Which of these Manaphys are worth checking?

After fishing in the GTS for Manaphys for quite a while, I've finally filled up my box. I need more space in order to continue looking for great ones - which ones of the following are worth getting checked, and which should I get rid of? They're all lvl 1, so I can online provide the characteristic+nature. Here they are:

3.Quiet, 'Likes to thrash about'

5.Naughty, 'Somewhat vain'

10.Modest, 'Somewhat of a clown'

14.Bashfull, 'Often dozes off' [got it checked, IVs: 31/x/31/13/25/21]
15.Quirky, 'Strongly Defiant'
16.Mild, 'Mischievous'
17.Bold, 'Alert to sounds'
18.Sassy, 'Often lost in thought'
19.Mild, 'Somewhat vain'
20.Sassy, 'Often dozes off'
21.Modest, 'Likes to thrash about'
