Lets sort the claim out first. Idt a witch would actually reveal t1 cuz witch can only win when town dies so its probably a hypnotist. But then he got targetted by an attacker and healed which is also weird cuz the mafia kill was celever so unless it was like a SK. You could justify this as the heal msg from being a hypnotist but that means a witch potentially revealed t1 for no benefit

it IS advantageous for witches to control whenever they can though. if they find a vig then they have a free kill on two town, and if they find mafia then they become a LOT more powerful as theyre able to coordinate together. which is also why i dont think mafia claims witched d1. i think if there was any hypnotist tampering, its more likely to have been the heal message

its just the best way to solve here. think of it like this - if we have a claim from every player in the game, we will know the setup, and we will be able to begin to fill in the town slots and figure out certain roles that cant possibly exist, while using night actions and results to determine whats possible and whats not. this doesnt mean every role should claim, but it does mean we should get as much information as we possibly can

It is literally not a possibility, the doc says that Retrib is unique. So if Lechen is confirmed as one, that's all there is.

if the witched claim is real, then i dont think he would claim it as mafia. witch can definitely appear in other setups in a neutral evil slot so it doesnt confirm the setup, but there is also a transporter so its possible

Yeah I missed that retrib is unique. So either Lechen lies or there are higher chances of jalmont being scum than town.

if were also to assume that a hypnotist tampered with jalmont and that sabers results are correct, then it also means jalmont is only either town or poacher. im not sold on the hypnotist theory though

Jalmont said someone tried to control him, which is diff from being controlled and cant be implanted
