Personally I think this is a bad policy in regards to me, so if I’m going to be voted if not for this, then do not let that be the thing to stop you

I feel like they still are, definitely not alone but pulsar is on the low end of the spectrum in terms of providing information with their posts

If Aligning isn’t able to provide anything else particularly substantive closer to EOD this will be rather relevant

Still catching up, but: As of this quoted post, I'm getting a nagging gut suspicion that they're being openwolfed. Not openwolfing, but that a scum is pushing them. Seriously, how often are D1 votes successful?

Like, we have enough that it's not a true rand, but it feels like we never get it right, and not reading the right way into what we have is... I'm conflicted about either wagon.

Not really, I can see it going both ways but I do think when people go “Ehm actually I’ve posted 22 times and x has only posted 16” it’s super on the nose and a level of self consciousness that’s clear

For example I know my content is low for my usual output but if someone points that out I’m not going to get “well actually I’ve posted more than bluedoom”, to even know the specifics of that means you’re putting time into counting how you are doing in thread (survival wise) compared to other players instead of trying to solve (when he’s already not been solving much)

It's hard to finesse a last second vote switch to get your buddies off of the block without daytalk so I think there would've been more movement unless half the team was in a coma.

For that reason Hydro basically cannot be s/s with either Vizh or Skip in my mind because he went to sleep solo yolo voting AG which does nothing to help their hypothetical buddy escape the chopping block. This might also apply to bluedoom too but idr where the votals where exactly. It's super yolo play unless I guess Vizh or Skip are both maf but it just doesn't look like that from their interactions.

I don't wanna go too far down the pre-flip associative rabbit hole and fuck up but uh yeah if they're maf their team is either brave or not here to help them.

Hadn’t thought of the comparison, it definitely does feel like extremely defensive in a way that I would expect to typically be filled by content, was stubbornly filled by deflection/denial
 
Random observation: If the wagons stay as they are (2-3 on Vizh, 2-3 on DBD, 2 skipper, 2 pulsar) and they are all town, then HyHy, bluedoom and CrreamyKitty become the best looking townies (or the best candidates for deepwolves depending on your POV) as they kept their hands clean of the wagon.

My eyes glazed over their posts before but I didn't really clock them at all until bluedoom made a comment about them not doing anything and then they showed up like 30 mins later to disagree with one NE post and then vanished again. I read their ISO and most of their content posts are like this wrt they haven't really stepped up until prodded and they got away with it way harder than anyone else itg.

If I had to guess, HH or Lechen. They both have the most commanding presence that's stuck out to me, and aren't Vizh and Skip. Those two could also be openwolfing, but their wagons are giving me bad vibes.

But I see there's a new wagon that I'm not getting bad vibes about.

Yeah but if they say “hey player X is our leader, follow them onto a wagon, except Y, you bus”, then they don’t need to coordinate a specific vote, they just have 1 person choose it, and then everyone else follows
 
As for my townreads,

TL's:
AG- Liking their thoughts and reads. #124 is reasoning i followed as well which is as well as why i got confsued when sunny said to go for the experinced players first. #298 has an interesting perspective, showing on a possible scumslip. #300 also made me wanna look into BD here. #301 also looks into pairings.

Slight TL:
Duskfall - I like their question to sunny, trying ot get an understanding of sunny's motive and their progression on sunny town lines up. They give quite a lot of thoughts and insights on slots like 379, 162, 228. But not seeing a lot of insight from duskfall and who they sr.

SL's:
CK- This is one im less confident in. Pretty big pressure on skip, but swaps off and i cant see there full reasoning on not liking duskfall. TO me it felt a little random. However, i do like ck's contrubution and interactions with slots such as NE. 447 does seem a little shifty trying to give xck option to switch wagons

I have more but i wanna interact with thread now, no idea when dl is.

I think this line of logic is one of the most solid observations to come out of d1 so far
