Read hal's ISO & EoD2.
Neon is almost certainly town IMO, hal's CW seems like a genuine self-pres attempt and I don't see why he'd pick a partner over a townie. From past experience hal is pretty interactive with his team (pinging them, asking them to post & vote). Doubt he'll throw Neon under the bus for no reason especially when Neon is seemingly AFK.
Unless skipper drastically leveled up in the past six months I'm just going to assume he's town here. 4 quick votes on Neon and he votes hal, it's either a bizarre bussing gambit as mafia or he is town. I still only have a two year old game as my scum!skipper reference but he's typing like every town game he's played.
Joey is probably town off his vote but there was ton of traction for hal near EoD, so it's possible that scum made a last minute decision to bus for cred...I think his vote has less town cred than skipper but don't think there's reason to be paranoid of him right now.
Dunno how much I can read into Flandrs' vote, he and hal were lightly sussing each other throughout the day so he doesn't have the luxury to be flexible with his vote & support hal on a Neon CW. Haven't really looked too deep into this slot yet.
Leaning AP town, doubt his argument with hal was staged. Looking at the timestamps and how random it was, just seems like two big egos fighting against each other instead of an actual distancing attempt as partners. Like his posting too, doesn't feel like he's trying to force misvotes or pushing agendas.
wisteria is firing posts left and right, I have no meta reference for them but I instinctually lean them town over scum, will have to read more in depth later. Apparently there's some deep connection with them and NE that I have not read into yet.
hal's stance on NE is super weird, he & NE both deepwolfed the last game they played together and it almost feels like hal is fixated on distancing by referencing that game (#1711, #1683, #1341, #1031 is not about NE but about that game, etc)...he doesn't really make a firm read on NE either but defends him against pressure near EoD.
Personally think NE & Evie's claims are whatever, both claimed under pressure & the roles are hard to prove (aka potential fakeclaims). Seeing as hal was in self-pres mode, I kinda think KISS (keep it simple stupid) is the best option here and we just vote one of these two...I doubt hal told his entire team to leave him out to dry.
