[SET COMMENTS]
Moves
========

Hex is Gastly's primary STAB move. When combined with Will-O-Wisp, it can KO Pokemon such as Drilbur and Mienfoo. Will-O-Wisp also allows Gastly to deal with physical attackers such as Pawniard and Mienfoo, preventing them from KOing Gastly if its Berry Juice is used up. Substitute allows Gastly to activate its Berry Juice faster, get momentum, and force mind games against Pawniard. Sludge Bomb is Gastly's secondary STAB move, allowing it to deal with Spritzee, Snubbull, and Cottonee. Dazzling Gleam can be used instead of Sludge Bomb; it helps you against Scraggy, Vullaby, and non-burned Fighting-types. Hidden Power Fighting is another option to hit Pawniard. Disable can be used if your team has trouble against bulky Pokemon such as Porygon and Slowpoke. Destiny Bond lets Gastly take down another Pokemon with it.

Set Details
========
This set takes advantage of Gastly's speed and good movepool, giving it a really good offensive presence and a fast Will-O-Wisp, which lets it burn most of its common switch-ins, such as Pawniard and Porygon. The EV spread gives Gastly its maximum Speed and Special Attack and one more point in HP and Special Defense, which allows it to switch in versus Fairy-types such as Cottonee and Spritzee, in addition to letting it use Substitute against Foongus and survive Pawniard's and Vullaby's Knock Off once they're burned. The Speed investment allows it to outspeed Drilbur, Pawniard, and Mienfoo, which is very important, as well as Speed tie with opposing Gastly. Maximum Special Attack guarantees Gastly hitting as hard as possible, but if you need a bit more power, Life Orb can be used over Berry Juice. Keep in mind that it'll then be harder to stall for Will-O-Wisp with Substitute and that Gastly lacks longevity without Berry Juice, which is detrimental due to its lack of immediate power. If Hidden Power Fighting is used, change the EV spread to 36 HP / 40 Def / 200 SpA / 200 Spe to make up for the reduction in IVs.

Usage Tips
========
Use Will-O-Wisp to give Hex more power. Always use Substitute on Foongus to block Spore, as well as to activate Berry Juice if up against an attack that Gastly can only survive from full health, or against slow Knock Off users. Use Gastly the way you would use a wallbreaker; it is not that bulky, so you need to make sure you don't switch it in most of the time. Mienfoo's slow U-turn can be used as a way to get Gastly in safely. Go on the offensive when you know you'll get a KO or at least a lot of damage. Gastly is frail, so don't waste it for a bit of damage. It is powerful, but you shouldn't play too agressively and try to burn Pokemon like Pawniard when Gastly is low on HP. You also need to be wary of Pokemon with Pursuit when you are going to switch Gastly out.

Team Options
=========
Gastly appreciates Toxic Spikes support from Trubbish and Skrelp a lot, since it then does not need to waste a turn using Will-O-Wisp to power up Hex, and besides that, most of the foes Gastly wants to burn are immune to Toxic Spikes. If you have Toxic Spikes support, Venoshock is an option instead of Sludge Bomb. Fighting- and Fairy-types greatly appreciate Gastly's help because it can deal with Poison-types such as Foongus, which is a hard counter to them. In return, the Fighting-types can weaken Knock Off users for Gastly and beat Dark- and Normal-types such as Pawniard and Porygon, which are the main Gastly counters. Any Pokemon with Pursuit like Pawniard, Stunky, or Honedge can help Gastly, since they can trap Psychic- and Ghost-types such as Abra, opposing Gastly, and Pumpkaboo. A switch-in to Fletchling such as Chinchou or Archen is really appreciated because Fletchling always forces Gastly to switch out. Entry hazard support in general from Pokemon like Dwebble, Trubbish, and Pineco helps Gastly obtain more KOs. Gastly is already a really good spinblocker, but if you really want to keep hazards up, Pawniard can help you there as well by discouraging Defog.

well, its my first time so sorry if theres any idiot english mistake or even an analysis mistake n_n.

Moves:
Change the order of the move descriptions to fit the order they're listed in the set. So Hex, then Will-O-Wisp, then Substitute, then Sludge Bomb.
Slash Dazzling Gleam after Sludge Bomb and describe its uses in the description.
Mention HP Fighting in the description as well, but don't bother slashing it (the reduction in IVs is actually pretty significant on this set). Mention that you'll need to change the EV spread to 200 SpA / 80 SpD / 240 Spe if HP Fighting is used.

