Gyarados @ Gyaradosite
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Dragon Dance
- Waterfall
- Crunch
- Earthquake

Toxicroak @ Life Orb
Ability: Dry Skin
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Swords Dance
- Gunk Shot

- Sucker Punch

Tornadus-Therian @ Life Orb
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 40 Atk / 216 SpA / 252 Spe
Hasty Nature
- Hurricane
- Iron Tail
- Icy Wind / Hidden Power Ice
- U-turn / Taunt

Everybody knows of the famous Mega Gyarados + Toxicroak core in which both Pokemon can beat each other's checks. For instance, Toxicroak checks Azumarill, Keldeo, Ferrothorn and Chesnaught for Mega Gyarados while Mega Gyarados deals with Hippowdon, Slowbro and Lati@s. Tornadus-T is added to the core to have a secondary Keldeo check and as a way to get past Mega Venusaur, Fighting-types and other bulky Grass-types. 40 Atk EVs and a Naive Nature allows Tornadus-T to have a high chance to 2HKO 252 HP / 252 Def Clefable after Rocks as well as cleanly 2HKOing 248 HP Mega Altaria and standard Clefable. Icy Wind / Hidden Power Ice allows Tornadus-T to hit bulky Garchomp and Landorus-T while also denting Zapdos. Icy Wind has the niche of giving Speed control but Defiant or Contrary users can take advantage of this. It also fails to guarantee a 2HKO on Gliscor. U-turn is for momentum while Taunt allows you to to prevent set-ups by sweepers and be a nuisance to passive Pokemon like Skarmory.

Note: Superpower is not used because Gyarados and Toxicroak both beat Heatran, Bisharp and Tyranitar.

Sets

Sunflower (Venusaur) (M) @ Venusaurite
Ability: Chlorophyll
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 HP / 5 Def / 252 SpA
Modest Nature
- Giga Drain
- Sludge Bomb
- Sleep Powder
- Hidden Power [Fire]

Chompy (Tyranitar) (M) @ Choice Band
Ability: Sand Stream
EVs: 166 HP / 252 Atk / 90 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Crunch
- Pursuit
- Superpower
- Stone Edge

Wizzy (Mandibuzz) @ Leftovers
Ability: Overcoat
Happiness: 0
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Impish Nature
- Foul Play
- Roost
- Defog
- Toxic

Here's how it works:
Venusaur Mega deals with strong water typed attackers such as Keldeo, as well as some other pokemon that threaten Tyranitar such as Breloom, Azumarill, and Sylveon thanks to its Sludge Bomb and giga drain STAB as well as bulk and resistance to Fairy,Water, Grass, and Fighting. Thick Fat is also a neat ability since it makes ice attacks do very little damage on it and giving it an advantage when taking down Focus Blast/HP ice Thundurus. It also works with dealing with ferrothorn and Scizor quite nicely since it has access to HP fire which can do lethal damage in most cases and sleep powder on upcoming Heatran and Jirachi switch-ins. As an opposing Talonflame or Latios decides to come in, just simply Switch to Tyranitar, eat up the attack, and easily Pursuit Latios or Stone Edge Talonflame. What threatens both Venusaur and Metagross would be Mega Metagross with meteor mash+zen headbutt and Excadrill life orb/iron head. While Mandibuzz works as a toxic stall to Stealth Chomp and Defensive lando with Roost+Defog+Toxic, it can also come into most Physical attackers in the meta very easily and take them down with little effort. It can go in on a Metagross without taking much damage, then just roost up and foul play it once, nearly killing it. It does its job taking on other threats such as mega Lopunny, Alakazam, Gyarados, Dragonite, Bisharp, and even Zard X who all love setting up with either dragon dance or Swords Dance, which Mandibuzz just loves since it can tank their raised attack and return a boosted Foul Play that OHKOs back in mostly every case.

Reserving Toxicroak + Thundurus-I + Mega-Sharpedo

Toxicroak @ Life Orb
Ability: Dry Skin
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Swords Dance
- Gunk Shot
- Drain Punch
- Sucker Punch

Thundurus @ Life Orb
Ability: Prankster
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk / 30 Def
- Thunder Wave
- Thunderbolt
- Hidden Power [Ice]
- Grass Knot

Sharpedo @ Sharpedonite
Ability: Speed Boost
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Protect
- Waterfall
- Crunch
- Ice Fang

This core has amazing offensive synergy and can quite easily beat each other's checks and counters. Toxicroak deals with things like Keldeo, Azumarill, Ferrothorn, and Clefable for Sharpedo. Sharpedo can easily take on Gliscor, Hippowdon, Lati@s, Jirachi, and other psychic types without having to play sucker punch games. Then Thundurus helps beat basically everything else, and with t-wave it can cripple opposing clean up sweepers. Grass knot is used on Thundurus instead of focus blast or any other coverage move because this core really struggles against Gastrodon and Thundurus can lure it in and 2HKO.

Hi guys Amoonguss + Tyranitar + Skarmory is the core i want to show you. This core, which is one of my favorites, is simply fabolous as there is a great synergy between them, are able to wall a big part their weaknesses. Tyranitar can help Amoonguss against Hoopa-U, one of most dangerous wall breaker of oras, because it may trap it or use crunch. Moreover, Tyranitar could kill Mega Charizard Y, Latios, Latias and Talonflame, while Amoonguss can help Tyranitar vs Keldeo, Clefable and even Ferrothorn. Anyway they can't wall Pokemon such as M-Lopunny, and this is the reason why I decided to play the steel bird Skarmory.

