's strongest reliable STAB move. Psyshock might be better for some teams though. Also, why does this not get Future Sight...

Closest thing I found to a "real battle" on the ladder. U-turn support is amazing for Hoopa and Spec Def Flygon is a solid partner in general for eating random Shadow Balls / Hexes thrown at it by Jolteon and Jellicent. Emboar can scout for HP Ice on LO Jolteon sets.

Edit @ below: Nah, Hoopa almost never wants to lose its Specs and I have found Psychic useful tbh.

No trick on that set Sweep?

Vorpal Gatekeeper (Hoopa) @ Life Orb
Ability: Magician
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Destiny Bond
- Focus Blast
- Shadow Ball
- Psyshock

This is really nice since Hoopa dies to anything physical, you can use this to your advantage by being able to successfully trade off. It also helps against Sucker Punch users as well as you can use Destiny Bond to dodge it then if you don't get the KO for some reason you can trade off. Although the most situational and best time is when facing adamant absol who may try to Sucker Punch you. Its just a really neat tool to actually make use of Hoopa's god awful bulk.

something, something emojiis being implemented. Here is a replay where Hoopa saves me preventing a 50-50 (if I Shadow Balled and he went into his Braviary I was in a bad position)

Wind? (Accelgor) @ Choice Specs
Ability: Sticky Hold
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Bug Buzz
- Focus Blast
- Giga Drain
- U-turn
After specs damage base 100 special attack isn't so bad. Focus Blast and Giga Drain are nice coverage. Accelgor has no useful abilities, so just use Sticky Hold if you somehow survive a Knock Off. U-turn gains momentum, and gives you the upper hand in a battle.

I made this team so quick lol. It might not show how good Accelgor is, but it does show how bad I am at Pokemon. ;)

Runs at incredible hihg speed to set up rain dance and spikes. Good for rain teams. Hydration also lets you avoid paralysis so yay!

EVs: 56 HP / 200 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk

- Baton Pass
- Bug Buzz
- Encore/Spikes

An interesting accelgor set. You can run spikes if you want more residual damage on switches or encore to lock stuff into stealth rock or sucker punch. Bug buzz is there to not be taunt bait and I'm running enough SpA to 2HKO uxie. Agilitypass can be useful to teammates such as venusaur or my favorite in sd + 3 attacks lum rhyperior.

Accelgor @ Focus Sash
Ability: Unburden
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Me First
- Final Gambit
- Bug Buzz
- Focus Blast

This set takes advantage of Accie's high speed to use Me First which allows it to strike against Pokemon that weak to their own moves or are using a high power move. Final Gambit allows Accie to deal a bit of damage before it dies, especially when it is down to its sash. Bug Buzz is an essential STAB move, and Unfocused Blast gives it a bit of coverage against steels such as Durant and Steelix, and also deals with troubling Rock types such as Tyrantrum.

Accelgor @ Petaya Berry
Ability: Unburden
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
- Substitute
- Bug Buzz
- Focus Blast
- Baton Pass

This set is designed to act as both a mid to late game sweeper while also providing a teammate with a Substitute and potentially a +1 Special Attack boost all in one with Baton Pass. Substitute to bypass Sucker Punch or set up on something like lead Smeargle. Bug Buzz for STAB and Focus Blast for Steel-types. Baton Pass is great for other setup sweepers like DD Scrafty while other Pokemon like Delphox, Venusaur, and Meloetta can appreciate a Substitute as well as a free Special attack boost if Accelgor gets in range for Petaya Berry to activate.

Replay: http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/ru-345965181

I'll try to get better ones than this in the meantime as +1 Modest Bug Buzz from Accelgor was a roll on Delphox from that range and I would've lost if Delphox lived.