Set Details:
The EV spread is missing 36 HP EVs. These are needed to prevent Foongus from breaking Gastly's Substitute.
No need to mention the Speed tie with Doduo - tying with opposing Gastly is more important.
When mentioning LO as a possible move choice, don't say that Berry Juice gives a 'second life' because it's rarely used that way. Just mention that it'll be harder to stall for Will-O-Wisp turns with Substitute, and that Gastly lacks survivability without Berry Juice, which is detrimental due to its lack of immediate power.

Usage Tips:
Mention that you use Will-O-Wisp to power up Hex (I know this is obvious, but it's a big part of how to use this set regardless).
Mention that you should Substitute on Foongus to block Spore.
Mention that you should Substitute to activate Berry Juice if you're up against an attack that you can only survive from full health.
Mention using Substitute to activate Berry Juice to withstand slower Knock Off users.

Team Options:
Mention Toxic Spikes support so that Gastly will not have to waste a turn burning its target before using Hex. Most of the things Gastly wants to burn are immune to Toxic Spikes, anyways.
Porygon isn't a very good partner for Gastly because they tend to fit into different team builds, so remove that point.
Don't use Trubbish as something that beats Fighting- and Fairy-types since it isn't really relevant; instead, say Poison-types, and use Foongus as an example.
Give examples of Dark- and Normal-types that give Gastly trouble.
Give examples of Pursuit users that pair well with Gastly.
Mention a switch-in to Fletchling, since that forces Gastly out.
Mention entry hazard support in general to help Gastly obtain more KOs.

Good work, implement those and it's QC 1/3

Moves:
mention hp fighting without slashing it in the moveset: "dazzling gleam helps vs..... whereas hidden power fighting hits..."
mention other alternatives that can be used depending on team's needs such as disable and dbond in one sentence.

Set Details:
remove this sentence "You dont need one point in defense, because, with the spread, you already live Pawniard's Knock Off when it's burned. Make sure that you already popped your Berry Juice, because Pawniard kills you with the Knock Off boost." and if you want to include this pawn sentence, add this after saying what the evs spread does.
mention that gastly reaches 18 speed, even though it's straightforward.
don't say HERE that hp fight hits pawn, but say it before when mentioning the various moves. the rest of the sentence is perfect.

Usage Tips:
add a sentence to explain when using offensive moves even if it's obvious.

Team options:
mention toxic spikes setters (skrelp, trubbish) and include this point: "Most of the things Gastly wants to burn are immune to Toxic Spikes, anyways."
say that fighting types can also weaken pokemon with knock off for gastly in return.
mention stunky and honedge when talking about pursuit trappers instead of DODUO, which is cool, but gets fucked by abra D:
give examples of psychic- and ghost-types pursuit users are aimed at.
expand "entry hazards support in general": mention sr setters, spikes stacking and of course metods of keeping entry hazards up, mainly pawniard, because gastly is already a good spinblocker. So, be sure to mention that wow gastly + hazards work particularly well together.

QC 2/3 once you've implemented all these changes. Be sure to fix the spelling of pokemon's names when writing it up in order to soften gpers' work =)

Moves:
You mention that Sludge Bomb is Gastly's primary STAB while Hex is secondary, yet Hex is the first slot while Sludge Bomb is slashed in the 4th slot. You should reword this.
Expand more on what Disable and Destiny Bond do.
In Team Options, you mention Toxic Spikes support. I think you should mention Venoshock somewhere in the analysis to go along with that.
This is very pedantic but I think you should put WoW as the first move and Hex as the 2nd.
Set Details:
Explain that this set can live Knock Offs from the likes of Pawniard and Vullaby once they are burned
Usage Tips:
Mention slow pivots such as Mienfoo as a way to get Gastly in safely.
Team Options:
Again, mention Venoshock to go along with Toxic Spikes support.

Your English is getting a lot better, but it needs some work still. I'd recommend getting some help from the QC team before moving this to GP stage so the GP team doesn't have to rewrite the whole hing (which, unfortunately, they would have to do in its' current state.) That being said, the more you write, the better you'll get at it. Jeep up the good work!

3/3 once implemented