Sets:

Amoonguss @ Black Sludge
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 248 HP / 136 Def / 124 SpD
Calm Nature
- Giga Drain
- Sludge Bomb

Core has amazing synergy both defensively and offensively, and it's a fun offensive core utilizing Mega ABSOL, AKA Amazing Beast Super OP Legend o_o. But anyway, you've got Mega Absol, which has got great coverage with Knock Off + Play Rough, but due to its frailness it struggles against common priority users such as Breloom, Conkeldurr, Lucario, and Azumarill, faster Pokemon such as Choice Scarf Keldeo, Mega Lopunny, Hawlucha, and Tornadus-T, Steel-types such as Bisharp, Ferrothorn, and Cobalion, Fairy-types such as Clefable, Mega Gardevoir, and Sylveon, and physically bulky Pokemon such as Garchomp, Landorus-T, and Gyarados. That's where Talonflame and Gengar come in. With a great Fire / Flying typing and priority Brave Bird, Talonflame is an excellent partner thanks to its ability to deal with many Fairy- and Steel-types such as Mega Altaria, Clefable, Sylveon, Mega Gardevoir, Bisharp, Ferrothorn, and Magnezone, and revenge kill faster threats such as Choice Scarf Keldeo, Tornadus-T, Hawlucha, and Mega Pidgeot. Gengar provides a secondary answer to Fairy-types such as Togekiss and Mega Altaria should Talonflame be unable check them, as well hitting on the special side against physically defensive Pokemon such as Gyarados and Garchomp. It also provides an answer to more defensively-oriented playstyles via Taunt, and appreciates Mega Absol's ability to beat Mega Sableye.

A pretty intriguing balance-leaning-toward-offense core relying on setting up Toxic Spikes. T-spikes is arguably the least prepared for hazard (with the possible exception of Sticky Web), and the intent is to get them up and keep them there. Dragalge sets them up and does a bunch of damage to would-be switch ins, while Bisharp deters Defog and Togekiss is there to set up on stallmons (especially the likes of Mega Sableye) and help wear them down (read: flinchhax them to death). Of course, these three mons are versatile enough to adapt their movesets to take on various threats. For instance, Heatran gives this core plenty of issues, but all three can utilize a Fighting type move (Focus Blast, Low Kick, or Aura Sphere) to take it, while Dragalge can slash HP Fire to nail Ferrothorn or burn it with Scald. If you want to, you can also throw Hex Gengar in as a fourth mon and abuse all the status flying around. The Speed investment on Dragalge, by the way, is to outspeed uninvested base 60's like Clefable.

Banned deucer.
Dragalge + Mega Sable + Talonflame please.

This core works extremely well on bulky offense or balanced teams, thanks to their extremely solid defensive synergy with each other. First up, Dragalge can use its insanely good typing offensively to deal some solid damage while also taking being a solid check to some dangerous threats to the core such as Manaphy, Maga Manectric, and Thundurus. Dragalge can also use its typing to set up Toxic Spikes, which can easily wear down the opposing team. Second up, Mega Sableye is just about the perfect partner to Dragalge by acting as a solid Rapid Spin blocker while also bouncing back SR, which plagues Talonflame, while in return, Dragalge takes care of Fairy types. Finally, Talonflame is the late-game cleaner / stall-breaker of the core as it can either use Bulk Up + Will-O-Wisp to cripple and set up on physical attackers while Bulk Up + Taunt completely shuts down defensively minded teams. Talon and Sable work perfectly with each other, as said before, Mega Sableye uses Magic Bounce to its advantage.

Dragalge @ Draco Plate
Ability: Adaptability
EVs: 228 HP / 252 SpA / 28 Spe

- Whirlwind

Skarmory has really nice synergy with mega gyarados which is amazingly strong with dd Crunch/waterfall spam. Dragalge works really well with skarm and is able to block most electric types pretty well. Azumarill is a big problem for this core especially because of the fairy weakness of mega gyarados so the poison sludge wave is really the only way you can beat it.
This core is a really nice spikes stacking core. The toxic spikes and spikes combo along with the phasing from skarmory is really irritating for the opponent. It's for more balanced teams as well. As for the individual sets the gyarados set is pretty standard with ice fang to hit thundurus which is a big problem for this core. You may have also noticed that I have not got Defog so rapid spin support is appreciated as well. I hope you ppl like this core as it's the first one I've posted on this thread.

Jolly Nature

Niggzard DOING DA WORK!!! So I started around Mega Charizard-Y because Mega Venusaur is getting a bit more usage nowadays. So I added offensive venusaur because offensive venusaur does alot of work during the meta. Earthquake does a solid 2hko on heatran, raikou, zard x and chlorophyll always it to go at god speed with the drought that zard y has. I have Bisharp at the back because Zard-Y and Venusaur can't really touch the lati twins and by pursuit trapping them zard y and venu have an easier time with dealing with teams once the lati twins r gone. Also Knock Off helps zardy and venusaur so they can hit harder on chansey
