M'kay Smogonites, I've just finished up with Wigglytuff and will precede to train my lovely HEAL BELL Altaria.

I'll need a set, a custom spread, with extra TLC to help compensate for that icky Special Defense.

Like me unfortunately... you must have posted some overly stupid/innapropriate comments on firebot, so you get banned for two weeks.

would I get special privelages? What if a mod changed my name to one of those? Would it be any different?

Let me summarize this for you:
If a user has a (+,*,**) at the end of their name, it means they are:

+ A moderator of a speific forum. Given to users with great knowledge and experience.

* A super mod, essentially a mod with more power.

** An Admin. Basically overlooks the progress of the site, and has godly powers over the site.

And no... you can't change your name to have these symbols at the end. Don't bother getting a mod or admin to do it either.
And don't make a new account, unless you want to be permanently banned.
 
If you made an account to impersonate a smogon staff member, odds are you would get the special priviledge of no longer being able to visit these forums, as well as the nice custom title "banned deucer."

Now That's a good way to put it!
Also, making a second acount in general is a bad Idea. If the Staff find out you have 2 accounts, the quoted material will apply to you.
 
ok in my diamond i put a male (Adamant) smeargle in the daycare center holding an everstone with the attacks of ice punch and ice shard with a female (Jolly) sneasel holding nothing. the daycare man said they are getting along and have gotten me many eggs, almost 2 boxes full and i have not yet gotten 1 Sneasel with an Adamant/Jolly nature what is the problem ?

The female needs to be holding the everstone. This gives you a 50% chance of the child having the mother's nature. An everstone on the father does nothing unless the father is a Ditto.

ok so i should give my sneasel the everstone. and also will the attacks my smeargle has transfer over.
 
should i go for something better or is this good?

guys i have a question, i have got a hack check done on a mystry mew, its shiny (I heard that is possible) and it came out as an inconclusive check from pAC, is there a way to find out?

Not really. Unless there is a blatant hack, which pAC would have caught. I wouldn't use it/trade it to be safe.

There is no reliable way to check the legitimacy or lack thereof for events presently, pAC will not be able to tell even if the hack were obvious unlike what Maroon stated just because the PID-IV relationship just isn't the same as the ones you get when you catch something in the wild.

Regarding the Shinyness I believe nintendo themselves announced that they in fact(read this from somewhere) did not give out any Shiny Mews, others however claim that some Mews were indeed shiny but most were given to the friends/relatives of the employees.

The same basically applies to wondercard events so be careful when trading for those as well.
 
Which events in the emerald BT do you think are the easiest to aquite battle points? The pike queen's first battle is obviously one of the easiest. Are there any others that take a short amount of time to get through. The pyramid is kind of easy but takes a long time to reach the top.

You could argue this to hell, but battle pike is easiest for me. With a team of strong EVd Pokemon, you can breeze through Battle tower (which is probably the best in terms of BP aquired) , but Dome is more fun imo.
 
I keep getting destroyed on Dome. My most recent attempt I was blocked by Curselax. Because I had already fainted the other pokemon I couldn't roar him out. I wish it was D/P so I could Aura sphere him to death. :/ Otherwise it's pretty easy. I look at it this way, for every 4 battles I'm getting either 1 or 2 points.

I haven't tried battle tower yet.
 
Hello everybody, I am having a problem with my new Tyranitar for my sandstorm-based team. It is adamant and has an IV spread of:
HP: 31
A: 31
D: 13-16
SA: 22
SD: 17-18
S: 31

I was really set on it being a choice scarf tyranitar with 252 atk and 252 spe, but after doing some calculations I found that it would most likely fail to OHKO most of his threats. I was thinking of the choice band set with 252 HP and 252 Atk, but I am unsure. This Tyranitar is also going to set up the sandstorm for my sandstorm team. Does anybody have any ideas of what I should do?

A roulette battle is this:
- you pick random numbers
- you then put the items on the pokemon
- the lead has to be the first pick
- there is no species clause?? As in, I have a cb tyranitar and tyraniboah, and they both get picked, which means I put them both in my team.
-You can switch freely in any order you wish.
-No ubers, and other clauses.

is this right? Anything else I should know?

That is correct. I roulette battled a guy who had 3 tyranitars oddly enough.
