some years ago i watched the music video for "don't stand so close to me" and thought this outfit was so funny that i made it my profile picture and i think that decision of mine was funny enough that i don't want to change it. i don't even like the song that much

I've had this on for over a year now, but this avatar is obviously celebrating the life of Super Mario Maker 1, which is my 2nd favorite game of all time (with Mario Maker 2 being my #1). The interesting part is... Weird Mario doesn't get the builder costume, I actually made that sprite myself! I had to apply the shadows myself too because none of the "sprite sheets" had that effect. I did this by putting Mario on some clouds, taking a Switch screenshot, then counting the pixel shadows lol
