Does SD count as standard?

e: aite then

Lickilicky @ Lum Berry
Ability: Oblivious
EVs: 88 HP / 252 Atk / 168 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Swords Dance
- Power Whip
- Return
- Knock Off

Really nice set that has some advantages over other sd mons. Its bulk is a huge factor in why this thing is successful. It can easily find set up opportunities on the large number of passive mons that are in this tier, especially as licki will often be seen as a passive mon itself - so perhaps a free switch in for a support mon. This is aided by the use of lum berry. This gives it a large niche over mons like leafeon and sneasel which have very low bulk and so may find it difficult to set up.

The best part about this set is that it is able to beat every physically defensive mon in the tier. For example, Tangela, most physically defensive mon in the tier, has a massive chance to lose to this licki if it switches in on an swords dance with rocks up. Same goes for phys def poliwrath, phys def carracosta, piloswine and misdreavus. Often it can set up on these mons as well. This is a feat that no other sd or shell smash mon can claim.

+2 252+ Atk Lickilicky Knock Off (97.5 BP) vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Eviolite Tangela: 76-90 (22.7 - 26.9%)
+2 252+ Atk Lickilicky Return vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Tangela: 180-213 (53.8 - 63.7%)

+2 252+ Atk Lickilicky Power Whip vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Poliwrath: 320-378 (83.3 - 98.4%) -- 31.3% chance to OHKO after Stealth Rock

+2 252+ Atk Lickilicky Power Whip vs. 252 HP / 4 Def Eviolite Piloswine: 344-406 (85.1 - 100.4%) -- 81.3% chance to OHKO after Stealth Rock

+2 252+ Atk Lickilicky Power Whip vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Solid Rock Carracosta: 381-450 (108.2 - 127.8%) -- guaranteed OHKO

+2 252+ Atk Lickilicky Knock Off (97.5 BP) vs. 252 HP / 240+ Def Eviolite Misdreavus: 232-274 (71.6 - 84.5%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Stealth Rock

Lickilicky @ Choice Band
Ability: Own Tempo
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Atk / 8 SpD
Adamant Nature
- Return
- Knock Off
- Earthquake
- Explosion

With Bouffalant in NU now Choice Band Lickilicky has less competition. Lickilicky hits surprisingly hard, has good coverage with Knock Off and Earthquake, and has an insane Explosion to go out with a blast. The main reason to use this over something like Stoutland is surprise factor but even with people expecting it this set can put in work. You could run max Speed or something like Body Slam > Return for Paralysis but this works well enough.

Also fu GasQuake for stealing my baby :pirate:

Lickilicky @ Leftovers
Ability: Oblivious
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 SpD
Careful Nature
- Rest

From the minds of sub stockpile Pelipper,,, I present to you...

CROLICKY

The idea for this set is to be a bulky piece of shit and remove the fighting types on their team before you can really get to sweepin. You can even break through ghost types easily enough with knock off and you cant be taunted by stall breaker missy. Eventually your opponent may just forfeit. You want something to kill the likes of Poliwrath, Throh, and Phazers though.

Lickilicky @ Leftovers / Sitrus Berry
Ability: Own Tempo
EVs: 40 HP / 252 Atk / 216 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Substitute
- Swords Dance / Belly Drum
- Body Slam / Return
- Knock Off / Earthquake

Thanks to Lickilicky's solid bulk, it can manage some pretty good Substitutes and get off Swords Dance in the process (or Belly Drum if you're real lol). Body Slam hits hard after a SD and you can't go wrong with the 30% chance to paralyze although Return is usable for more power. Knock Off sets it apart from when Bouffalant was rampaging in PU as it can reliably handle Ghost-types with Knock Off while Earthquake allows you to dent Pawniard and Probopass harder. The Speed EVs allows Lickilicky to outspeed Marowak and Golem which don't like losing their item, especially the former, while Own Tempo is the used ability since while not being Taunted is good, losing to confusion hax from Chatot is even worse.

