Rock Polish 3 Attacks Diance

Diancie @ Life Orb
Ability: Clear Body
EVs: 4 Atk / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Mild Nature (+ SpA; - Def)
- Rock Polish
- Moonblast
- Diamond Storm
- Earth Power

General idea: Here we have another bulky set-up sweeper which has to run Rock Polish + 252 Spe EVs to become enough fast before and after the set-up. Then, there is the classic coverage consisting of the dual STABs with Moonblast and Diamond Storm which rectifies the Def hindering nature; Earth Power grants more coverage.
The item I choose is Life Orb to use at best its nice 100/100 offences; Leftovers seems a waste considering its bad HP stat. Lum Berry can be useful to avoid being paralysed, but if you are able to find a free turn you can simply use Rock Polish.
I think that this set can be quite effective due to Diancie's bulk which enables it to set-up in the first turn and then dish out some damage like its OU counterpart.

EVs spread: max Spe + max EVs (reaching 199 Spe) to be as fast as possible after a Rock Polish. Max SpA because Moonblast and Earth Power are both special moves, thus avoiding burn's detrimental effect to halve the Atk.
Mild nature is good because after a +2 this Diance reaches 398 Spe which is a point higher than 397 / Tyrantrum / 71 / +Spe / 252 / +1.

Calcs with +2 Spe:
4 Atk Life Orb Diancie Diamond Storm vs. 8 HP / 0- Def Mega Abomasnow: 304-359 (94.1 - 111.1%) -- 56.3% chance to OHKO

Magnet Rise Diancie

Diancie @ Leftovers
Ability: Clear Body
EVs: 252 HP / 164 Def / 92 SpD
Relaxed Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Moonblast
- Diamond Storm
- Magnet Rise

Avoid Ground attacks from Rhyperior, M-Camerupt, or Flygon on the switch-in. Fully specially defensive Diancie leaves it quite weak to EQ's LO.

252 Atk Life Orb Flygon Earthquake vs. 252 HP / 4 Def Diancie: 250-296 (82.2 - 97.3%)

Offensive Cleric Diancie

Diancie @ Leftovers
Ability: Clear Body
EVs: 128 HP / 252 SpA / 128 Spe
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Moonblast
- Earth Power
- Psyshock
- Heal Bell

This set attempts to use Diancie's coverage to deal heavy damage while still retaining defensive utility with Heal Bell. Moonblast is a reliable STAB move Diancie can generally use without a boost. Earth Power blasts Mega Steelix, opposing Diancie, and gets a good neutral hit on Escavalier. Psyshock lets Diancie battle past the likes of Amoonguss, Weezing, and Venusaur, but note that it'll need to catch Venusaur on the switch as Diancie won't be able to handle a Grass-type STAB from Venusaur that well. The EVs outpace Alomomola and anything slower, thus allowing Diancie to still tank some hits reliably. Special Attack is maximized so Diancie can hit as hard as possible. Diamond Storm is an option over Psyshock if Fletchinder and Sigilyph are particularly problematic for your team, but Psyshock is generally enough to get past Fletchinder while Sigilyph is still reliably 2HKOed by Moonblast.

OTR Diancie is a fun set, and it can just punch holes in more offensively orientated teams. It basically for the most part floors standard Accelgor spike stack builds, like Accelgor/Spiritomb/Aerodactyl/Sharpedo/Hitmonlee/Filler, really easily; especially because of its respectable defensive stats, which basically almost guarantee it an easy TR(here it basically TR's for free on Spiritomb, so partnering it with something like Hitmonlee is amazing). And a side benefit of having OTR Diancie on this team is that it lets you run something like Mega Camerupt to blow other teams out of the water :D. s/o to MrAldo for EVs and suggesting set ^_^. In general though TR as a playstyle is pretty awesome vs offense(which Diancie here destroys with TR up), and can even break balance assuming the correct team mates(like the aforementioned Mega Camerupt).

Diancie @ Leftovers
Ability: Clear Body
EVs: 252 HP / 84 Def / 172 SpD
Sassy Nature
- Heal Bell
- Moonblast
- Diamond Storm
- Protect/Stealth Rock

Can't believe no one has mentioned straight up defensive Diancie, which is amazing in this metagame. Basically it checks a bunch of stuff, that stall otherwise does kind of struggle with like Houndoom and Delphox(also check Tyrantrum and Specs Exploud to some extent) alleviating some of the pressure from other members of your team. Heal Bell basically is amazing on this too because this gets so many free turns to Bell too, and the last slot is basically filler; just about anything works, but considering this will usually be run on stall, SR will usually be given to Mega Lix which is fine too because then this can scout Choice attackers/burn PP of some their most dangerous moves(like being in on Tangrowth and wasting Leaf Storm PP by just using protect). Try it out, if you use it for what its meant to do you probably won't be disappointed.
Sorry dude this is almost equal to the standard set http://www.smogon.com/forums/threads/diancie-qc-2-3-written.3562003/

Offensive Custap Berry Stealth Rock Diancie

This set of Diancie is meant to set up Stealth Rock reliably, while still being a strong threat on the battlefield thanks to the hefty attacking investment and also being able to control the Stealth Rock by Booming something with Explosion. The Custap Berry is used when Diancie is at low HP, so Diancie can use Explosion or get Rocks up if it needs to with priority. This set is pretty cool for Hyper Offense teams that want a decent Rocker that is also able to check DarkSpam and Flying-types. Diamond Storm is an option over Earth Power for the hit on Fletchinder and Sigilyph, but I find luring in Mega Steelix and hitting it with a strong Earth Power is just so much better. Overall, this is a pretty cool set and I hope you try it out!

Diancie @ Leftovers
Ability: Clear Body
EVs: 252 HP / 124 SpA / 132 Spe
Modest Nature
- Calm Mind
- Moonblast
- Substitute
- Psychic

Pair it with a magnet rise magneton to get rid of the omnipresent steelix and steel types in general and this set can be really really difficult to stop. Diancie has the bulk and typing to pull off a sub calm mind set really well, but the main surprise in this is psychic, providing a move to hit the poison types that like to switch on it for really good damage, amoonguss and venusaur for example. 252 hp let diancie keep the sub against alomomola scald at +0 and amoonguss giga drain at +1 around 80% of the time (rough estimate). It is a fun set.
