Thought I'd give a shout-out to some NDUbers players who have signed up that managers should consider. Sorry if I've forgotten someone.
Cyclonez - Cyclonez is a much better player than her recent results would suggest. In the Open I think she likely would have made top 8 if we didn't matchup R1. Cyclonez is a decent builder who is happy to explore, though probably wants at least a manager or support somewhat familiar with the tier. There is also a good chance she comes w R8 support. Cyclonez's builds tend to be an interesting take on some more standard stuff.
Zrp200 - Zrp is self sufficient and is happy to build with interesting stuff. He is self sufficient though would appreciate some support and would be a very active builder.
Sami - Sami could probably start, but needs support to reign in some of his more out there tendencies to use shitmons just because. He is currently helping us in NDPL and has been great.
Razorgliscor- Don't know them well at all, but I remember they built some interesting stuff during NDPL.
Figment of your - Has played and brought some cool stuff to tourneys this year. I don't know them well though
Dahness - Probably would be fine with support, but they've been away from the tier for a long time and did not build for the NDUbers open.
BananaTimeZ - Going to recommend as support b/c even though unfunny is decent, I'm not sure they can take things seriously for the length of a tournament. They can definitely sub in if needed.
Anchor9 - Anchor9 is newer to the tier but has been helping a lot w strategy dex stuff. They'd made a good supporting option and have been quite nice in all of the interactions we have had

Don Bork: Great Player, Generally tries and requires little support to do great.
TTTech: Another Great player, will require support however but generally has been around the block enough times to know what they are doing. Played in the last edtion of ndfl and ndmpl.
Elivra: Requires no support to do well in mono slot. Manger of most recent ndmpl and made it to finals.
Uta The Clown: Has appeared in plenty of mono tours and has done well generally.
Hyjinks: Winner of the ndm open for nat dex grand slam and also played In the most recent addition of ndmpl.

Iride - Former TL, took a break and is back with a vengeance. Probably one of the only reasons they weren't in NDPL this year is because they didn't sign up.
Baddy - Trained by TBIC106 and given that he has the fundamentals of mons down fairly well, it lands him a lot of fairly high placements in Individuals
HoodedZack - Grand Slam Top 8 player, just needs some nice support and he can go places
Razorgliscor - Nearly made it to Grand Slam Playoffs but lost tiebreaks to the above user, I believe he builds this tier independently and his good placements in Individuals prove this.
Maia - Maia is on their NatDex Lower Tier journey, been most impressed with the UU builds. Seems like a cool player that can commit to the slot
SapoDaG30 - He's been around in UU for a while but has shown a ton of improvement as of recently. Think they are deserving of a chance.

Kinzo - My goat was discriminated against and somehow didn't make the cut in NDPL. Powerful guy if he shows up to his games.
Lizzie - Interest in RU is interesting, automatic good despite probably not knowing much about the builder because they are broken. Give them good teams and they probably farm the pool.
I'm just gonna group all these together because they are pretty regular faces in the NDRU tour scene but I haven't really been convinced super well. I can't lie this is probably going to be a clicker tier. Most of the NDRU mains got into NDPL lol, poor Kinzo.