LOL Goodbye Stall (Lickilicky) @ Sitrus Berry
Ability: Oblivious
EVs: 132 HP/ 252 Att/ 124 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Belly Drum
- Return
- Earthquake
- Knock Off

This set is like the swords dance set, except much more suicidal. Get Lickilicky in for free vs a special attacker, and then set up a belly drum on the predicted switch. The Speed EVs let it outspeed Pelipper before Scaldhax.
Let's take a look at how this deals with some common defensive PU pokemon:

- Piloswine: OHKOed by Return
- Gourgeist: OHKOed by Knock Off
- Defensive Poliwrath: OHKOed by Return
- Probopass: OHKOed by Earthquake (fuck sturdy though)
- SpD Avalugg: OHKOed after SR
- Offensive Tangela: 81% chance to OHKO
- Pelipper: OHKOed by Return
- Torkoal: OHKOed by Earthquake
- Carracosta: 35% chance to OHKO with EQ, you can run power whip if you want though
- 252 HP/ 0 Def Armaldo: OHKOed by Earthquake

Now onto offensive pokemon:
- Tauros: rock climb doesn't do more than 65% damage
- Raichu: Life orb focus blast sometimes does more than 75%, Lickilicky can always tank scarfed focus blast though
- Sneasel: Life orb low kick doesn't do more than 72%
- Ninetales: Life orb fire blast doesn't do more than 53%
- Basculin: Banded Waterfall doesn't do more than 65%
- Leafeon: Life orb Leaf Blade doesn't do more than 53%
- Jumpluff: +2 Acrobatics doesn't do more than 65%

This is incredibly clutch. Obviously BellyLicky needs a free switch to work, but if you manage to get a free switch, then SOMETHING is going down.

Nice set, but it is missing 4 EVs. Also if you're worried about being burned, Facade can be run over Return so it's not completely done in by status.

Lickilicky @ Leftovers
Ability: Own Tempo
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 SpD
Sassy Nature
- Wish
- Protect
- Earthquake
- Thunderbolt

This is similar to standard spdef lickilicky but with a couple of move set tweaks which help it fulfil its job. Earthquake is a very good move on it, as it allows licky to check ninetales and heatmor much more effectively, two huge threats to stall. Lickilicky's decent 80 spatk is often over looked, as knock off and body slam are good enough, but it can succesfully use moves like Flamethrower and tbolt to bait switch ins. Flamethrower helps vs avalugg, but thunderbolt is more effective for stall teams for hitting more threatening pokes like simipour and chatot, as well as nailing wrath on switch in.
4 Atk Lickilicky Earthquake vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Ninetales: 160-190 (55.7 - 66.2%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
2 rounds of life orb + rocks
4 Atk Lickilicky Earthquake vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Eviolite Pawniard: 112-134 (48.4 - 58%) -- 94.5% chance to 2HKO
Not a counter

0 SpA Lickilicky Thunderbolt vs. 4 HP / 0- SpD Simipour: 176-208 (60.2 - 71.2%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
Body slam doesnt even 2hko

Heal bell grumpig and missy are both nice team mates for this

Offensive cleric Lickilicky provides offensive teams with Wish support which is valuable for keeping some sweepers alive or giving them a second chance. Lickilicky also provides a good special tank, being able to take hits relatively well from unboosted Ninetales, Rotom-F, and Misdreavus. In addition it also hits decently hard because its base 85 Atk stat isn't all that bad. Plus Body Slam's paralysis support is quite useful and can even slow down opponents for Licky to 2HKO them. Speed EVs to outrun 0 Spe base 65s like Pelipper, Roselia, as well as other stuff like max neutral Costa
252+ Atk Lickilicky Power Whip vs. 4 HP / 0 Def Solid Rock Carracosta: 255-300 (87.9 - 103.4%) -- 25% chance to OHKO

Speed EVs to outrun neutral base 65s like Heatmor and Flareon as well as miscallaneous stuff below them like Pawniard and Jolly Huntail
I hate to nitpick, but i think you calced the speed incorrectly. That speed (167) only beats uninvested 65's, which includes pelipper and (0 speed) roselia, as well as adamant neutral ss costa. Still a nice set :)

You could probably run Dragon Tail on that set as well.

Anyways, heres my set:

Lickilicky @ Leftovers
Ability: Oblivious
EVs: 176 HP / 208 Atk / 124 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Substitute
- Focus Punch
- Body Slam
- Knock Off

HP prevents Seismic Toss and defensive Tangela from breaking sub and the rest is invested in attack and speed. Focus Punch hits Pawn, Probopass, Golem and Avalugg hard af. Body Slam for paralysis and reliable STAB while Knock Off hits the ghosts.

this is a shitty set vote for the leprechaun's ;o
