Ok so between the three of us in the north we have these eight (starting) neutral centers and German centers:
Nwy / Swe / Den / Bel / Hol / Kie / Ber / Mun
This would likely lead to a 3 / 3 / 2 split of centers among the three of us, meaning that one of us has to get the short end of the stick. I propose Russia because they a) started with more centers and b) generally have better expansion in the south (I still don't want to attack Italy obv).
We have a few ways to split this up. I think perhaps that we should all maintain the neutral center that we currently have (me w/ Bel, Hydro w/ Nwy, NE with Swe) and then add on 2 / 1 more, respectively.
So here is a tentative division at first:
sunny: Bel + Hol + Mun
Hydro: Nwy + Den + Kie
NE: Swe + Ber
I'm open to discussion on any of these points.

Those three tiles are more hydro's purview, but I could forsee a scenario where SKA is needed to provide support to a unit in Den, etc. Maybe just not w/o permission?
Hydro what DMZ should we do? IRI and NAO are natural, unsure what you want me to do about ENG
I want to support Hydro so if Hydro wants it I will join
